I don t think there s a more honest company in Fort Collins. My friend and I came by to get a very specific part and Cory welded it up quick for no cost. When we needed to get it welded to the muffler (after failed attempts) they gave a great price and it went straight to his guys. The honesty and worth ethic is a rare sight this days. Would recommend for any service they provide. 10/10

I took my Toyota Avalon to Hawkers Automotive for evaluation and possible repair of certain conditions on the car. The owners Cory and Tim as well as the other employees, were polite and respectful to both me as well as to one another, even though they were all very busy. The repairs were fairly priced and quickly performed. If I ever need the services of an auto repair shop, I will definitely use them again.

Hawkers is the only place I will go with my vehicles! They make you feel like part of the family! And I trust them 100% to always take good care of my vehicle, they shoot me straight and do what needs to be done to keep me on the road on all my random road trips that I always seem to need an oil change right before! And they love my dogs as much as I do every time I bring them in have to add! I cannot say enough good things about Cory and Tim! As a business owner myself, those two are exceptional men and business managers! Mr. Hawker, you hit the jackpot with Cory and Tim!

Easily the best experience I ve had at any mechanic or repair shop. The employees that helped me at Hawkers were all stand-up guys. I had to get a new catalytic converter installed and they made the process easier than I could ve even asked for. Not only was the price better than any other place I checked with in town, they were also able to it done by the time that I got off work the same day that I brought my car in. There was an issue with my card as well, and Cory went above and beyond to make sure that was worked out before I left.Summed up; Hawker s is Fast, Friendly, and Affordable.

I have had my oil changed at Hawkers ever since moving to Colorado a few years ago. My car has NEVER leaked oil. I went in for an oil change and within 3 months I almost blew my engine because I had ZERO oil which I didn't even think of because my car had never leaked oil, was always still full at every oil change. I called and spoke to Cory, explaining the situation. I thought maybe they had accidentally put the oil filter on wrong or it was defective and if they could look at it. He was so rude it had me shaking, absolutely denied that it could be anything they did with the oil filter. Wouldn't even consider looking at it without a full on appointment where he would charge me again. I told him I had always recommended Hawkers to everyone but would never do it again. He said "Please don't recommend us to anyone" It was shocking how completely rude he was. I had my neighbor look at it and sure enough, it WAS a defective oil filter! Stay away from this establishment. If they can treat a 62 year old disabled woman like this there is no telling what they can do.

Hands down the best mechanic garage in all of northern Colorado. As a business owner, it's crucial to have integrity and ethics and these guys are that 100% everyday. I've taken numerous cars and trucks to them and referred many others their way. Nothing but Honesty and Top-Notch service every time. I'm selling my LandCruiser and they inspected it at no cost for the potential buyer and even replaced a transfer case gasket at no cost. I can say if you have an issue or problem with anyone on their staff it's more than likely you. They've never lost their cool or acted unprofessional. I'll always take my vehicles to these guys. Nothing but honesty and quality all day! Highly Recommended A+++++++

Good service and good staff and reasonable prices. Overall impressed with their work, very happy to answer questions and help me make the best decision on what muffler to install.Will mention they are super busy so most likely you will have to schedule the work.

Hands down the best auto shop in Fort Collins. Bill, Cory, Tim and their team are always professional and honest. They don t suggest unneeded repairs and are always fair with their prices. We ve been taking all our vehicles there for years and have had zero complaints.

I have been a devoted customer for years. Not only do they work on my personal vehicles they also work on my fleet vehicles. I have never been over charged. I have never been talked down too or taken advantage of. They honor their quotes. This is the most honest garage in town! Shout out to Corey!! He is great and truly cares about his customers! Nobody likes car problems! Hawkers makes them palatable with their dedication and excellent service!

Hawker s helped me with my personal vehicle, and put on my custom exhaust in an extremely timely manner, and I couldn t be happier with the results. If anyone else looking to get exhaust work done, Hawker s is the place to go to.

Had my SUV towed here and the guys there really did a great job figuring out what was wrong with my vehicle. My vehicle was malfunctioning but not constantly, so they had to drive it around and figure out what the issue was, they put their heads together and quickly were able to figure out the problem. It was a fuse malfunction from overheating. They were 5/5 in service and customer service, they were able to get my car operational and it didn t cost me an arm and a leg! I highly recommend this company for anyone looking for auto service!

Good job, fair price for my exhaust repair. I am considering taking back the same vehicle for electrical diagnosis/ troubleshoot tail lighting issues just because of overall satisfaction of the work they just did.

Wish I could give Hawkers more than a 5 star rating. I took my jeep in 2 separate times to get aftermarket exhaust mufflers and tips, and both of those times my car was in there for less than a couple hours and came out with quality welds and very reasonable prices. Staff there is very respectful and knowledgeable, definitely taking my car here from now on. Great work guys!Service: Exhaust

Hawkers has had so many opportunities where they could have EASILY taken advantage of me, replacing things that didn t need it, that sort of thing. They have (at least) 5 times returned my car to me and said, everything is fine , yesterday being the most recent time. I will NEVER take my car anywhere else, they are the most trustworthy group of people I ve ever had the pleasure of doing business with. Thank you Corey, Tim and the rest of your outstanding team!

Very good service from Cory and Tim this week. Found the source of my problem that another shop missed. Fixed it promptly and charged less than quoted. Rare find of honesty in this business. They also found an unrelated electrical cable that was disconnected, Cleaned it up and reconnected, which fixed dash lights that have been on for a long time, that same other shop couldn t fix. Rock solid. Heard my rear truck brakes grinding the week we were about to take off on a short trip towing our camper. Although they didn't have an official opening before we needed to leave they still found time to squeeze me in. Great service. Excellent communication.

These guys are great. Took my car in for an oil change and I realized I've been paying more than I should be for oil changes at other jobs for a long time. Great customer service and they're quick. They've got a lifelong customer in us!

Highly recommended: quick service, decent pricing, quality work, good customer service. Had an aftermarket muffler installed. The delivery of the muffler from their warehouse was very quick (next business day). I think they have a warehouse/outside dealer in Colorado that s why their items arrive so quickly. Had custom pipes for the tail end made. Will return for further upgrades on my vehicle.Service: Exhaust

Highly recommended. Incredible service reasonable prices and a honest team. I took my car this morning and expected it to not be done till tomorrow and these guys had it done in about 2 hours. This is the only place I'm gonna take my car 100% hands down.

We are so thankful for the service and repair experience at Hawker's. They are very friendly, trusting and responded unbelievably quickly when my car died yesterday. They recommended a tow truck company and said it'd be a week before getting to it. Then I get a call letting me know they already started working on it that night and it was done the next morning. These guys are special car mechanics! It's really nice being able to rely on them and know you're in good hands every time.

The reviews don't lie, this place is exceptional! I brought in my 15 y.o. truck after a cross-country trip and Corey was extremely honest and upfront about what he thought was and wasn't worth doing. After diagnostics, the truck wasn't worth fixing and I was never once pressured to do repairs. Thanks, Corey!

Hawkers checked out my Subaru's brakes and suspension. I scheduled an appointment and they had a quick turnaround. They were honest with me about what I should have done and what would be ok to wait on. They didn't charge me to take a look which I appreciated. My understanding is that their staff has been there for many years and they don't have a lot of turn over. The shuttle is a nice plus. I called about a second opinion on our steering issue. They had it on the rack, diagnosed and a ticket printed in no time flat. It is such a relief to be in a business that takes care of the customer and not the bottom line.
