I had a great experience when I bought a new 2021 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon (JLU). I have really enjoyed mine and it gets me where I want to go in the mountains while also being a good daily driver. It's fun and it will take you on or to your next adventure. The service department has also handled the "Jeep wave" free oil changes and a couple of warranty items (tire and battery) with no cost to me and with no push back. They are always courteous, friendly and expeditious. I would recommend them if you are looking for a Jeep or need work done on the one you have.

I bought my first Jeep through Ft Collins Jeep and my buying experience was phenomenal. The salesman was knowledgeable and the interaction was very low pressure. Even though my buying experience was great, it was when I had a problem that sat Ft Collins Jeep apart from the rest.The day after I bought my Jeep we were hit with a blizzard and when I was unable to fully test my Jeep. When I was able to test everything a week later the front locker was not working correctly. I went back to the dealership and explained what happened, they said they would stand behind the product and fix it. When I got it in their repair facility there was question on how it was going to be covered. Mike the sales manager and Nick the GM went to battle on my behalf and worked through the roadblocks and made sure that my Jeep was fixed at no cost to me.Because of the customer service that Mike and Nick showed standing behind their product and honoring the commitment to address the problem of my newly purchased Jeep at their cost, they have made a customer for life.There are many buying options out there but if you want stellar customer service, people who stand behind their product and do what they say they are going to do, then Ft Collins Jeep is the place for you.Thanks again Mike and Nick for being people of your word.

Update: Mr. John Buckley is the man! I forgot that he would get me my Car's sticker with my name on it, and when I saw him, he gave me the sticker and even laminated it! I honestly had forgotten. That goes to show that John doesn't forget a customer and is a man of his word. John and Fort Collins Jeep are the only ones I trust. Let me know when you get me that Final edition 392 John! In black! 5 stars always.John and James are awesome. They were able to get me in and out with the car I wanted. No issues. Easy transaction. John also made sure I got everything that was promised to me with the purchase of my new car. James respected my military service and hooked me up without even asking him. What a great experience! They took the time needed so we were comfortable with our decision. They gave us the deal we wanted then spent the next hour siting with us going over every detail of the vehicle and getting it personalized to us., They cleaned it and fueled it up.We would highly recommend both of these salesman and the finance team.

I wish I would have read the reviews for Jeeps and Fort Collins Jeep before helping my wife buy hers. Not even 2000 miles and, we noticed some kind of oil/lubricant leak. Amazingly, Fort Collins Jeep decided we could wait for more than one month before accepting it for diagnosis when they were informed there was some oil/lubricant leaking, leaking for God s sake. If they can t figure out that a brand new car showing signs of oil/lubricant leaks have higher priority than replacing oil, filters, tire rotations or other services they have in their queue that do not put at high damage risk the vehicle, they should not be allowed to service cars for Jeep. So, either they can t figure out prioritization based on risk assessment or, Jeeps really suck and they have a long queue of useless brand new Jeeps in their queue waiting for parts and repairs. Oh and, no loaners and, Jeep corporate limited rental reimbursements where I would have to pay for part of the rental and its insurance, about 20-30 USD per day on a not known repair time estimate(if this one max out how much is Jeep willing to reimburse, this turns into a 350 USD per week rental, or obviously, go and figure out your commute needs, for me is driving my wife to work, my daughter to school around my work schedule , plus the other required commutes on a regular family of 3) all these after acquiring a 70k+ USD Jeep. Oh and now, both Jeep Corporate Customer Service/Warranty and Fort Collins Jeep decided to just go radio silent on updating the status.If this helps any of you potential new buyers, you are welcome. The oil trace photos might make you think about it twice if you want to throw the dice on the chance of having this after signing a lease, finance or pay cash for a car valued in around 70k USD.Oh, and do not fall for the Lease Discount/Tax Benefit on Hybrids, you might end up with a lease that you have to buy it or try to transfer to try and get out of a mess like the one I got myself into with Jeep, with no car for God knows how long, paying for your rental insurance(if your insurance doesn t cover it) and/or Uber rides and/or the actual rental cost once you hit the maximum Jeep is willing to reimburse. My wife is paying her lease, Jeep will process the rental reimbursement(process doesn t mean approve) and I pay for the daily insurance of my wife s rental. Go and check Instagram reviews for how long some Jeep customers have been waiting for Jeep parts, I just read some are in the hundreds of days.I know Jeeps are known for being tough and all but I can read a lot of reviews and experiences in social media that indicate the contrary. So, it is either increasing in probability of repairs needed on brand new jeeps or, social media is just allowing for bigger distribution on experiences. The customer service deficiencies definitely should deter potential customers. It would be a lot different if both customer service at this dealership and corporate would be up to the expectations and current market standards.Definitely will never again buy a Jeep(or related brand car such as Chrysler, Dodge, Ram, etc.) and would not recommend to nobody getting one, not because of the risk of the bad luck of having a car leaking transmisi�n oil and being at risk of requiring full transmission replacement after only 2k miles(the latest I heard before the radio silent) but mostly because of the customer service and their lack of interest, accountability and empathy.

I bought a car recently from Jeep and had a wonderful experience, Cabe was very helpful. It was a wet morning but he gave us the time and attention we needed, went out in the cold to find cars we requested till we found the right one. He took care of us when we needed to leave early and got the team involved to see that we were out the door with the car we wanted in good time. This is a typical dealership experience. I dropped a Jeep off for recall warranty work the night before the appointment I made weeks before. There were three recalls on it and I made an appointment so they knew it was coming. Late the next day I called them to get an update because no one had called me and asked specifically of the recall work was done as there were a few other items I was declining. I was told yes.This was a Friday at 4PM and I asked if I could pick it up that night. The service advisor told me he would check with the tech and call me right back. Of course he never called back.I returned Saturday morning to pick up the Jeep and two out of the three recalls had not been completed. The parts are on back order for a month. I will have to make the 30 minute drive to Jeep again which means getting a ride there again.I had an appointment, they knew I was coming for these specific recalls for weeks. They didn t order the parts. They could have either told me they didn t have them and not to come to the appointment. Or they could have ordered them ahead of time. Or they could have told me the recalls weren t complete when I called to pick it up.They didn t do any of that, they told me they were done, didn t communicate, and told me I d just have to waste another hour of my wife and I s time to come back.Mike Shaw is the same distance. I ll go there.

When we purchased a vehicle from this dealership everything has been fair and above board. We discovered some body scratches and chips in the paint that they are going to have repaired. Drivers side ski rack is damaged and will be replaced along with the front air foil and the rear inside sole plate assembly. All of this is being done at no cost to us. If you are in the market for a new or used vehicle this is the place to go for a good deal and straight up fair and honest. They do what they say that they will do.

They are happy to sell you a car, but not much beyond that. I had a long-term problem in the suspension of my brand new Jeep that took five different trips into the shop to fix. It took six weeks in the shop to finally get it fixed. They did finally fix it, which is why I m giving a second star. After that, I just wanted to get rid of the Jeep. Asked the salesperson I bought it from (Zack) to put me in contact with someone to possibly sell it back to them. After almost a week I still hadn t heard back. Tried to contact Zack again and never heard back from him or the person in charge of buying for them.
