I don't have a before repair picture, but you can only imagine the kind of damage that golf ball size hail will do to a car... This was my first experience ever having to get a vehicle repaired from hail damage and it was by far and away easier than I ever anticipated. Cody and his team at Hailwise here in Austin, TX were true professionals from the get-go. Cody made sure to ask any and all relevant questions at the point of initial contact, made sure I understood what exactly they would be doing to my vehicle to make it look like new as well as understanding of the contract I was signing to have them do the work. Cody gave me an expected timeline of when I could anticipate the job to be done, kept me up to date on the progress, and delivered the vehicle exactly when he said he would... Overall, I could not be happier with the way my Tacoma looks after they repaired the damage! This was the smoothest experience I could have imagined for my first hail related auto repair. I would recommend Cody and Hailwise to anyone that has hail damage and is looking to get their car fixed in the Austin, TX area! 10/10!

Had a great experience with Hail Wise. I went through hell with Progressive. Bobbie helped out so much during this long 4 month process. She put in a lot of effort to make sure Progressive wasn t screwing me over. I would recommend anyone who has hail damage or any car damage to go to Hail Wise. They will take care of you! Best customer service that I ve had for a auto shop.

They did a wonderful job on my new Dodge Ram. Besides doing the best job Cody is very professional, and very customer service oriented. They made everything very convenient so I did not have to miss work with time, transportation and very good communication with the whole process. I am very happy I chose them to remove the hail damage. I could of not found a better company with integrity and the willing to go beyond measures to help their customers.

I had the pleasure of working with Gabriel, Cody and Matthias for the majority of time my vehicle was being serviced. They are all wonderful and do such an awesome job. Any questions or concerns I had they were able to answer and were very helpful throughout the entire process. I got my car back and it looked beautiful. There was a ton of hail damage on my car and I honestly don t think whoever their tech is at the shop missed a single dent. This company does an amazing job and will work with you immediately to fix anything you notice that s offset about your car after it s returned. Great job to everyone who worked on or helped with my cars hail damage! Thanks so much and I highly recommend this company to anyone in need of getting their hail damage fixed.

I was given amazing service from the owner Cody! The guys did amazing work on my vehicle as well. They went above and beyond my expectations throughout the entire process. Cody took care of everything with insurance and kept me informed of everything along the way. I highly recommend this place if your vehicle needs some dent service!

Excellent service. My car looks brand new which is amazing after the hail damage it had. I absolutely love it, they did free rental plus 0 money out of our pocket which is incredible. The owner Cody and Dillon did a great job. I highly recommend this place.

We had 3 vehicles repaired here and all of them came back like new. The customer service they provided was absolutely awesome with timely updates throughout the repairs. The one thing that just happened that truly represents their professionalism is the warranty issue I recently had. My wife s vehicle had a few interior issues with the headliner and sunroof, I contacted Cody he scheduled us is and the attention we received was great. Mathius and the repair technician took care of everything with no questions ask. We are definitely customers for life.

After a freak hail storm in Austin, we were introduced to HAILWISE when Vinny stopped by our house to introduce us to their business. The timing was perfect as I had just started our insurance claim. Vinny and team took everything from there, coordinating with insurance, and making sure that the repairs were done to 100% satisfaction in a reasonable amount of time. After a recent hail storm, I needed to get my F150 fixed. Cody and his team were the perfect choice for me. I had recently had shoulder surgery and was unable to drive, so they came out and picked up my truck to get it to their shop. It took a little over a week to get all repairs done and return the truck to me. They even drove it back out to my house and delivered it at 7:30PM on a Friday! From start to finish they were amazing, and would absolutely recommend them.

My car was battered by a hailstorm in Colorado, a few days later Rick introduced himself to me and set me up with Hailwise. Rick, Bobbie, and Dave were incredible, helping to coordinate the insurance, and going above and beyond with communication, updating me every step of the way. The end result exceeded my expectations, the car looks brand new! I give Hailwise my very highest recommendation, if you car has hail damage, this is the company to work with- great people who care and who do exceptional work!

Just as a disclaimer, Cody asked if I could write a review. However the content of this is completely organic/based on my experience.Pros:- Magical quality, my car literally looks like it never went through a hail storm (2014 Toyota Corolla).- Faster than expected turnaround. At first we were looking at up to a week, but it ended up only taking 4 days.- The best part was working with Cody. He was super positive, friendly and responsive. I found myself looking forward to working with him, even in an annoying situation like this.Cons (neither were a big deal in the end, but I think important to note):- Cody was late to our first appointment because his system scheduled it an hour later (due to us being in Central Time vs his system being in MT). However he came promptly after I texted him, and explained/apologized.- My front seatbelts weren't retracting normally after getting my car back. However I texted Cody the next morning and he was at my house within a couple hours, and fixed them himself on the spot.Cody stressed that if I ever notice any issues with their work, that there's a lifetime guarantee. I feel pretty confident that he really means that.If there was an option to rate 4.5 stars, I probably would due to the small cons. But I'll go ahead and round it to 5 :). Nice work team.

Cody helped out on my 2016 Dodge 1500. had a bad storm with hail . i checked with my eyes and didnt see a thing. he saw my vehicle in a parking lot and pointed out the damage. He explained his services and the fact he would pay my deductible. now i am a big skeptic but read his reviews here guaranteed to pay my deductible and said why not set up an appt. he did all the talking to my insurance provider and rental company got me in on a sunday. excellent work and the fact its 0 out of pocket is just a instant 5 for me everything else he offered was a bonus. Cody and his services qnd guarantee are 100% valid do not hesitate get your vehicle fixed ASAP.

Cody and the team is very friendly and helpful. They made repairing my hail damage no cost to me and extremely convenient, for example picking up my car from the rental store and meeting me at home to get the insurance check. Will definitely use the company for as long as I live in the Denver area.

Amazing Work, Showroom Quality repairAfter getting stuck on a Kansas highway in hail storm. I contacted a standard collision repair shop to repair my 2019 Ram 1500. I was told they were going to have to cut the roof off, replace the hood and fenders and then repaint the truck, which would have taken up to 6 weeks. This would have decreased the resale value tremendously. I was contacted by Hailwise in Denver. I decided to have them do the repair after saying it would take 10 to 14 days to repair. I am so happy I chose to go with Hailwise, they returned my truck in 2 weeks and it was in showroom condition. After very careful examination, I have found no visual evidence of the hail damage. There is no reflective distortion in the bright sun light or shade. The lines on the truck a perfectly straight. It is truly amazing how perfect they returned my pride and joy. I highly recommend Denver Hailwise to repair your vehicle. They were professional, detail orientated, and perfectionist. I would give the 10 stars if I could.

I usually never write a review but have to give credit where credit is due. I took my vehicle in for pdr and had the pleasure of working with Cody and Matthias, they made me feel very welcome. I did not have to stress over repairs or with the insurance company they take care of it all. Highly recommend Hailwise . They did a great job on my vehicle. Will refer everyone I know here. The crew came into our city of Jefferson City mo. After a major hail storm. Cody worked with me ,he helped with the rental car and the insurance company and was very professional! They did a great job repairing all the hail damage.... thanks for a great job!

Absolutely great experience with this company. They came and picked up my car from my house, got the work done fast and dropped it off to me after they were done. They did a fantastic job getting all the dents out I had from hail damage and even cleaned my whole car inside and out afterward. Literally all I had to do was lift a finger to sign the paperwork. Great company, great customer service, great experience hands down.

These guys are SUPER LEGIT! I worked with Cody and Vinny in Austin, TX after a recent hail storm dinged my baby up pretty bad. Both of the guys had great people skills, were very professional, and the repair is flawless! Like the damage never even occurred. Vinny spoke directly to the insurance company claim specialist and handled basically the entire claim filing process! Hailwise covered the cost of the rental, waived my deductible (GEICO) and I had my ride back 3 days earlier than expected with ZERO$$$ OUT OF POCKET!!! I was made aware of Hailmade by a sales rep that was handing out flyers in my neighborhood. I'd been approached before, but being the sceptic that I am, I never acted on any offers. Ken took the time to look at the damage on my car, explain how the whole process works, and put my mind at ease enough to go ahead with the process. Cody came out the next day, assessed the damage, helped me file the claim with my insurance company and even drove my car to the shop. They brought my car back today. It looks AMAZING!!! What hail damage? THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!

I first learned of Dentco from a marketing card i found on my windshield after having dinner at Red Lobster. I thought it was funny that their slogan was Oh Hail No! So right then I was intrigued bcuz I obviously had hail damage I knew needed to be fixed. The advertising said $0 put off pocket, that they would cover up to $1000 in fees which included my deductible. I immediately thought it was too good to be true but decided to check out their reviews anyways just in case. I saw nothing but amazing reviews so I gave them a call. The person who helped me was Cody, he came out to me to look at my car and ensured me that I would have a paintless repair. He called my insurance company for me to set up the claim and even offered to meet me at Enterprise to take my car while I got into the rental so it wouldn't be a hassle for me. I had a few insurance issues with that but he was very patient with it and helped me the best he could. My car was fixed and looked flawless and Cody was my go to the entire time, I didn't have to deal with different ppl. He even dropped my car off at my house when the job was done! I have never heard of an auto place doing that. And of course as promised, I had a ZERO out of pocket. I highly recommend Dentco and Cody to anyone. If I ever have hail damage again I will go to Dentco. Thank you!!

The service was excellent! Cody even picked up my truck and delivered it back to me while I was on vacation! I think he just wanted to drive the big black Dodge but anyways I give him and his crew a 5 star!

Such an easy process. Cody handled everything for me, I didn t have to worry about a thing. Should have gotten my hail damage repaired months ago!! My car looks amazing.
