I can not speak highly enough of the service representatives in the service department. Everything is explained thoroughly, and the up-to-the-minute text updates are awesome. It's like to personally refer anyone to Darian for all your automotive needs, but all the reps are incredibly knowledgeable.

Ryan(service manager) was phenomenal over the phone while I asked a bunch of questions and made an oil change appointment. They even shuttled me to work! Amazing service and staff.

Normally I go to Greeley to have my Nissan serviced but only the Fort Collins location could get me in this week fast forward, I will not be returning to Greeley! Melissa at the Fort Collins Nissan treated me like family and she was kind and respectful when I asked questions about warranties and maintenance. She really guided me to the best possible choices. She made my experience so enjoyable!

So initially I scheduled a visit for my 2019 nissan Titan for an issue with a torque converter replacement because the place I usually go to was booked out.(Greeley Nissan) It did have an existing bulletin for torque converter which was followed. While this work was scheduled an additional item happened prior to bringing it in a, check engine light had come on. I did check the code at another reputable dealership for free. They told be it had an existing technical bulletin for this issue. But since I've always took my vehicles to Greeley Nissan and they were booked, I took both issues to Fort Collins Nissan. Well to make a long story short the after the work on the emissions they charged me over 500.00 and the issue returned. I did have to reschedule again this time they said they found a service bulletin on the same code that I shared with them on the initial visit, this time the cost would be well over $1,300. I discussed this with the service writer and asked if the code is the same as last time why was the due diligence not done finding the current service bulletin. He told me they just didn't find it, and he was sorry. I asked to speak to his manager but he said his manager was too busy and in a meeting. I told him I'll wait til later to come and visit with him. Shortly I received a this text from sevice writer."So as soon as we got off the phone I saw my manager walking by and i spoke with him and i went to bat for you to see if we could do anything for you - and he said since you were just here and wants to help he will drop the price down to $1000 out the door, that was the best i could do while i was speaking with him"After his I came to pick up my vehicle and asked if he would refund me the first work completed on the emissions and I would gladly pay full price for the work that should have been done In the first place. No deal was made. I walked out and will never return. I never had this kind of interaction with the service department at Greeley Nissan where I will gladly wait for an appointment next time. A business that have unethical behaviors need to understand that customers pay their wages.

got a new 2022 Frontier last year. it needed a recall fix. they had it twice. both scheduled appointments for 9am. was told both times it would be done by noon. both times I was told it then would be done by 5pm. and again, both times it was never fixed. was told I would be able to get a courtesy car so I wouldn't have to arrange another ride. but its been 5 months and the manager is now telling me they cant give me courtesy car, or even give me a ride to my work in Loveland. the manager wouldn't even come out to talk to me face to face. took my truck in 2 weeks ago for a service, was told I would get a call back. still no call. this is the 4th vehicle we have bought from this dealership. would expect better customer service. never buying from this dealership again!!!

I recently had some car trouble and begrudgingly took it in to have it looked at. I honestly wish I would have done it sooner, if I had known that an associate like Melissa would have been taking care of things. She was so honest and attentive and put all of my worries at ease. My mother took her car to be serviced there and was going to wait for hours at the shop for her the work to be completed. She has never used a ride share and was uncomfortable with the free service to get her home that the dealership had offered her. Travis Forro knows my family and called me asking to call my mom and explain the benefit of the service in terms that only the favorite son can speak to his mom. Talk about small town service! Travis was great and I'm lucky he was there to provide top notch customer service. If the work was completed to the level they provide for customer service, then you can be confident about this service department! Thank you Travis Forro!

I have had the best experience at this location. They are very professional and fast at getting work done, and at an affordable cost. Darian is the one that was helping me, and she is is very knowledgeable on everything, about cars. She explained it perfectly so that I may understand the entire problem with my car. I will definitely be back, and I would recommend Darian 10/10 times.

Thanks Fort Collins Nissan for your service . Travis Forro is very friendly and knowledgeable about the repairs that needed to be done. He even took the time to show me exactly what he did to my car and he made sure to test drive it after the repair was done. Now my car runs amazing!No problems, no check engine light... all fixed! Travis Forro it s a true expert in his field. I won't take my car anywhere else!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

I want to say thank you to the sweetest young woman in your service department, her name is Darian. I don't know if Fort Collins Nissan does any awards acknowledgment or not but you should. She is top notch!! Super knowledgeable- not gunna lie it took me by surprise how much she knew! I have told my family and friends to take their vehicles to Fort Collins Nissan and only ask for her. She calmed my nerves I get when coming to a dealership/service center. Thank you Darian- you are a sweet soul!

My daughter attends CSU and needed some serive on her car before she drove it 10 hours home for break. Melissa did an amazing job of taking care of her and communicating with me on what needed to be done and what could wait until she was home. Definitely recommend FC Nissan Service!

I went in 2 weeks ago and was helped by a women named Darian. Let s just say if i could post a review with no stars i would. I was told i wouldn t understand what is happening with my car because of the way i looked, but to top it all off, she ended the exchange asking for my number. I was appalled. This is an updated review. We've been using Nissan's dealership service center since 1994. We've always been pretty happy customers. We have been happiest in the most recent years. Since Melissa and her team took over we have never been surprised. We have been treated well and with respect. They ALWAYS get permission to do the work before getting started. They send videos of what's going on so we understand. They are patient with us. Most important they are kind, NEVER try to over sell us on ANYTHING, and THAT is why we keep coming back. Thanks Melissa and your for the great work!!!

I had the best experience with the service center. Everyone there is so nice and helpful. Darian was just a blessing when it came to questions I had about my Nissan Altima. This will be the only store I will come back to for now on. 10/10 experience!

I had my Murano serviced here recently. The service itself was good, but a day later found a 20% off coupon that I missed. Unfortunately the dealer would not honor the coupon after the fact per their policy. In the future, I hope they can be more flexible in situations like this for loyal customers.

I had a coupon that was still valid, and this Nissan Fort Collins service center would not honor it, specifically, Justin Phillips and his manager. So I called the Greeley Nissan service center, specifically Daniel, and he said they would honor it. I will take my business to Greeley Nissan from now on. I'll be shopping for a car soon.
