While I don t like having to get my truck repaired, I have had to twice in the last 12 months. Carriage Shoppe did outstanding work and kept constantly updated both times. The truck was returned perfectly repaired and spotless. Highly recommended Shoppe !!

Carriage Shoppe did a fantastic job with some body work on my Toyota pickup, and they got it done FAST, and went an extra mile to make sure I was kept in the loop with updates along the way.The body work and paint were perfect, the staff were engaging and friendly, and they are a family-owned LOCAL business, not some huge corporate shell. My truck was DIRTY when I dropped it off, and not only was it laser clean when I got it back, they even vacuumed the interior and apologized for moving my driver seat a few inches.I've had a few vehicles repaired over the years, and after my experience at Carriage Shoppe, I'll most certainly use them exclusively in the future, and recommend them to anyone who asks. If you're reading this, just use them and stop looking.If there were six stars, they'd get 'em.

Carriage Shoppe did an impeccable job with my Jeep repair. They were able to schedule me for an estimate and repair far earlier than other shops in town, and returned my vehicle in spotless condition (interior and exterior). The Carriage Shoppe was not a preferred provider for my insurance, but they worked with my insurance so seamlessly that they might as well have been. Had a very good experience here. Everyone was very helpful and Andrew kept me informed as the progress on the repair went along. Did not expect them to clean my car and was pleasantly surprised when I received it back. Highly recommend.

Such amazing customer service, everyone that works there acknowledged me, made sure I was being helped. Renee is just amazing, she s so nice and extremely helpful. They did fantastic work on my car that was in an accident, it looks brand new. They kept up on great communication with me on each stage of the repairs since my car was in their care for a few weeks. Highly highly recommend!

The team was wonderful to work with. They provided a quote that was significantly lower than the other shops. The technician is very experienced and saved me $2,000 with the work he was able to do. Good people, highly recommend.

My husband shopped around to find a good repair shop to fix his truck that was in a wreck. Carriage shoppe had great reviews so we trusted that. It took them 4 months to get his truck repaired which they communicated to us but we had no choice since his truck wasn t drivable. Since we ve gotten his truck back there has been nothing but problems. We brought it back in to have the carriage shoppe look at it and they said that they couldn t find anything wrong and tightened a few things. So he brought it to the Dodge dealer for another option and since his truck is under warranty still. Come to find out the radiator that carriage shoppe replaced less than 6 months ago was not seated right, was cracked, leaked into and damaged the turbo actuator. A radiator should not be leaking and cracked in less than 6 months. I would look somewhere else to have your car worked on.

This place is exceptional! I called them on a whim when I couldn't get in anywhere else. They took great care of my car, fixed it super quickly, and gave me lost of text updates along the way. I will definitely return if needed in the future!

I am beyond impressed with my experience here. I needed moderate repairs due to an accident. They work with Enterprise and the rental car was waiting for me at drop-off. They completed the work ahead of schedule, including some extra unrelated work I asked for. They kept me updated by text. I picked up my car in much better shape than it was before the accident, looked like it was completely detailed. All the things I did not clean out of my car were placed into a tote bag, and they even cleaned a massive detergent spill I had not had time to clean out of my trunk. Would not hesitate to have all future work done here.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I have used Carriage Shoppe over many years and several vehicles. They have consistently done an excellent service by providing flawless professional bodywork and painting, constant communication regarding their process and progress, coordination and cooperation with insurance procedures, and personal and friendly relations with the staff that run a very smooth operation.I unhesitatingly recommend the Carriage Shoppe for any bodywork and painting services needed for your car.They just did a $3800 repair from a hit and run sideswipe accident. Although the car was perfectly restored, I hope I don t see the folks at Carriage Shoppe too soon , in the future!Services: Painting, Electrical, Body & Trim, Auto body & trim replacement

Hit a deer while in Loveland (950 miles from home); had truck towed to the Carriage Shoppe. While waiting for truck to be towed back to Texas I could not believe the courtesy of this shop considering they were simply storing out vehicle. From calling on a Friday before they closed up to make sure we didn't need the key left somewhere particular to then calling when someone arrived to pick up the truck. I can see they are a busy establishment and to care even about our situation seemed above and beyond. Highly recommend!

I only got an estimate but it was already after I had taken it to another body shop who ripped me off and didn t complete the work. If the other shop would have done it right the car would have been totaled to begin with. Anyway, here they explained everything that would still need done and dealt with the follow up to the insurance company. They were wonderful especially after everything that I had already been through. I will definitely go back because I know they are honest and reliable!

All staff was friendly. The lack of attention to detail is the reason for my below average review. Vehicle was in for accident damage. Went to pick up the car and there were two very obvious scrapes/paint transfers left from the accident and one other spot that could be understandably missed. They were able to buff the paint off right away, once brought to their attention. Completed repairs were satisfactory. They did not notify the insurance company of additional time needed and when I called I was told a representative would return my call but never heard back. On a plus side, they work with a local car rental service so that part of the process was very convenient.Service: Body & Trim

The team here is super friendly and does an awesome job! Kendra and Renee were both very responsive in keeping me updated on the status of my car and they went above and beyond with the repairs by cleaning sap off my windshield and the interior of my car is so clean and smells amazing as well! This was one of the most amazing customer service experiences I have had. The work was done perfectly and on time, we received frequent text updates and daily photos were posted on their site so we could see the progress. Communication was great and we received immediate responses to any questions. Truly, I can't think of anything more they could have done to provide better service.
