The employees were super knowledgeable and gave me lots of options for new tires. They also assessed my check engine light and replaced the thermostat quickly and for a good value. The service was super fast and waiting area was nice! Definitely recommend.

I live 80 miles south of Ft Collins and was visiting for the day making sales calls when my tire sensor alerted me that one of my tires was losing air quickly. I rolled into Big O Tires without an appointment and was immediately welcomed and taken care of. They patched my tire so quickly I felt as if I had my own pit crew. Initially I thought this tire issue was going to sabotage my day of sales calls, however the crew at Big O Tires had my in and out so quickly I was able to still keep my scheduled sales calls and not miss a beat.

Ultimately helped by a great manager which I appreciate! However, the employee who initially helped me was condescending, dismissive, and showed zero interest in communicating about what was happening with my car. He didn t tell me in advance about additional fees, told me he assumed I would ve asked about them if I wanted to know (I asked about the cost of things I was aware of), and didn t tell me a warning light would come on in my car for a system reset they did, prompting me to return to the shop. Felt disrespectful of the fact that I was spending hundreds of dollars there on my car.

I have been taking my vehicles to this location for years, everything from oil changes to flat fixes to new tires, you name it. They provide great service, are always friendly, and most importantly they do great work. 10/10 would recommend bringing your vehicle here!

I am at Big O Timberline at least 4 times a year for oil change and tire rotation. This has improved tire performance and longevity. The staff is attentive and professional. They can usually get me in with short notice. The waiting room at Timberline Fort Collins is roomy and quiet. Good place to get some work done while I wait.

They had the tires I wanted in stock when the other place didn't. The manager was friendly and helpful. Constructive criticism: because they were not busy, there were a bunch of guys sitting around; they could have gotten my car done faster if one or two of those guys had pitched in to help.

Incredible service I came in with a flat tire with a screw in it. They gave me complimentary service at no charge gave me an estimate for new tires at my request and had me out the door in20 minutes. I ll be coming back for all my tire needs. Thank you guys!

Just visited as I had machine screw in front tire, staff very friendly and responsive, took me right in and repaired at no charge. Will be sure to give them my future business!

This Big O location is great! We get all of our vehicle maintenance done here. Over the years, the team has helped us with many different routine maintenance items and more specialty repairs. They are always kind, knowledgeable, respectful, and take time to explain what s going on. I really appreciate the team here and all of the great work that they do. They re super reasonable to work with, and I have only had positive interactions here. Highly recommend!

We bought Michelins for our EV. All of the employees were courteous and professional. The price for tires, install and warranty was a good value compared to the competition. My wife and son have used them in the past for other cars and we will continue to go back to them in the future. Recommended.

I want to say a gigantic thank you to store manager James and technician Joe. On a freezing afternoon my car wouldn t start. They stayed late and got a new battery in my car. I am so appreciative of their help and a five star customer service for taking car of me. THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH

I somehow hit an Allen wrench on the road perfectly and it was embedded in my tire. Loosing air fast, I went to the closest tire shop to me at the time, which was this Big O Tire. They were busy, but were able to plug my tire in about 30 minutes. The novelty of pulling an Allen wrench out of a tire must've gotten to them, because they said that it was on the house! Can't thank them enough! Will definitely do business with them in the future!

Got us in on short notice at the end of the day to patch a tire. We were visiting from Denver and they were gracious, quick, and detailed. Super friendly. Can't recommend them enough!

When my wife simply went to have a leaky tire fixed, Big O refused. The tire was on the car, and the leak was tiny and not in the sidewall. Big O's only solution was to try to sell her all new tires--even though the tires were visibly NOT worn out (they had only 27,000 miles on them!). This was horrible customer service, as I have spent thousands and thousands of dollars on tires there over the years. Buyer beware--Big O DID NOT PRIORITIZE SAFETY. When they saw this review, Big O left a voice mail wanting to "clarify" -- no apology, no concern for safety. Avoid Big O.

Alternator died 2 hours in to a 18 hour drive the week before Christmas late Friday afternoon. College kid just finished finals and trying to get home. Called Big O just before closing and had the Jeep towed there. They took a look at it as soon as they opened, called within an hour to give me and update and a quote. Got us on the road that afternoon. Really appreciate the care and quality of service!

Love this Big Os location, hands down!!! They are honest and willing to make any situation their mission to get it right! Dave, the manager, is one of the greats in the industry by far!!! Stay away from the Mason Big O location!!! ( lies and bad work)

Husband called late afternoon to see if he could set up an appointment expecting to hear that they would not be able to see him for a few days but to his surprise they were able to get his truck in within the hour! Spoke with Dave I believe and he was fabulous! Really honest with us regarding our tires and even being cool with us needing to buy a spare and not wanting to spend tons of $$ on it! Really great customer service and while it took a little longer then they had anticipated they were kind and communicative! Will be using them for our future tire needs!!

Had a nail in my tire and they fit me in right away. I had gone to 2 other locations that weren t able to schedule me for a few days out. Levi and James were so kind and super helpful!

I am sick of automotive places thinking I m an idiot because I have blonde hair. Originally big o tire was good but recently have not been impressed. They keep trying to get me to buy new tires, siting the most ridiculous reasoning. This last time they told me I will need new snow tires next year because of their manufacture year. When I asked if the tread was down, they told me no it was not, it was just a liability issue. Sounds like it s a sales quota issue for them. I m going back to Costco s tire center. Never felt like I had a money sign on my forehead there.

If there is a thing in your life you don't want mediocre service for, it would be your car and while I don't write reviews ever, I'm upset enough to review them anyways.They had me wait for 1/2 hour longer than they told me it would take and took 5 people in who waited less than I did, didn't explain or talk to be about anything they did to my car, never asked any questions about my car (trust me, there were things they should have asked), took my payment without even letting me see the receipt and breakdown, didn't have complete paperwork to prove they had done the work I paid them to do, ignored my request for them to look at a warning that had flashed up on my dashboard (which is STILL showing), and when I called to get this resolved, they never did any follow up calls and never made things right and instead blamed it on a new worker. This isn't the first time I've had unsatisfactory service from here. Will not be patronizing their business in the future.I try to be understanding of people, I know working with the public can be taxing, but I'm reluctant to believe they actually did any work on my car and that all I did was pay for them wasting my time. This is a dangerous way to run a business, especially when it's their damn job to ensure that cars are roadworthy.UPDATE: Turns out a one star review gets you service faster than calling in for help. I went back in and they looked over my car again, the guy that helped me the second time was so much more considerate and it threw my first visit into sharp contrast. I wish I remembered the guy who "helped" me on my first visit, because you should seriously fire him, he's awful.

Yeah I'm never coming here again, I needed a new full set of tires. Which they provided. However I was charged 90$ per tire for tires plus fees, listed on their website as 56$ tire. They make their invoices intentionally hard to read by not listing subtotals or having labor charges listed separately.What a load of garbage.

I had a flat tire and Big O guys on Timberline did not just fix it for me in a heartbeat but they also did not charge me a single penny for it. It is definitely the place to go when in need any tire service. I will make sure that I will buy tires for all of my cars in the future from Big O at Timberline.

Went in for a flat tire. Service Advisor Nolan not only noticed the screw lodged in my tire immediately, but fixed it in great time, and did it all for free. Very professional service, and helpful staff. I would absolutely recommend Big O Tires Timberline for all tire servicing needs.

I went in with leaking tires and they were able to find and fix the issue within 2 hours while I was at work! They also gave me such a good deal on fixing them! The guys were all great. Highly recommend!
