Highly recommend Fiesen's! They were able to quickly diagnose the issue and repair it on the spot. They're friendly and knowledgable, I'll definitely be returning for all of my cars maintenance.

So I had another shop in fort Collins do a oil pan gasket on my car an I was charged $815 for a gasket an oil change that fing crazy so when I ask a coworker where I should go he referred me to friesen's auto center best decision I ever made! It's that small town auto shop you can trust an not a shop just trying take all your money it's a honest trustworthy shop an for know on I will only take my vehicle here! I m from out of state and cannot be more impressed with Friesen Auto. They took great care of my sons car and even followed up a couple days later to make sure everything was working as expected. I went to these guys after a different shop across town totally messed up a valve adjustment. They were super helpful in figuring out what was wrong, gave me a fair estimate for the fix and followed up multiple times to make sure everything was ok.

INCREDIBLE!! Stan and Ryan went above and beyond to replace my 22R engine. They were patient, informative, kind and friendly. I called 32 mechanics to get the job done and Friesen s had the best price and customer service. I ll be a lifelong customer. I d give them 6 stars if I could.UPDATE three years later, multiple cross country trips and the engine Friesen s put in has been running smooth

I discovered Friesen's by accident, and was very satisfied with the service. I just purchased an imported van from Japan (Mitsubishi Delica) which had a few electrical issues, but an established local import repair shop didn't want to touch it. I found Friesen's by searching for expertise in electrical issues. Stan was very helpful, and Robert was able to diagnose and fix the electrical problems, as well as replacing my filters, oil change, and general inspection. I appreciated the interest Friesen's took in working on my vehicle. And, Stan called today to follow-up and see how things were going. I will definitely use them again in the future.Services: Electrical repair, General repairs & maintenance

What a great auto center. I needed a repair that was covered by a warranty. The original repair was done in Virginia, so getting the warranty company to cover the repair here wasn't easy. Robert worked with the auto center in VA and got it figured out. I noticed a strange sound when I picked it up, I grabbed Robert and he drove with me and knew exactly what it was. He had that repair done the next day. I think they are honest, reasonably priced and work in a timely manner. A huge plus for me, was when I told Robert I was going to walk over to get my car after work. He dropped it off for me so I wouldn't have to walk after dark. I also like that they call and check up on the service, a couple days later, to make sure everything is ok. I will use them for all of my cars.

This place is absolutely the best. I was on my way back home for a funeral (about an 18 hour drive) and the first day of the drive my heater went out. This was during a very cold winter and I have never experienced being that cold ever in my life. I was on a tight schedule and every shop I talked to told me it would be a day or 2. I went to Auto Zone to try and get help and nothing. Talked to some people out front and they told me to go right next door to Friesen's. I told them my story and they said they would get right on it. And they did! I was in and out in about two hours while the staff was funny, helpful and good with food recommendations. I really appreciate Friesen's for the fast and quality service and also lightening up a dark trip. 200% Highly recommended!!!Service: Air conditioning

I used Ryan with Friesen to fix our Air Conditioner in one of my work trucks. He did a great job communicating about parts and provided me solutions for a back ordered part. I appreciate that, I love to be able to understand and help make decisions. His final invoice was less than he quoted me! I felt very comfortable here and trust their knowledge and integrity! The Owner even picked me up for a ride back to the shop.

These guys are great. Friendly, helpful and efficient. I took my car here after body repairs following an accident. The body shop couldn t figure out what else was wrong, but Ryan at Friesen s figured it out and got me back on the road in no time. My car is finally back to 100%! I highly recommend Friesen s for any front end mechanical work.

I've had to use many mechanics throughout my life and Friesens is the first one that I can completely trust. My very used van has been in to see them 5 times in last couple years and every single time the work has been fast, complete and unbelievably low cost. They are totally trust worthy about what's wrong and have never tried to upsell me. Because of this I will be able to believe it when the repairs are to expensive for the continued use of my vehicle which happens eventually to all cars. I've recommended them to my family in Thornton because it is worth the drive!

These guys are the best - I've been bringing my cars to them for ten plus years. They are fair, timely, will see you as quickly as possible, and they are great mechanics. I even bought a car from one of their family members after my mini-van died. Great Minnesota accents too :)

Great customer service but sell you inferior parts, let me explainI had them install an alternator charged me 600Bucks a week later in Nashville Tennessee the alternator started acting up ,got back home to Denver a couple of days later the alternator had to be replaced they sold me a refurbished part. And I got charged for the Genuine Ford Part which was more expensive but got the cheap part. Beware

These guys are awesome! Took it in for a brake job in the morning and had it back by early afternoon. Very reasonable prices, quality work, and a very comfortable atmosphere. I will drive the extra mile to use them for all my repair. Thanks again guys for great work!

I felt like I was not taken seriously and they didn't give me any information about why my car needed the work they suggested me, the guy didn't even seem like he wanted to hear my concerns or talk to me. They also gave me a $1200 estimate on the phone and in person they charged me $1360 without calling me or telling me the cost had gone up. I talked to my brothers they told me they over charged me quite a bit for things and recommended things that it didn't need yet (breaks when we changed the breaks only a year ago.)Probably wont be going back. I'm out quite a bit of money.

Absolutely the most helpful auto care facility I've ever dealt with. I went in with a severely bent rim one afternoon. They worked with me on the price of parts, laying out all of my options very clearly and not taking advantage. Parts were ordered the same day and the car was ready for pickup the next afternoon. My boyfriend had a more internal issue as a result of a fender bender and again, they went through options with him and made sure to find him the best deal. They even sent him away with free roadside assistance for 3 months after service. These guys are the best and very friendly!Bring up Minnesota and you'll be stuck there for a little longer than expected. :P

Don't trust them they will try to scam you. Took a truck to them that was having transmission issues suddenly the guy calls and says all kinds of things are going wrong with the truck. I was willing to assume they were being honest and they told me I needed a new transmission. Decided not to use them and used a very reputable transmission repair center. Upon inspection the other company not only figured out that there was nothing wrong with the transmission and replaced the other part that was causing the issue for a quarter of the cost I was quoted from friesians, but also discovered that friesians had intentionally only filled the transmission fluid back up halfway. Had I not taking it to the other company immediately I would have ruined the transmission thus making friesians bs assesment come true. I will never return and I will refer anybody I talk to away from there, I have since found out that they have a reputation for milking customers on unnecessary repairs just like they tried to do to me.

I was new to Fort Collins in June 2015. Needed an oil change on my 07 Yukon xl. This vehicle habitually burned a quart of oil every 1,000 miles pretty much since I had bought it used in 2009. Casually mentioned this to Friesen's and mentioned my attempted, costly, failed fix in Michigan. They said "let's try this additive"...threw it in for free after the fact, and I have not burned any oil between changes since! I take all my vehicles to them, new and old, and they keep them running like a dream. They're honest, dependable, and they don't price gouge. Great people!

These guys are super honest and trust worthy. Ive had them do a few jobs over the years. They don't try to get customers to do unnecessary repairs. They may take a little longer sometimes but they have always offered to personally drive me somewhere and pick me back up after the job is done.

Best repair shop in town. They're always busy, but they never try to upsell you. Just matter if fact recommendations for maintenance. They always stand by their work and don't charge of something breaks down under warranty.

The best shop I've ever been to. I've had a big shop try to find a problem with my vehicle. They chased it in circles. Swearing it wasn't there mistake. I took my car to Friesens. They found the problem right away. And it was the shop I took it to befores fault. Thanks fellas

Brought our Honda Pilot in with a stripped oil plug from Grease Monkey. I was figuring they have to replace the pan as the bolt was seized. They got the bolt out and change the oil for a lot less than I expected. I will be doing my oil changes at Friesen's as well as repairs from now on.

Been using this shop for years. If there's ever a problem, they'll make it right. Today I called up with a non-functional A/C fan, they had an open bay. Got my car in and out again in two hours. Must some kind of record.
