My truck has been serviced exclusively at this shop for at least 10 years, and I can honestly say I've never had an unpleasant visit. Their complimentary multi-point inspection is quite helpful. The crew has always been professional, helpful, and informative, especially the few times they found a maintenance issue. They have never made me feel as if they thought I am a helpless gullible female.

Amazing service! They always have VW filters on hand or will order them in with one phone call. Other quick lube shops took 2+ phone calls. Thursday is the best day to go.

I love this shop so much! I trust them with my car completely. They tell you how it is and if will bring you back if something so you can see what's wrong if need be. Will always go here!

I love this shop! I live in north Fort Collins near I-25 but I will always drive out of my way to get my oil changed at this shop. The customer service seriously cannot be beat by anyone.

I bring all our vehicles here for an oil change when needed. It only runs me about $65 for a synthetic change and there's very rarely a wait to I can just head over whenever I have time without a reservation. They're always very nice and professional. Best part is they will top of fluids between changes free of charge, which is a good perk. I definitely recommend for ongoing car maintenance.

Be aware of service received here. I was told my brake pads needed replacement - after consulting with a second provider, my pads are at less than half wear.

I needed help with an overheating car. The gentleman that me helped was fantastic. He made the decision that my car needed to be towed to the dealer for repair and offered me a place to stay until the tow truck arrived. I am grateful for the kindness exhibited to me.

Not a fan of this place. On my first visit went in for an oil change and tire rotation. The guys said one of my lug nuts was stripped so they weren't going to go ahead with the rotation but charged me for it anyways (noticed months later). Next time I went in I got my transmission fluid changed as they had recommended but then days later when I went to the dealership they said I still needed to be done. Also, when I tried to use a 20% off coupon on my transmission fluid service the guy typed in a $20 off code which was far less then the 20% off would have saved me.

My Lexus Rx330 was serviced on for oil and instead of putting the cover underneath back on properly...one bolt which the clips are plastic..now i discovered the whole driver side has been dragging an rubbing the front tire and ground..i want this replaced immediately..not good service at all..im waiting for them to open on tomarrow they will here from me for sure.

UPDATE!! The owner, Ron, was able to get in contact with me and was very helpful in resolving the issue of miscommunication. Very nice, professional, and willing to help!Original Review: went in for a full-synthetic oil change on my vehicle ($89), while I was waiting the gentleman brought in my cabin filter and engine filter to show me that they would need to be replaced soon. I told him, "no, I'm good I can do those on my own, just top off the coolant." He leaves, I continue to wait then when it comes time to pay my total was $160+. I asked him if they changed my filters and he said yes, I told him I didn't want them replaced and he said "oh I thought you did" and his follow up was "at least they're replaced now." The air filters added an additional $67 to my total.He could tell I was displeased but his only offer/solution was to put my old ones back in my car. I was already there for an hour, I needed to get going so I didn't have another 15 minutes to wait for them to swap it out. I understand the workers are encouraged to sell the add-ons (wipers, filters, coolant, tire rotations, etc.) and I watched this gentleman show every person who was waiting their dirty filters, but I feel that it might've been too much of a priority that he didn't listen to me when I said no thank you.I'm not some Karen who wants everything free, I'm not even expecting to have the whole thing comped or 50% off my oil change, I just felt like when I walked out of there I was made to feel as though it was my fault he didn't hear me say no to the air filters which doubled my total balance and my only 2 options were to pay the new total or give up even more of my time to wait for them to fix the mishap. If the owner sees this, I'd like to have a talk if possible. Thank You.

As soon as I pulled up, Ed came out and went above and beyond to help me. Mind you, this was within an hour of closing time. I told Ed I would have to ask my dad a few questions about the car, and he offered to just hop on the phone with him! It made the process so easy, and he explained everything in detail so I knew what was happening. I ve never been to a friendlier shop! If you like extremely efficient service and wonderful humans, this is the place to go.Services: Auto emissions testing, Oil change

Excellent service, the team did a great job working on my car and helped to find the reason my check engine light was on and did other servicea as well. Also the customer service is excellent. I will be a customer for life this was my first time going to Grease Monkey.

So my car broke down due to low gas right outside of Grease Monkey and I ran across the street to ask the Grease Monkey guys for help. This very kind, understanding, and generous man, Paul, came over right away and helped me get my gas into my car when I couldn t do it myself. Big thank you to Paul for taking time out of his day to help me solve my problem!! Thanks again Paul!
