I had a squirrel chew through a bunch of wires in my truck. It caused a lot of damage and Mcormicks got me in and out within days. They communicated very well, and finished the job before I went on a long trip. I will tell everyone how great they are. Don t hesitate to choose Mcormicks if you need anything done to your vehicle.

I called McCormick s regarding my vehicle that had not been driven for 3 years due to medical issues wondering if they could make it drivable again. Kaylee assured me they could do an inspection and let me know what was needed so I could make an informed decision. She had me scheduled that same day and I was kept fully informed with everything they looked at, complete with photos, information and pricing. Thanks to their super friendly, knowledgeable, expert communication and service, I quickly had my vehicle back up and running safely at a fair price. I will definitely be returning to McCormick s for any and all future maintenance!

Went in for routine service and safety inspection as it had been almost 30k miles since anything but oil change. Kaylee was very helpful up front and throughout the process.Clear and prompt communication, never rushing to get off the phone, sent pictures of all issues, wanted to see our last service records, and cross referenced with CarFax so as not to duplicate any service that had already been done. There were some major issues that may have been a quality control issue at a prior dealership, we were again provided with very clear explanation and additional pictures, as well as the parts themselves in order to follow up with the prior shop. Estimate seemed fair for the work that needed to be done.When the technicians got deeper into the project, they found some things that could have easily pushed the work back into the next week. Kaylee and the rest of the folks there went above and beyond to get everything done on a Friday afternoon, even staying after closing so we could have the vehicle for a long planned and important trip.Highly recommend and will certainly return!

The car is 13 years old and I didn t keep up with regular maintenance during the pandemic. I was thinking of buying a different car but the price is high. I took it to McCormick Automotive and got it back the next day. They did a very thorough inspection and found several things that I would not have considered and they fixed them all. It runs like a new car and I got a 50% increase in MPG right off the lot. I won t think about buying another car for the next 50,000 miles. I m very pleased with the results and I plan to see them first when I need this kind of work again. High marks for service and satisfaction! Thank you!

Cannot recommend this place enough! My Subaru was very sporadically not starting, and after taking it to multiple other places with no luck on finding the source of the problem (the Subaru dealership included), I decided to take it here to see if they could figure out what was causing it to not start. And they did! Mark and the team were super thorough in their work and kept me in the loop through the whole process, even though it took a couple of days for my car to finally act up. They let me know how much it would cost to have my crankshaft position sensor replaced (the culprit of the issue), as well as a couple of other recommended services, and got my car all fixed up in a reasonable amount of time. Two weeks later and my car is running great! Will definitely be returning for any future maintenance.

We have visited McCormick since moving back to Fort Collins in 2019, and they are wonderful. Excellent repairs and maintenance on both our vehicles, reasonable quotes for the work, and most importantly honest, ethical conduct and communication. I just had my Lincoln repaired, and Mark (my customer service specialist) was great through the whole process. The car is running very well now. I can t recommend them highly enough.

I choose McCormick after reading all of the positive reviews. Kaylee was courteous and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. I was also given a free loaner vehicle to use over the weekend. Communication and great customer service was top notch. I would definitely use their services again. Thank you McCormick!

It pains me to write this review because I have been a loyal McCormick customer for about 10 years, having three Subarus and a Honda SUV serviced there without any problems. Last week I took a chance and bought a used car up in Cheyenne without taking it to a mechanic first. I knew it was a gamble, but it was a very good price for a 20 year old Toyota Highlander with only 104k miles on it that would be a perfect car for my teenage son. I brought it to McCormick for an inspection, fully aware there would be a few things to fix. I almost dropped the phone when Kaylee quoted me $12,000! She proceeded to very aggressively exclaim, "Have you EVEN seen the CARFAX???" and told me that because there were no service records for the last 10 years, the $12k estimate included all services recommended that weren't documented (including a timing belt, which the seller in Cheyenne had JUST replaced). She removed that and a few other things and then gave me a revised quote for $9800. I collected the car and the inspection report and went on my way. I went to a different mechanic and had all of the safety concerns repaired for $3600, and we fixed a few things ourselves for $119 at Auto Zone. The Highlander is now running well and is safe for a teenager to drive. Kaylee was very pleasant when we picked the car up, but her demeanor in our initial phone call was almost hostile. I wish that a mechanic had called me instead, and I could have explained that this is a car we were trying to bring up to decent condition for a teen, not something we were willing to sink $12k into for things it "might" have needed based on no service records. If I had been given the opportunity to discuss with a mechanic which repairs were essential instead of being lectured for not checking the Carfax (though I did check it for accidents) I probably would have had the work done there. As it stands, according to the itemized estimate I received, I would have paid $1432 more at McCormick than the work I received at a different shop. I know that it's possible to have great experiences at McCormick and I have recommended the shop to several friends, but unfortunately I won't be back.

This was my first time taking my car to McCormick. Mark, was pleasant and knowledgeable throughout the service appointment. I appreciated that there was a breakdown of needed items, a through safety check and a shuttle to get me back home after drop off. Now my car is running smoothly, thanks!

I recently took my Subaru Outback in for what I thought was just an oil leak, but turned out to be a handful of things that needed done.McCormick fit me in their schedule with little notice and Kaylee was very communicative in updating me on how things were coming along.I am happy with the service they provided and will be coming back for future repair needs. Highly recommend!

I was so impressed by the clear estimate and professional work. Kaylee was great to work with and the mechanics knew their stuff. There was no attempt to up sell or pressure us into more repairs. The work was done well and the car was thoroughly inspected. It's a very high mileage car and they took great care of it. We will use them again and recommend them to others.

Incredible service! I ordered a diagnosis and they fixed the main issue as well as other small potential issues without any extra add-on fees. They also diagnoses potential larger issues with my car, but didn t push to much up-sale. It helps that I have a document of all these issues now so I know exactly where my car stands. Very approachable and kind service, definitely one I would recommend.

Kaylee was very informative, knowledgeable, courteous, and helpful through my entire process in replacing the oil cooler in my 2019 Dodge Caravan GT. Unfortunately, the cooler went out at 80,000 miles. Kaylee worked with my extended warranty company to negotiate the costs. She was very efficient. Fun staff and professional. Plus free coffee and a loaner car. I would highly recommend them and their the warranty that comes with their work.

A friend turned me on to McCormick s and I couldn t be more grateful. As a single woman who stereotypically knows nothing about cars, it s tough to trust a mechanic will be truthful and trustworthy. McCormicks definitely is!!! And in a world where customer service is basically non existent, the people here could not be more friendly and helpful. So happy to have found my new mechanic. Definitely recommend!!

Work was done really fast. The shuttle service was also super convenient when having to leave the car for the day without a ride. Customer service was excellent and answered all my questions thoroughly. I will totally be coming back for any kind of repairs or part replacement!

We've used McCormick's a few times now - and they continue to earn our business. They always start with a thorough diagnostic and safety inspection (lots of details included in the report, especially if you have an high mileage truck like mine, but they will take the time to help filter and prioritize the important items with you). We worked with Kaylee again - and she is great! Friendly, knowledgeable, and great communications (she sent us text message updates, pictures of findings, provided an offer of a loaner vehicle, and honored warranty coverage on some brake work). If you're looking for an honest, friendly, local mechanic - I would recommend giving McCormick a try.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Vehicle Inspection, Brake service & repair

We ve used many mechanics over the years, even trusted family friends, and McCormick blew them all out of the water. We set an appointment and they had a tech scheduled waiting to work on our vehicle. Communication was great and we had useful information a couple hours later. They gave us a comprehensive list of issues for our older vehicle, but kindly walked us through each one, giving advice on whether it was a critical repair, or something to keep an eye on. With their proximity to our house and the customer service they gave us, we won t be going anywhere else. Every single woman, and the rest of youShould go to McCormick automotive center and talk to Mark. When my car broke down and was towed there, mark called promptly.He kept in touch and called every morning at 8:30 to tell me when my car would get looked at and what needed to be done. I never had to wonder what was going on. He is kind, honest, and thorough.And I am so relieved to find a person I can trust when I have car problems.He's the best!!!!!!

Just got my car to Colorado last month and unfortunately my clutch went out. I don't have a mechanic out here so I went off reviews I found online and came here in a time of need. I knew a clutch job was going to be expensive regardless of where I took it so I decided to trust the reviews and give McCormick a shot. I'm 30 years old and this is the first mechanic I've gone to that has used pictures to keep you in the loop. They only use quality parts so they can warranty them and even though I have decent knowledge of cars, the pictures they sent were able to give me a full understanding of what went wrong and how those parts work together. They also provided an overview of the car via email with pictures and ranked the issues 1-10 based on severity of each problem. The hourly labor seems a little high in my opinion but the value I received outshines all mechanics I've gone to. Other shops have the same labor or higher and can't provide half the value. I think I've found my mechanic for all future problems!Service: Transmission

I'm new to Fort Collins and was recommended to McCormick by a local. I was able to get on their schedule in a timely manner. They are so friendly and do fantastic work! Extremely professional, kept in communication with me throughout the entire process. Worked quickly. When they say the date they have it done that is the actual date it will be done. They did a vehicle diagnosis that was more thorough in detailed than any other shop I've been to. They worked with me to find the least expensive repairs needed to get my car back on the road which was great because I did not have much money to spend on it. They took the time to explore alternative reasons for why my car was having trouble and were able to find a fix that costs far less than the quotes I'd received from the Ford service center and other shops.
