Went in yesterday and within an hour had brand new tires purchased and installed! So incredibly easy to work with, the man who helped us was very knowledgeable and went through various options with us to help ensure we got the right tires for us and our needs. The staff was so kind and helpful, clean waiting room with water. Really appreciate how simple and efficient the whole process was! Kudos to a great store and staff!

This is my 100th review on google!This place was great.Elijah helped me out and was very professional and quick, even though they had bunch of people there.I was in and out in less than an hour.I would recommend this place to anyone that needs tires

Had appointment at 4p, arrived early cause schedule allowed, they said they would try to get in early, at one point took car into bay, then brought back out. 4:15 rolls around, asked if they were gonna start, guy states we gurantee an hour from appointment time, 4:45 still have not worked on car so have to get upset and ask again if they're gonna work on car finally done at 5:25 for a simple seasonal tire set swap.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. They explained options clearly and met my level of knowledge. They were interested in selling me the best option for me, not necessarily the most expensive one.

This place messed up the threads on my tire nuts. Now I have to pay to get them replaced. When I asked what could be done about it, I was essentially just told that I was screwed and that I was liable. I m sorry for going to you guys, I guess! They also just lost the center cap for my back left tire. My car is drivable again, but I incurred multiple expenses that could have been avoided by caring the bare minimal amount. Instead of going to this place in the future, i m going somewhere where they actually care about me and my car.

Fast friendly service. They have a cool notification system on your phone so you don't have to wait in the lobby. Prices seem a little high for labor. But it's easy to show up and just get in line.

I went here to purchase 40" tires and they did not have the tires I was looking for so I asked for a price to mount and balance tires if I bought them online and was given a price of $22 per tire.I bought 5 tires online and made an appointment on Saturday morning to have the tires installed a week in advance. It snowed and was wet outside the morning of the appointment and when I got there to have the tires mounted and balanced, Elijah informed me that they would actually want $70 per tire to mount and balance them. After telling him that I got a quote of $22 earlier in the week, he asked who I talked to and refused to get anywhere near the price I was told previously. He explained that the 38" tires that I had were "heavy and hard to move around" and the my truck would "clog up" one of his bays for an hour... and that that was an issue even though I had made an appointment and they had a full week to plan for it.Now, I have purchased full sets of tires from these guys in the past and they seemed fine, but the overall feeling here was that they didn't want to do it because it was cold and wet outside and they could make more money pushing civics through the shop than working on my truck, so my business and previous relationship with them wasn't worth it.I offered to pay more than what was quoted understanding that the tires are big and all, but he wasn't willing to come anywhere near a reasonable amount.I called Big O, dropped my truck off there 10 mins later and my tires were installed for $40 piece two hours later. I highly recommend Big O tire and while Discount has lost my future business (which it seems was not very important to them from the start) Big O has gained a new loyal customer.I view this experience as a very poor way to conduct business.

A great business. This was my go-to store before I had even purchased tires from them. A few years back they fixed two tires that I did not get from them and did not charge me a thing. A friend of mine had tire issues and they helped him out too, in a tremendous way. Since then I have referred everyone I know there. Recently I needed 4 new tires and by default went there. The experience was great, the service was great, the tires have performed great. This is one of the best run businesses in Fort Collins in my opinion and would tell everyone if they need tires or have a tire problem to go to this location.

They fixed our tire with a nail in it for free! Very courteous. Was told it would take 2 hrs and it wasn t even an hour. Each bay has multiple tire changers working and they are quick and efficient. Thank you for giving us that peace of mind again.

Carson is a great salesperson. He helped navigate through the Michelin warranty on my tires and was knowledgeable about my car (Tesla).Knocking 1 star off because of not using the correct equipment to jack up my car. I explicitly asked them to use the rubber pucks Tesla service recommends when jacking my car (even offered my own that were in my trunk), and when I went to pick up my car I asked the service rep if they had used rubber pucks and he emphatically said, "Yes." Video shows otherwise. (see attached screenshots/videos - hopefully the videos go through). Please be honest with your customers and don't blatantly lie to their faces.Knocking another star off because of "promised" time being off (They "promised" I would be out of there at 2:00pm, but at 1:59pm my car was just being pulled in to be worked on). Altogether I spent 3 hours of my life in that shop, ~45 minutes past when I was told it would be done. If I was told it would be 3 hours it would have been fine. I was told it was going to be just less than 2 hours. After that there was no communication letting me know it would go past the promised time.While Carson was great, I don't think I'll be back at this location because of the blatant dishonesty of the service rep about using the proper equipment on my car.

I just wanted to say a big thank you to Kyle and Malakai. I came in to buy new wheels for my Camaro, and these gentleman answered all of my questions, and were kind enough to share their opinions when asked. They didn t rush me in my decision and thoroughly went over detail. They were professional and friendly, and their service did not go unappreciated.

Four strikes, they're out. Twice they didn't mark the tires when they removed them despite me asking, making it so I couldn't rotate the tires correctly. Then they lost the lug nuts for the brand new wheels I purchased through them. Lastly, and worst of all, they dented and scratched my brand new car just one month after it was purchased; despite ample evidence that it was them (sentry mode usage, etc.), they refused to pay for the repair. Never again, do not risk your vehicle here.

These guys are absolutely amazing!! They couldn't patch my tire, but told me what my options were, aired up my tire, and put it back on with new lug nuts ( they had to hammer off the old ones) free of charge. Thanks guys!!

I always choose discount. Their service is super friendly and fast. They are always willing to work with you in many ways. Came for my rotation and balancing for free since I bought tires with discount, which are very good by the way.

These guys have been completely 100% Amazing!! I came in 2 days ago to get 4 new tires. Kreig was helping me out at the time. They only had 3 in stock, so Kreig had them actually go get the 4th one from the warehouse. Excellent customer service! Way to go above & beyond. When I got home I put my glasses on so I could read my receipt. I'm old and my eyes don't work great...lol That's when I noticed the tires were the wrong size. I wanted 245/60/R18...I ended up with 235/60/R18 because that's the system default size for my car. I decided I would just try to roll with the 235's, but noticed my car was not at all happy with the change. So, I went back to Discount 2 days later to ask about it. Wanna know what Kreig did?? He had the guys Switch them out for me. How Cool was that?!? And no extra cost! BIG Props for that!Now I have my 245's back and couldn't be happier with the way everything was handled. These guys go Out of their way for their customers. I can't express enough how great they have been. Totally recommend going to Discount for your tire needs. Thanks so much Kreig!!!! You made Me & My lil car very very HAPPY :)

Elijah was top-notch!! Excellent customer service! He was very knowledgeable and sold me the best tires for my needs. Wyatt was also great to deal with on the phone! Great place, get you tires at DISCOUNT TIRES!

Decent place and they are usually good at taking walk-ins. They snapped a stud but gave a receipt to get it repaired for free so fair enough. Stuff happens but at least they're honest and timely.

I came in today for a flat fix. The tire was in horrible condition, luckily I had a warranty but there'd be a $35 charge (not bad at all for a brand new tire) unfortunately I'm a single mom who's struggling to make ends meet. Wyatt took it upon himself to cover the fee and I literally couldn't be more grateful. Everyone here is absolutely amazing but Wyatt truly shines as an amazing person Thank you again!!!!

I made an appointment online and my car had all 4 tires rotated and balanced free. Excellent customer service with the place being very busy. They texted me when my 4-runner was done and it was 20 minutes later.

New to the state and was under the impression it was a sheet of ice here so I went with studded tires on the drive home realized they were not going to work out I called about exchanging them and was told bring it back no problem. The manager and associate that helped me were so kind and made the process a breeze 10/10 will be coming back

They sold poor products and won t back them up. In 2 years, I have purchased 10 tires and have driven less than 20,000 miles and now need 4 more tires. Their warranty is $200 off. I will not be returning to this business and their poor products.

We had a last minute issue with one of our tires and needed to quickly have all four replaced. We did a same day walk-in appointment at this Discount Tire location and were greeted warmly by Noah. He proceeded to help us have the most lovely experience. Noah was kind, helpful, and made the entire experience stress free. We will go back to this location again :D

I have always gone to discount on Fossil Creek. Today was the best visit yet. I can not get over the customer service. Noah treated me like I was a friend. It was so busy and when I was being helped I never felt rushed. He made sure I purchased the perfect tire for my needs! A half hour later I was out the door. It is the only place I will buy tires

I went in last minute to get tires for my car before a show as I was on threads. They didn't have this specific tire in stock and worked ultra hard to locate and assist me in getting them in next day. Thomas treated my concerns about the timeline with diligence and urgency. Making me the customer feeling respected and important. Thomas and Lincoln both showed the same passion for customer service and have earned my thanks.
