Got sent here after to replace wheel studs that a tire shop stripped. Did that job quickly, and a tech noticed a suspension issue that I confirmed was common (control arm bushing failure in 2014-18 Foresters) but had not been caught at the dealership where I usually go for service. Glad they caught that before it caused serious problems! Came back to get that work done, and will likely return for regular service. No fancy amenities, but they're conveniently located and communicate well. Thanks to Dylan, Ben, and the rest of the team.

What CANT I say about my visit here. From scheduling the appointment with Jacob, to the service from Grayson, to walking me through my car issues with Jessica it was an experience that I hope all folks can experience when addressing car issues. I m typically really anxious fixing my car because of a lot of bad experiences in the past, but the team was completely transparent with me, walking me through what to expect, to discussing things with me that I wouldn t expect, and truly speaking to me like they would with anyone else.Ladies - we all unfortunately know that being female and getting our cars serviced is a challenge. Sometimes we re being spoken down to, getting oversold on unnecessary things, and sometimes even feeling the need to involve a male friend/partner/relative in order to feel like we re getting the service we truly need. Come here and you will feel safe like I felt!

Dylann and Brandon were very kind and helpful. I was able to come in after work and leave with a much safer car day of. I was told a very comprehensive list of diagnostic findings and it was clearly explained and I was able to work through what would be best to tackle first repair wise. Helpful kind people, wonderful location

Brakes plus always makes it easy to schedule appointments when you need them. They run in a timely manner and get the work done quickly to get you on your way! I have never had a bad experience coming here.

Brandon, Jacob, Dylann, Ben, and Grayson are all fantastic just to name a few. The entire staff truly is. Love seeing everyone here! I trust them with my performance car, and they are more than reasonable. These guys know what they re doing. Great shop! You re in good hands with this brakes plus.

Our experience with this Brakes Plus location has always been excellent. We have been bringing our vehicles here for a decade and have always received fair and honest service. I love Brakes Plus. Dylann had the best customer service while at the front desk, and Grayson did my oil change super fast while I waited. I always come here for my car needs and have been treated well for years. Highly recommend.

Scheduling was very convenient; I was able to book an appointment online for the following day. I arrived early, and they were able to work me in! Prices are reasonable, staff is friendly and helpful.Thank you, Dylann & Brandon!

The best shop ever! My alignment was poorly done by another local tire store. I knew I was making a mistake by not coming to my stand by, Brakes Plus. Bryan and Matt were right there to help. The alignment was done and it was priced right. And of course the starting readings were way off. Not coming back to Brakes Plus cost me $500 in front tires! Never again will I trust my Genesis care to ANYONE but Bryan and Matt of South College Fort Collins Brakes Plus.

Was in the lobby waiting for my truck to be aligned, someone came in and started raising their voice unnecessarily at Grayson and Jess. They handled the situation with extreme professionalism and got the guy out happy within minutes. Not as exciting as I was hoping but they crushed it

This place is great. They took great care and informed me on anything looking good, at mid life, or needing replace. Not just simply by telling me but showed me exactly what they saw. I respected such honesty and integrity. I got the feeling I was treated and they would have liked to be treated!!

Set up an appointment online, super easy and convenient. Worked with Dylann primarily, he was very friendly easy to talk with and professional. I called ahead of my appointment because a work meeting got out early and I was able to drop off my car about 20 minutes before my set up time.They did a great very professional job explaining everything going on with my older car. I felt assured that they did a quality job and it was easier and more convenient than I expected. Will be returning for future repairs when my piece of junk Subaru needs them lol

Dylann and Brandon helped us out today- so efficient and professional, and we were in and out by lunch time.Really appreciate all the info about different pricing levels and that allowed us to get the best deal for us.Now I feel much safer in the snow- thanks guys!

Pretty disappointed with my service. Made an appointment to see if my car needed an alignment. Was told when I made the appointment that it should take about an hour. As well, I was told that they were going to call me if my car did need an alignment because my appointment was for the free alignment check. I dropped off my car at 2pm and they never once called me. I called them multiple times in a span of 3 hours. Each time they informed to that they were going to check on my vehicle and give me a call back. They still did not call. After the third hour I called and informed them I needed to come pick up my car because it was taking too long. By that time, they just finished giving me an alignment. And still, did not inform or care to call and communicate any details with me.

Exceptional and honest service! The Technician Jessica is especially helpful in explaining the repairs done and recommendations for further repairs needed. Chris as well is well versed and explains the repairs! This is a very busy location, which I would attribute to the service being thorough and professional! Great job Brakes Plus Fort Collins! Thanks from this US Army Vet/Paralympic Fencer! You keep my wheels moving!!

Leaving a review on behalf of my mother, Judith Gladwin. Jessica (Service Advisor) and Brandon (Technician) did a great job replacing Power Steering parts and completing re-alignment. Very professional service throughout the entire process, kept her well informed along the way and provided complimentary rides (via Lyft) while her vehicle was in the shop. Highly recommend Jessica, Brandon and the Brake Plus team.

Jessica was honestly really helpful with explaining why my check engine light came on and how we can fix that. Oil change was quick and easy. Loved how they had good WiFi so I could work on some stuff will my car gets fixed.

The peeps here at brakes plus are awesome! Quick and friendly service and they really work with you on trying to get you good deals if they can. Jessica was outstanding, professional and super cool and Patty always takes such great care of my car! I appreciate the hard work and care put in each time. They've even been able to shuttle me to work on occasion when the repairs will take a while, that's tight!

Dylann and Lee were great - professional, honest, and timely. They checked out a concern on my car while doing an oil change for me and Dylann was honest and up front about everything and what I needed to do about it. Friendly, timely service always goes a long way. I ve been a long term customer at this location because of this. A+

Who likes getting any car work done? Nobody is the answer.When the service is fair friendly and timely, it makes the whole process that much better. These guys took the time to explain everything that was going on and didn t try to force anything extra on me and told me everything I needed to keep an eye on moving forward.Highly recommend.

Brought my Truck into this shop the day after I called for a free brake inspection. Got a way better priced quote here for my brakes and rotors. Highly recommend. Matt was friendly and took some money off the total with a coupon.

as a first time car owner and a women it s really intimidating to walk in to a mechanic shop. with them it s always easy. they have my car done when they say it will be. they are honest and transparent about everything they do and see while working on my car. the employees are all so kind and down to earth. very trustworthy company and amazing customer service!

Had an awesome experience today. Came in with an unknown rattling noise and I got excellent help from Matt Martin. He was super kind and informative. He was very communicative through the whole process. I would highly recommend Matt and the team at Brakes Plus. Great Job

Decent shop and everyone here seems kind and honest overall. I had made a 10am appointment and waited til 11 before they actually began working on the vehicle so i do feel that the wait times can be sorta unreliable. Work was completed tho and I understand that labor industry is difficult these days so it wasn't too big of a deal.

I got set up for an inspection. Then brought my own parts from the parts store. the team quickly diagnosed the parts were wrong and corrected the issues by getting the correct parts. That safety measure saved me from an inevitable accident. Very grateful for the team here! They worked tirelessly to correct issues that they did not cause.
