Fast, efficient and quality service from my friends up at CARSTAR! I was always given solid updates on the status of my Mustang from both Brian Agosto and Dan Carroll. Very respectable workers in the trade! The company got on top of the repairs almost immediately after drop-off. Thanks to everyone who was involved! Glad to be back on the road once again!

I am extremely satisfied with my service completed after my vehicle was in an accident, and everybody that I dealt with at CARSTAR was extremely helpful and professional. Even after experiencing some issues with my vehicle that were not related to the accident, Brian went above and beyond to help me get my car fully fixed and I m very grateful for his help, as well as Eli s work on my car and communication about my vehicle being completed. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for work done on their vehicle!!

Honest, professional, and considerate. Their facility is modern and clean. They arranged a rental for me and provided me with an estimated repair schedule. My car is like brand new again after their certified repair service on my Mustang. They even gave me leftover paint for filling in future paint chips from rocks as well as some pointers on how to apply it. Can t recommend Carstar enough. Had damage to my front bumper, Josh was able to take a look at it the morning after it happened and spent time tying everything up so it was drivable and looked far better than it had, I so appreciated the time he took cleaning it up as best as he could. My washer fluid hose to the headlights was severed so he tied it off so I wouldn t lose all the washer fluid in the meantime, it was December so this was a lifesaver. I was quite upset and panicked when it happened and his excellent customer service and care in working on it the next day made everything a million times better. I left with an estimate and a week later they were booking me and ordering parts. The repairs look incredible, you can t tell there was ever any damage. They let us know what was happening throughout the process and were always super responsive when we d reach out about anything. It ended up being a bit of a process, the parts took longer to come in than expected and then it had to be towed down to the dealership for sensor recalibration, but they arranged everything perfectly. Super happy to have found Carstar and can t recommend them enough! Worked with Josh and Cameron mostly and both were wonderful.

CARSTAR is fabulous! They work directly with enterprise and the rental process is easy and streamlined. Everyone working there is helpful and kind. Got my car back with the interior cleaned as well, a lovely surprise.

CARSTAR did an amazing job repairing my new Volvo. Someone backed into me and scraped my bumper. The paint is pearlescent which can be very hard to match. I was therefore for very picky about who I chose to do the work. CARSTAR Was extremely professional. They kept me in the loop on the progress of my vehicle. They paid utmost attention to getting the car back to like new condition. I could not have asked for a better repair.

I recently got some repairs done at CarStar and had a great experience. They were able to book me for the initial appointment/estimate quite quickly, and from there book me for my service in a very reasonable amount of time, especially considering how booked up all car shops are right now. Cameron was the employee who managed my case, and he was really nice, professional, and easy to work with. I interacted with several other employees briefly during my repair process and had the same impression of all of them. They estimated that my car would need a week in the shop, and it was done in 3 days! They did a great job, and I will definitely be bringing my car back there the next time I need repairs done.

I typically take pleasure in highlighting the positive aspects of businesses and contributing constructive feedback due to my appreciation of the significance of reviews. However, my experience with Car Star has regrettably compelled me to share my dissatisfaction and frustration, underscored by a marked lack of attention to detail and a resultant financial burden on my end, contrasted by a monetary gain for the company.My journey commenced with an unfortunate incident where my 2021 Tesla was involved in a collision while parked. The process of securing a repair appointment was not only protracted but was also disrupted last minute, incurring additional costs due to the need to rearrange my schedule.Upon the vehicle s arrival at Car Star, negotiations with insurance ensued. Eventually, I personally contributed over $3,000, with the insurance handling the remainder. A minor consolation was Car Star s willingness to retain my vehicle during another period of costly logistical adjustments on my part.The vehicle s front end was backed into by a truck in the accident. Despite the evident need, the insurance opted against a complete bumper replacement, leading to a partial fix that left the bumper both cracked and misaligned. This significant information was not communicated to me, and I was met with the disheartening sight of my vehicle returning in a far less than pre-accident state.Efforts to address these issues were thwarted by apparent lapses within Car Star s new system, and my attempts to reach out were initially lost in the shuffle. When contact was finally established, I was informed that while their work came with a warranty, the scope of repair was tethered to the insurance's stipulations. An absence of proactive communication meant I was left in the dark about the possibility of a more comprehensive repair while the car was already in their care.Acknowledgment of my grievances did lead to the replacement of a broken hubcap. Yet, this gesture was overshadowed by the discovery of a hastily reassembled trunk liner, necessitating additional time and expense for proper rectification. Similarly, damage to both fender liners in the affected areas was another testament to a discernible disregard for detail.Concluding this ordeal, I am faced with the option to further invest in rectifying these issues, incurring more costs and adding to the wear and tear of the vehicle. This, coupled with the fact that these unresolved issues diminish the value of my Tesla, leaves me with a sense of profound discontentment.This account is shared not out of malice but in the hope of constructive resolution. The opportunity to rectify these issues remains open, and I am willing to remove or amend this review should Car Star address the highlighted concerns in a manner that acknowledges the inconvenience and financial strain imposed on me throughout this process.

They used an aftermarket bumper on my girlfriend s SUV that didn t align correctly (It stuck out about 3/16 where it should ve been flush with the side panel), and they left overspray from a bad tape job. They agreed to rework the bumper so that it only sticks out about 1/8 and removed the overspray, but I don t think that it should ve been passed off to us in that condition to begin with.

Their service was fantastic! I own a Tesla in an area that does not have any local body shops that are certified to work on my vehicle, CARSTAR in Fort Collins was willing to work with me to give a estimate from afar and worked with my schedule to get the car delivered and picked up. There did a fantastic job with the hail damage on my vehicle, it looks brand new and returned the car back to me cleaner that it was. CarStar in Fort Collins is fantastic in repairing Tesla s. My Tesla Model 3 AWD 2018 is now better than new. The owner and employees are experts at repairing them. Keep you informed during the repair and answer any questions you may have. After a rear hatch water leak post pick up. Cameron was most kind no matter what and ensured the body repair staff rectified the situation and did the best they could overall and tried to fix the issue. Update After a few visits it was finally discovered that the parts Tesla sent had some issues and were allowing water to leak into the vehicle The car star tram and Cameron finally figured everything out and fixed everything and got the car back to perfect condition once again.I will definitely recommend these guys and will be back myself if ever needed.Thanks again Car Star.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

They did a repair on my Tesla driver side fender. They were great to work with, much cheaper and more responsive than the Tesla body shop was. It took a bit longer than originally quoted, but not too far off.Recommended.

Truly a unique - positive - service experience at Carstar Fort Collins. Each person I interacted with, from start to finish, was professional, clear, helpful and reliable. My car was returned fixed, cleaned and charged. AMAZING.

Exceptional! The personal in the front office we professional, kind and understanding. Let's face it, coming in with a damaged care is not a happy experience. However, from my first conversation to last conversation with CarStar I felt heard and that they understood the inpact on my personal life and inconvenience a care repair can be. Customer Service - A++The repairs were done flawless. I'm a bit of a stickler for minute detail and combed over the care throughly. My car looked brand new where the repairs were done. Repairs done perfectly!Service repair - A++I can't thank the staff enough for their attention to quality and detail.I must say when I left the shop there was an extra measure of Christmas cheer (thank Cameron)

carstar did an amazing job, their customer service was always on point. my car was pretty badly damaged (from hail) and they got it done in less than 8 weeks with multiple problems hindering them with the parts they were sent for my car. they still got everything done in a really good time that i was able to have my car back before christmas! (brought it nov 6th, done on dec 19, picked up dec 21). will definitely use this location again if i have future problems with my car :)

Had a very positive experience at CARSTAR. My insurance company was an absolute pain- was extremely slow to respond to any communication regarding the quote CARSTAR provided, then was refusing to pay the quoted price. Tyler and Cameron spent hours on the phone working with my insurance company to get them to respond, and then ultimately to come to an agreement for repair. They did great work and ultimately completed the job despite not being appropriately compensated by my insurance company. Really appreciate their work.***UPDATE***Had another positive experience at CARSTAR. It was unfortunate that I had to bring my car back for a separate issue a year later, but once again CARSTAR was great. They worked with me in a unique situation and did phenomenal work. I would love it if I never had to have body work done again, but when the day inevitably comes, I'll be coming back to CARSTARServices: Painting, Body & Trim

Car Star is absolutely fantastic! Extremely polite, professional, clean, detail oriented and knowledgeable. From the first day walking in after being rear ended to the day I left with my car after the repairs were complete, the entire experience was perfect. My car was returned to me immaculate inside and out. Every employee I spoke to was courteous, polite and helpful whether in person or on the phone. I brought my Tesla in to get my paint fixed because of weather issues. They were super helpful and made sure they noted every single chip that my car had (which was a lot). They knew they were going to have some part delays so they pushed my bring-in date back, which I appreciated. My car ended up being there for 2 months, with only 1 month them being able to work on it, but that was solely the fault of my insurance. They were super responsive and helped me when contacting my insurance to try and get an explanation for why it has taken so long. Cameron was so great and everyone there was so phenomenal and helpful (and patient with the fact that I called them a million times). I will definitely be coming back here if I ever need more collision repair work!Services: Painting, Body & Trim
