I'm really pleased with Fort Collins Collision Repair and my recent experience to have my truck's bumper refinished. The bumper looks great and FCCR completed the work in a timely fashion and at the cost they estimated - which was lower than three other repair shops in the area. The staff is very friendly and I really appreciated the fact they went the extra mile to detail my truck before I picked it up. I highly recommend this shop to others!

My axel housing on my Jeep wrangler needed to be replaced as well as a tire and wheel. At first they would not be able to get me in for 3 months but an opening came up and they got me in within a month and a half (this is typical for all the shops in the area right now so I was glad they could get me in sooner). They called a couple weeks before my scheduled drop off date to confirm. The drop off was smooth and my car was ready to be picked up after 7 days of being with them. This shop is not directly linked to the insurance (State Farm) but this shop has worked with that insurance and knew what would be needed so the process was smooth. The shop was in direct contact with the insurance which is great because it relieves stress from me. When I picked up my car, the shop had done a light cleaning on the inside (which looked amazing as my dog is always with me getting my car dirty!) and washed the outside of the car. This was above and beyond and I would definitely go to this shop with future work.

Fort Collins Collision Repair was AMAZING. My car was hit in a parking lot and I had the opportunity to do business with them. Unfortunately my front bumper was cracked and I needed to leave my car with them for 3 days. They took fantastic care of it. Not only is the bumper looking great, they cleaned my car inside and out. I ve been putting off this task for ages and I was just blown away by the effort they put in to go this extra mile. Thank you guys SO much!!!

I recently had a small repair done on my 2014 Audi All-Road. The estimate was very clear, and the work was performed satisfactorily. They also did a follow-up email to see if everything was okay.

Receptionist was very rude. Josh is very unprofessional and inconsiderate . Never updated status of my vehicle. Blamed it on the insurance. Then told me I shouldn't bug him to check on my ride! Going on 3 weeks, still car less! Josh said call him Friday, he's on vacation! Not to mention the extra damage they did while holding my vehicle for over 3 weeks. Very unprofessional, will be sure to spread the word about the service. Was a returning customer but NEVER again!!

Steph and the team at Fort Collins Collision Repair chimps the repairs on our daughter's 2004 Nissan Xterra. The front fender was dented in, and they did a great job completing the work on time and on budget. I would highly recommend them for your body shop needs.

This is a great place with helpful people! Danny removed the rusted bolts that were stuck on my license plate. I couldn t get them off myself and therefore couldn t change my plate. Even though it only took a few minutes, he really saved the day. He took the time to help me out even though there was no charge. He and other staff were very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I will definitely go back there if I need work done to my car. I strongly recommend.

Amazing business! I got my truck fixed last week. My fender looks like the original, paint matches perfectly, and they had it fixed in five business days. ON top, my car was completely detailed! 100/100! Would recommend to any and all.

My truck got rear ended in an accident. I went to Fort Collins Collision Repair to fix it. They did a great job with the original estimate (came out very close to what insurance said it would cost). They were up front with the wait to get it fixed. Once we were able to get it in to get fixed it didn't take long to fix. They stayed in contact with extra time needed to get the extra piece they needed (couldn't see it until they pulled off bumper). Very professional people that work here and they worked well with the insurance company. Very seamless process and great quality of work. Fort Collins Collision Repair provides excellent collision vehicle body repair work at a very competitive price. Over several years my wife and I have had both of our cars receive extensive collision repair done by people that know how to treat their customers in a very professional manner. We have gotten other estimates when prudent that did not compare favorably to this local company where their employees are respectful and dedicated to putting a vehicle back in like new condition. We have sent our friends there when they have asked for the name of a reliable collision center and they have thanked us after the work was done. I highly recommend them!If you want details, read on.Fort Collins Collision Repair is the ultimate professional auto-body shop in Fort Collins.During the process of acquiring estimates for insurance purposes, it became evident that most shops really do not like to do this. I understand that; it takes up time and the chances are slim that they will get the gig. Most shops either had me make an appointment for the estimate or just took pictures and then never got back to me. Some wouldn t even talk to me because my car is a 93, too old. Fort Collins Collision Repair took the time to come out and do the estimate (I was a walk-in) and were very pleasant and professional.After the insurance claim was initiated, I chose Fort Collins Collision Repair. Of course, they had to schedule me about 5 weeks out. Not surprising that this shop would be that busy. They called me the week before as a reminder.When I brought my car in, I was informed that if the repair required an adjustment from the insurance company, that they would handle it. It did require an adjustment and they handled it! I was kept informed at every step.My car was ready exactly when they said it would be. When I picked it up, I was very pleasantly surprised! You would never have known that there was ever any damage, and I hadn't seen it that clean in years! The folks at Fort Collins Collision Repair did an excellent job of fixing my Ford F350 pickup truck that had a crunched left front quarter panel and front end. They tracked down suitable replacement parts and did an terrific job of matching the paint colors. When I got my vehicle back it looked brand new. You couldn t even tell that it had been hit. It was running smoothly and looked even better than it had looked even before the accident. The only thing that I did not like was how long it took. I was informed that it would be done on a certain day, then more days would pass and it still wasn t done. Other than that, the car came out great, and after seeing it, I realized why it took so long.

My VW Tiguan was hit on the front passenger side wheel by a guy running a stop sign. Massive damage to the body and mechanicals, but Fort Collins Collision did a great job of repairing it. Fit and finish of the repair was excellent and it drives like new. They took care of everything with the insurance company and even detailed the vehicle before returning it to me. The entire staff is friendly and helpful. They gave me the most honest estimate of any of the places I went to and got me in as soon as they could. They explained the process in detail and handled all of the insurance issues that came up. I'm so pleased with how my vehicle looks and they did an excellent job repairing all of the damage. I m sure the quality is good. Prices are too high. Was quoted 2800$ for a small dent in my rear quarter panel, with a couple minor paint scratches on the door and tail light. Maybe rich people who don t need to watch their money can afford to be ripped off and over charged for labor here because the quality of work is decent. But not me.

Fort Collins Collision Repair did an amazing job of fixing up my Mazda CX9 after a wreck. They communicated by phone and email (with pictures) to make sure they repaired what I wanted and to save money, where possible. Plus, they cleaned my car inside and out before they returned it. It looks new again.

I have had two cars repaired by Ft. Collins Collision, and in each case was extremely satisfied with the work, the service, and the care. The price was very fair and they kept me informed of the progress of the repairs. And the friendliness and professionalism of the staff and techs was just awesome! It s easy to see why their parking area is so full: it s because they are very popular and highly respected.

After being rear-ended by a careless Lyft driver, our 2021 Toyota Highlander needed to have the back bumper repaired. Our insurance company sent us to one of the Crash Champions shops in town and our experience there was pitiful. They wanted to "weld" the gouges and cracks in the bumper vs. replacing it entirely. I argued with them that it is a brand new car and I want it as good as it was, not some cheap cosmetic repairs (not to mention I sat for 45 mins for someone to help me even though I had a scheduled appointment). We ended up taking our vehicle to Ft Collins Collision Repair for a second opinion. Turns out to fully replace the bumper was nearly the same price as what Crash Champions quoted us for the plastic welding. We obviously ended up using Ft Collins Collision Repair instead. Our entire experience with them was great. Very professional, very easy to work with. Their communication with us was always great. We had to reschedule the repair at one point due to parts shortages (not their fault). The repairs themselves (most importantly) looks perfect.Service: Body & Trim

Ft Collins Collision repair fixed my Toyota Prius after a parking lot accident. They were able to get the insurance company from the other party to pay the extra it cost to make the repairs. I am disappointed this place changed the price when I arrived to pick up my vehicle. They could easily have called to let me know the price would be higher, but they did not. They said a part was more expensive than anticipated. Why is the customer supposed to eat their mistake?I was stuck because they had my car and had already finished the job. The manager said I had signed a release, but it only authorized work and said nothing about increasing prices without my permission. I will likewise share my story with the Kia dealership in town and suggest they stop recommending this repair shop.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I had to go in and have the front of my car redone, and it turned out better than I could imagine. My car came back looking brand new! Not only that, but I was surprised to see that the interior of my car was all clean as well. Throughout the whole process, they clearly communicated me the timeline of my car getting fix as well as communicated if any further damage was discovered.But above all, the employees were very kind and personable.
