I was there earlier today and I'm working on replacing a coolant temperature sensor which includes taking off the throttle housing. Aaron had great advice on cleaning the throttle out and was super helpful. Much thanks!

I went there to get my headlight fixed about 2 weeks ago. The employee condescendingly explained how to put in the bulb, just for it to go out again days later. The employee was rude and talked down to me, only to also not fix my problem.

Went in w a dead car battery 96R. Wasn't bought from this chain but they tested it. Then I went to original vendor knowing it was covered under warranty and it's current state then went back here later w a starter purchased at the Hub location with no issues to return it w refund. Thanks guys.

The owner of this autozone has a scout for towing companies patrolling their lot. He walks around to see if you re in your car, and if you re not he marks it. It will then be towed within 5-10 minutes. This type of predatory towing is illegal in Colorado (because the owner is not making the call himself, the scout is), and just scummy practice overall.

Aaron B was amazing! He helped my daughter with her car battery replacement after several other businesses and people told her they wouldn t do it. He not only helped her with the new battery, but checked all the fluids under the hood and made sure they were topped off! Thanks Aaron!!

The lady that helped me try to find a carburetor kit was super helpful . Even after the computer made a mistake Andover charged me . She kept apologizing and she was right on top of getting it straightened out . I was very impressed with her and I will be sure to come back to that store and ask for her assistance everything I need a part. As I drove off on my harley I kept thinking I should write a review which I never do . Especially a positive one . So thanks for your help today . 4040

Asked for a read on the check engine light. Employee needed help plugging it in. Computer advised me to change a part in the heating line. I asked for the engine code. Employee kept repeating the same information. I showed them the location on their computer where the engine code could be read. Engine code was a fault on the neutral switch voltage (which has nothing to do with heat).Employee continued to try to sell me heater valve despite fault having nothing to do with heater valve.To properly diagnose the issue, I wanted to clear the fault and recreate the conditions that triggered the fault. Employee said they could not clear engine code. I reminded the employee that the engine code could be cleared by a customer using the tool, but I had to be the one to press the button.So their employee repeatedly, without asking what I was doing or intended, said no and that they didn t know what I was doing . I however, would have been happy to explain the diagnostic process and why it was necessary to clear the light as I needed to determine the position of the neutral safety switch when the fault was triggered (clutch depressed or not). And if there were potentially other contributing factors such as low voltage from the alternator (a suspicion of mine).It s okay to not know everything, that s why you call professionals. But to be so utterly clueless and then rude is not acceptable. I patiently explained why a neutral safety sensor wasn t connected to the heating system and why it was important to read the fault and not just buy the part on the monitor, but the employee was persistent despite having trouble operating the equipment and was unfamiliar with the system.Again, it s okay to not know, but know your limitations and ask questions, do not demand actions because you must be right. There is always more to learn.

Don t come in if you re a girl. You ll get ignored while they help and kiss the other guys. I just needed help changing a headlight and even called ahead to make sure they weren t too busy. Never coming back to this location.

Came in to get some help with replacing a low beam bulb in my sonata. Shout out to Rich who was extremely helpful in getting it replaced. Came out to the lot with me, helped me replace the bulb and there were few issues because of him - plus there was no charge! He made it clear that, probably due to liability, he couldn't do too much to my car, which I was really appreciative for that communication. Overall, he did what he could to help and that was more than enough.

I learned that if your husband tells you he doesn t have time to install your new car battery but your tired of having it not working properly, Carl will not only tell you what battery you need but he will swap them out for you included in the purchase of a new battery! Carl, you rock!

Dean helped us today and was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. He assisted us in finding several parts for our car. Good to see a new store in midtown. Especially with the two best managers that have come across yet. Chase and Marie hands down good people fun to work with. Midtown stores a bit out of the way however for the service and professionalism I definitely will drive by the one on North college and go 20 minutes out of my way just to go to the college and prospect store because the one on North college. garbage. Unfortunately it's a little extra time out of my day however knowing you get some decent service in the right parts definitely beneficial.

I was passing through town during some cold and snowy weather with still many miles to go to get home. My rental vehicle windshield wiper broke. Both Hillary and Aaron were the BEST! Aaron even took the time in the freeze temperatures to make sure the new wiper fit and worked! They really saved my day. Couldnt have asked for better customer service.
