Josh was super helpful and took great care of my car and even managed to save me almost $800 by connecting me to one of his buddies who was able to do the work i needed done for half the price. Would defintely recommend this towing service

Julius was the driver who towed my car was very helpful took look under the hood with me helped me identify the mechanical issues then directed me to a better auto shop. Great work friendly talkative 5 stars

My smart car hydraulic lift on my Volvo OTR Truck cable fitting snapped causing smart car to be stuck on the lift with no way to get it off.The owner came out with a low boy and backed up to the side of the truck and I backed the Smart car off the lift and onto his lowboy. He then pulled forward, lowered the lowboy bed and I drove off. Easy peasy. When I asked the owner how much I owed him, he said it was free. I know he didn't have to drive far and the truck was at a heavy duty truck repair facility, but obviously he can't give his services away for free. He was adamant, no money.It was a pure pleasure to work with this company and it's owner. Response was within 15 mins. He assessed situation and immediately sprung into action. I could not have had a better experience all around and would have gladly paid at least $100 for his time.I absolutely and unequivocally recommend Import Towing & Recovery for all and any towing needs. My 1979 mc9 broke down on 287 5 mis n of livermore. Jeremy is a badass. Not an easy job with an old bus in a tough spot, heavy Friday traffic on a sloping shoulder with a steep ditch. Nothing was 'normal". He was methodical and competent, took his time and figured it out. Bus was towed safely. I would recommend this outfit for sure

Just experienced a driver from import. He saw we needed help and turned around to help up. We never even called the company. We had trouble with a trailer hitch attached to our truck. He could have towed us to a place to have it repaired but instead he got out his tools and bent the hitch enough that we could connect to the trailer and get home. He refused payment for his help. If I need a tow In the future i will always call them. Thank you very much

Number 1 tow company!!! If I could give 100 stars I would!!! The least stressful towing experience I've ever had! Debbie called us back quickly and sent Jeremy to save our day! They were fast and kind. Jeremy was able to help me understand what was wrong with our vehicle as well. They are compassionate and prices are reasonable. Jeremy went above and beyond! Needed my trailer hauled to Denver from I-25 construction area going south just after exit 257 and before the ramp to get onto I-25 from 34. My dispatcher was told 8 am memorial day. I called a couple of places and import towing came to my rescue after I sat there from 1 pm. Absolutely amazing customer service and the driver was absolutely amazing thank you for coming to my rescue its absolutely appreciated. They were absolutely amazing and so helpful! I was having a really hard day, I was moving apartments and the worst thing happened, my car got stuck on a dirt road. I have used Import Towing three times and the first two times the service was exceptional. The shop kept me informed when the driver would be out within a day of calling for service. The last time it took 6 days to get service and not once did I get a call. I called three times over 6 days asking for an update. I felt like my service wasn't important. I am giving 5 stars for the first two times. The last time I almost gave up and called another tow service.

We got stuck up in Red Feather with a no start on our diesel. Submitted a roadside assistance request through our insurance and we were lucky enough to get Import. Both people I dealt with were amazing and super helpful. I can t remember the lady s name who got our information but she was very kind. Sean was the driver who picked up our truck. He was awesome. He called when he was headed up and when he got down to let us know everything was good! 5 stars all the way. Thank you guys for making a stressful situation so much easier!Service: Car towing

We got stranded tonight and we needed a tow. I called around to different companies and the only company giving us a fair price was Import Towing. Shawn was amazing to work with and was so kind while we were very stressed and upset. I will always be calling Import if I ever need a tow again. (Hopefully not). Thank you for the amazing service.

Shawn was excellent. It was 5 in the morning and a deer wrecked our car. Our insurance wasn't being as helpful as we pay them to be, so Shawn picked up the slack and stayed with us. He gave us and our car a ride around Ft. Collins. All morning he was calling rental car businesses trying to find us a new car because everything was sold out. He even helped unload our belongings from the wrecked car to the rental. I'm glad he took the call because it made the terrible start to the day bearable.Service: Car towing

These guys are crooks. They are basically all about the money They could care less who the hurt with their disgusting rates and storage fees on vehicles they are towing from lots that aren't even clearly marked. These guys are swindlers. Terrible rates, terrible customer service, terrible quality, and terrible overall experience. Keep your wallet close when these guys are nearby.Service: Car towing

This company was absolutely awful. It took them over 24 hours to try and get our car and even then the lady on the phone was awful rude and disrespectful. We ended up using a different towing company that was amazing and showed up in 10 minutes instead of making us wait and changing times for over 24 hours.

Great experience. My car broke down on I-25 and they were quick to respond to my needs. Shawn was very personable and made the ride to the mechanic shop enjoyable in the midst of the car issues I was going through. The overall process was smooth, quick and easy!

First I d like to say, I ve used import 4 times now and haven t left a review yet. It s about damn timeI always like to call around and get an estimate on the tow, just to be a good consumer of course, and at 98 bucks for my first tow across town while others over charged, I said yes please! Got my truck home, parked perfectly, and ready to get towed on out again.Now with this last tow, little bit hectic, had to get it towed from foco 4x4 (great 4x4 shop) and towed to my place while I wasn t available. They did it professionally over the phone, as always, I paid the set price over the phone, and the tow was excellent and placement perfect.Thank you guys for what you do, those long night and hard days carrying around trucks like mine, appreciate the work and will always use ya!-JackService: Car towing

We had a great experience with Import Towing! Debbie and Shawn were both awesome and helped us out immensely. Shawn even drove us directly to our hotel since there were no rental cars available in town. If we ever need another tow, this is the place to go. Thanks so much!

I cannot say enough good things about these guys. Had semi issues in a bad spot and they got me out of there in a timely manner. Had issues after I thought I was squared away and they were their to help. All of them were so kind and patient and I couldn't ask for a better experience. You guys are one of a kind and it was a pleasure.

Unfortunately had my car towed after it got stolen, but the staff were super sympathetic to my situation and helped me out as best they could.Still cost waayyy too much to get it back, but, such is life.

I watched the driver this morning go through two school zones about 35 mph according to the speed meter there. I called 2 weeks ago about their driver's speeding through the school district speed zone at Poudre high School and Porter community academy. Obviously the business don't care if the driver speed through the zones. I got a dash cam and I'm going to go download it. It's 7:56 on September 6th**The driver was driving north on Taft Hill and turned West on laporte. It appeared to me he was going to the lot past the school zones
