Marcus in the Subaru Parts department was extremely helpful at guiding me to the right products to fix my car's issue with the A/C & vents along with the process steps to use. He was also able to talk me through some updates and new parts (ie new larger CCA battery model) that was recently released for when I need a new battery for my Subaru Outback to help counter the parasitic battery drain issue.Separetely, Conor was helpful at looking into what fixes are avilable for my year's DCM to fix the Telematics unit causing the parasitic drain.

Just be aware that a recall appt scheduled will take much longer than the 2 hours if you don t tell them beforehand that you do not want them to do a courtesy 21 point inspection on your vehicle. Your car will be there all day if you don t tell them all you want is the recall addressed. We made this mistake and it was upsetting since we already have a wonderful mechanic who was planning to take care of some of our repairs needed. This dealership needs to be a little more upfront about what their plans really are with your car appt.

Let s add Danial to the stellar individual list. He was amazing. Having an oil change should not be this enjoyable. I totally LOVE AND TRUST Dellenbach Subaru, Catelyn snf Brett provide phenomenal customer service. They deal with my quirky personality while at the same time ensuring my car runs smoothly. They saved me money on my older car when I found out about her Subaru dealer out of state lied about my tire warranty. Dellenbach honored the warranty I thought I had snd saved my hundreds of dollars. The Dellenbach team went above and beyond.

such an impressive, professional operation. phet raised the bar for service advisor skills quite a bit. she made it easy for our repairs to be completed in a timely manner so we could continue our trip home from vegas to illinois, and she made us feel as comfortable as could be while that happened. what a great experience.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Engine repairServices: General repairs & maintenance, Engine repair

Was told my appointment was yesterday, when I showed up I was told it wasn t until today. No big deal, I must have mixed the days up, so I came back today for my appointment. Was told everyone goes on lunch at 12 and my car wouldn t even be started until after that, but I wasn t allowed to leave and come back. I don t have the time to hang out for 3+ hours at the dealership for an alignment on my day off when for over an hour of that time, no one is even going to be touching my car. Had to reschedule and now have to wait 2 more weeks. Hopefully that appointment goes smoother, I ve been here once before and had no issues and a great experience, which is why I came back, but now this whole process has been a pretty big inconvenience.

Phet and her team at Subaru service did an amazing job of answering questions, helping us find the best coupon, and making sure we were comfortable for a full day of waiting for our Outback to be serviced. Since we live out of town and had lots of errands, Phet arranged a rental (2021 Outback). They even loaded and unloaded our coolers and packages for us!

I ve taken my car here since 2018 when I moved to Fort Collins and I ve always had a great experience. I recently had one of the top customer service experiences I ve ever had when my Crosstrek had an issue with the engine, and Phet took really great care of me and helped me understand what was wrong and walked me through the difficult process. I d highly recommend her and this Subaru service center!Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, General repairs & maintenance, Engine repair, Wheel alignment, Brakes, Battery, Oil change

I can't imagine how the service center gets 4 stars. I bought my other car from Markley and the service experience was great. I've had several bad experiences over 1.5 years.

Without a doubt. This is the best place to buy or service your Subaru. "Josh" in service is exceptional and i have been going there for nigh on 15 years. Bought 2 Subarus from them. So in addition to their attention to the customer, they are friendly and helpful. An exceptional local business! Support them!

Tanner was great to work with on my 2017 Outback. I was having battery and starting issues and had brought the car in previously only to be told by another service adviser that it wasn't the battery. Tanner tested the battery, which failed and replaced it under warranty. Thanks to Tanner for great service!!

A dealer that was honest and straight forward. Better yet their estimates were very competitive with independent shops. Let's face it, the master technicians at the dealership are better trained. I never found this to be the case in Denver.

Clean waiting room, efficient check in. Just like it a bit less than service at Pedersen when my previous car was serviced. Feels like they are doing their bare minimum to provide the service.

It's not the fastest service in the world. But they are friendly. Really like the indoor dropoff so I don't have to get out of my car in the cold. And the sitting area is nice too

Past service was good, but I had a nail in one tire and was told it couldn t be repaired and that I needed four new tires. I went to Discount Tire, they patched my one tire without trouble for free and sent me on my way.
