I've been taking cars to Scott for 10+ years now (probably have an old 5 star review on here somewhere). Recently took a new car in for a paint correction and ceramic coating. Noticed noticeable machine marring marks on a couple panels afterwards. Took the car back to be corrected and the marring is still there afterwards. Unfortunately I feel the quality of the work Scott is letting out the door has diminished to the point where I can no longer recommend his shop. I'll have to take the vehicle to another shop to get fixed correctly, unfortunately.

Amazing experience! Setting up service was easy and Scott took on the job quickly and exceeded our expectations. Our 7 year old car looks brand new! Highly recommended.

If I could give this spot six or more stars I would!I brought in our Volvo for a complete interior detail and a wash and wax. We have two young kids so the car was full of crumbs and sticky surfaces.After about four hours the car is transformed and looks completely brand new (see before and after pictures). Innovative also has the lowest prices of all the places I called. I will definitely be bringing my truck in next.

Absolutely love this place! Great service & even better people work here. Scott was very knowledgeable & worked with me to get me exactly what I was looking for. The prices here are also hard to beat, I even had a friend come up from Denver to come here! They did a ceramic coating & window tinting for my 4Runner & I couldn t be happier with the results. Everything came out great & a year later, everything is still holding up & looking great!Really can t say enough good things about this shop! Thanks Scott!

Words cannot describe how dirty and smelly my son s car was prior to the amazing detail job that Scott did. He was courteous and professional at all times. Price was more than reasonable. Would go back to him in a second.

I made an appointment with Scott (the owner) over the phone and was very optimistic, considering the reasonable prices, other 5 star reviews and his level of professionalism on the phone. However, the day my SUV was detailed he was out of town and one of his employees detailed the car.I wanted an inside-only detailing, considering we have young kids and two dogs and it just needed to be cleaned very well. I told him I wanted the highest amount of deep cleaning they offered and I was willing to pay (prices seemed very fair, considering). However, when I picked up the car it didn t take long before I found several areas that were never even touched! Starting with the spaces between the driver and passenger seats and the center console - completely missed and both stuck out like a sore thumb with food crumbs, tic tacs and dog hair just blatantly left there. So naturally, I went looking for more spots and found that all the cubbies in the rear (door handles, cup holders, storage in the back of the center console) hadn t even been vacuumed or wiped out. The pockets behind both driver and passenger seats were never vacuumed out and the glove box compartment was also untouched. The employee told me they don t ever clean glove boxes, because most customers have all their paperwork in there, but it was frustrating to hear because I COMPLETELY emptied out my car beforehand, including all paperwork and all compartments. By itself, the missed glove box wouldn t have been a big deal, but at that point it was the icing on the cake to a long list of missed spots. Basically, if I looked at the car and ignored the areas that were never cleaned, it was just okay. The carpets were shampooed and most things were vacuumed, but there was zero wow factor when I looked inside for the first time.It pains me to leave a negative review for a local small business, considering the many other positives reviews. However, it was clear that this employee who cleaned my car didn t put his full attention into his work. Once I politely confronted him about it, he did attempt to fix it, but I had to self-direct him to each spot that was missed, as it didn t seem to intuitive to him which spots needed attention. All the while, my wife and three very young kids were waiting in my other car while these mistakes were being fixed. Again, it s frustrating because I would have paid much more money if the job would have been over the top the first time. Sadly, I won t be coming back to get my car cleaned here again.

Great local business! Scott was able to work us in the same day and brought this old Xterra back to life. Scott worked on the vehicle from early morning to 30 minutes after closing to make sure it was perfect inside and out! Restored the old exterior paint, headlights and got all of the hard to remove white dog hair and stains out from the interior. Will be doing business with again in the future! Thank you.

Scott is a great guy and did some great paint restoration work on my 2001 Honda Prelude and my 2003 Audi Allroad. On the prelude he was able to do some color matching and fill in a large scratch and repair some paint chips on the hood and on the Allroad he was able to restore all of the factory audi plastic to it's original color and shine with a professional grade restoring product that didn't fade like the ones you get at the parts store. Couldn't be happier with the results on both occasions. The prices were fair and up front. Great guy to do business with.

I had my car ceramic coated at Innovative Auto in Fort Collins, and I'm so glad I did! I bought a four-year-old used car with some dulling and visible swirls patterns in the clear coating. The car looks and feels amazing now. It's so smooth and shiny, and it just glides through the water when it rains. I'm also really impressed with the durability of the coating. It's been a few months now, and my car still looks brand new.The phone, manager, and detailer staff at Innovative Auto were all great to work with. Ok, they were all Scott, but he was always friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Not sure if his name is spelt with one letter t, or two. I am going with two since he wears so many hats. Scott took the time to explain everything to me and made sure I was happy with the results.I would recommend Innovative Auto to anyone looking for a ceramic coating for their car. Phenomenal service. Scott was there to greet me when I first walked in, and handled everything from start to finish. Very professional, kind, and prompt. We've had our car for 8 years and never had the interior detailed. It looked embarrassing inside, but in a few short hours Scott made it like new again. He even washed the outside because he had the pressure washer out for another vehicle and just decided to do it. I was seriously shocked at how much better our car looked and smelled inside. 10/10 recommend, and I won't wait nearly as long to get my car detailed again. I had some deep scratches on my new SUV and stopped by Innovative Auto and Scott was able to get me in the next day. I was not sure he would be able to get the scratches out and he did to my surprise. I was blown away. Scott and his business associates do great work at reasonable prices. I've had Scott work on several different vehicles and each time he has shown his determination to deliver a quality, nearly flawless product. With the sand and rocks used during the Colorado winters, I saw my hood get dinged up bad my first winter here. It got so bad, I had to have it repainted. After finding Innovative Auto, I had paint protective film and ceramic coatings put on all my vehicles. Not only have I not had an issue with the rocks since, my cars shine and look much better year-round now. When I called around for pricing, I found Innovative Auto to be among the top few shops in northern Colorado who used reputable paint protective film and charged reasonable prices. Originally, I was going to have the entire vehicle wrapped in xpel protective film but Scott showed me the downsides with that for my particular vehicle. How many business owners do you know who will talk a customer out of spending more money in order to deliver the best result? Instead of utilizing all protective film, we went with a mix of PPF and ceramic coating. Scott performed paint correction and ceramic coating, producing a nice glossy look and adding a layer of protection against scratches and dings. To maintain quality, he showed how he stays up to date on new products and only uses the best. For instance, when I researched ceramic coatings I learned as much as I could about different brands and which offered the hardest coating for protection. Then I had Scott do the coating and he was using a product with a harder rating than I knew existed. It still looks great a year later. I also had him redo some tint that another shop messed up. I couldn't be happier with the result. The only service offering here which I haven't used is the paint-less dent repair. I've talked to the dent repair guy many times and he seems like a great guy. A hailstorm did damage one of my cars and I got a quote from him which came in at about half of what the insurance-associated body shop wanted. However, I opted for the cash insurance payout and left the car as is. Considering price and quality, there's not another shop in town I will use for car detailing and paint protection.

It is hard to say enough good things about Scott. He is honest, responsive and he takes pride in his work. A combination that is hard to find these days. He buffed out some scratches and ceramic coated my car. I took my Mitsubishi Lancer in last week for some minor exterior paint repairs as well as an interior roof liner clean and Scott did a stellar job. I ended up trading that car in and I'm certainly anticipating using Innovative Auto as my go-to detailing facility for the new truck.It wasn't just the quality job that kept my business, but more so Scott and how respectful and knowledgeable he was. He quoted me reasonable prices and was thorough in his inspection of what my vehicle required.Thanks Scott! I'll be bringing the new Tacoma in soon!

We have been to Innovative Auto on multiple occasions in the past 4 years. We keep coming back because of the superb work. This includes detail work on a 20 year old 4Runner and on new 4Runner as well - rust spots, dents, road paint; you name it. Scott and his team are great. Our new suv was recently keyed and i took it in to scott for some touch up work.i am not easily impressed but he did a great job restoring my color and softening the effects of the scratch mark.Not only was he a true professional, hes just a really nice young man. I try and support local businesses that makes it even easier when the person i am dealing with genuinely cares about your concerns.I didnt have a very good budget when i went to scott, but he didnt hesitate and treated me with respect and did an AMAZING job! Super impressed with innovative auto.but even more so with Scott. HIGHLY reccomend!

I tell you what. My one headlight started fogging up. They got it to where it was almost new. These guys do a variety of work. Paint chip repair, paint polishing(swirl removal), headlight restoration. Very fast service. If you take pride in your ride take it to Innovative Auto.

We had just bought a 10-year-old minivan that had bike-grease stains in the back, fuzzy headlights, marks on the seats, carpet stains, typical dirt and dust. I appreciated that Scott wasn't pushy about what services to perform and he was very flexible about just doing exactly what I was wanting (full interior detail + headlight re-conditioning). Scott was very friendly and he shuttled me to and from work while the van was in his shop. When it was finished, the van was very clean and I was especially impressed with the clarity of the headlights, the softness of the leather, and how well the bike-grease stains came out of the carpet (no trace left). I would definitely use his services again.

Scott was incredibly friendly, and professional and fair! He did everything I asked of him for a very reasonable price - he was even able to buff our a rusty spot I had over my back right wheel well! I was so impressed with the detailing. My Highlander looked like a completely different car after they completed the detailing. Stains were gone and the leather seats looked new again. I will definitely use their services again and I would recommend this company for anyone looking for excellent service for a great value.

I wanted the interior of my car cleaned/detailed before trying to sell it, and Scott was able to get my car in the day after I inquired. I have 4 dogs so there was a lot of dog hair in the car as well as typical coffee stains, etc, but the car looked absolutely wonderful by the time they finished the detailing--which they completed in only a few hours! Bonus, I asked about recommendations of car wash soap, and Scott gave me a small amount of what he uses to try before I went out and bought my own. Highly recommended!

Scott was amazing! He did mine and my husband's cars. He made me husband's Jeep look brand new, and got my car looking amazing again after having 2 dogs one which puked in the back seat. We will definitely be going back and recommending him to everyone!

We wanted to drop a line and review our recent automotive detailing with Innovative Auto.Scott s customer service was extra helpful, polite and dealt with our car and the most careful and professional manner.We have had other companies detail vehicles for less money A lack of care was taken and the professionalism definitely wasn t there.With auto detailing you get what you pay for.Innovative auto may have been a little bit more than some of the competitors but the finished product and quality is far superior I would recommend them to anyone.

I have the most wonderful things to say about Scott and Max at Innovative Auto. The best thing being, they love what they do. When they heard my car had been scratched, they lit up like little kids at Christmas. I have a Blue Candy Tint paint color on my car and they babbled on and on about how much it is their favorite paint color. They were very excited to help me fill in the scratches and fit me in immediately. I got my car back quickly and they did a fabulous job matching the paint color. The prices are great too! I recommend them to everyone.
