I ve been bringing all my vehicles to Andrew for the last few years and he has always done an exceptional job. He is always very fair and honest and I will not use any other mechanic. Susan is also awesome and a pleasure to work with. 12/10 would recommend to anyone.

I brought my 2000 Honda Accord in with an automatic transmission problem. I was surprised and grateful to learn that Andrew has deep experience with automatic transmissions, and particularly with Hondas as well. I've visited another unnamed transmission shop in Fort Collins, but I ve made it a point to never return.Andrew took the time to diagnose the transmission issue, and also recommended several other items that needed attention as well, explaining his rationale for each. Three of the four additional items could be addressed at a much lower cost, as the transmission would be removed allowing for easy access to these components. The fourth item recommended (timing belt) was mileage-related, and I readily agreed to this maintenance item as well.Andrew (and Susan) kept me updated with progress along the way. Once the work was completed, Andrew spent time discussing the repairs, and the high-quality parts that were used, which really bolstered my confidence not only in the repair, but also the man behind the repair.I will be back; this was by far the best interaction that I've ever had with an auto repair!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Steering & suspension replacement, Transmission repair

I brought my Pilot to Auto Repair Experts a couple weeks ago as my check engine light was on and I couldn't figure out why. Andrew provided a clear explanation on what was causing the issue and what was needed to fix it. He provided a couple other helpful recommendations while being transparent about level of urgency (what was absolutely necessary versus something that could wait a few months). The staff was responsive and polite. My Pilot has been running great! I'll definitely be back for future service.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Oil change

Andrew and Susan have always been great but a part on my vehichle was stolen and Susan found a new one super fast and Andrew and team got work done fast. I also have not had to deal with insurance before and they helped me through that process as well. Prices are always fair (especially for Colorado) and work done is fast and well done. I never feel like I'm being cheated here, especially as a female who does not know much about vehicles. All of our cars have been taken care of here and I highly recommend them!

Andrew replaced my timing belt and front brakes. He knew I needed my car and went above and beyond to complete the work with high quality, considerate explanations, and reasonable prices. Since I was referred to these folks by the guy who helps me with auto issues, I knew I would be in good hands, but I was very happy to find they offered far more than just a place that knew what they were doing.For some of the work I had done at Auto repair Experts, I had actually already had quoted from other shops (just hadn t gotten around to it until it was too late - I know, dumb mistake, but worked out in my favor this time). Not only did they do the work for less than I was quoted at their competitor, but they got me in and then got me back on the road quicker than I had been told by the other guys.This work truck has to be on the road, so I cannot emphasize enough how important the quick turnaround was!I will be using Auto Repair Experts for our work vehicles and my family s vehicles moving forward.I highly recommend these folks.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair

Its been a pleasure working the team, They found the leak on my transmission pan and was able fix it quickly, my truck is actually running cooler now. My AC went out on my truck as well they were able to get it repaired quickly as well. Glad to get the AC fixed with the warmer temps.ThanksDean

My mom s car went on the fritz when she drove from out of state to visit me for Thanksgiving. This place was the 1st mechanic shop we called that: was open on Black Friday, answered the phone quickly, offered to look at the car that day, and seemed confident they could replace an expensive broken part (that Meineke said was the issue but luckily couldn t fix themselves because it turns out they misdiagnosed the problem).Andrew helped my mom feel confident her car would make the trip home and I will be coming here when I need auto repair services from now on!

Andrew and team at Auto Repair Experts are very knowledgeable, professional, and honest. Just returned from having some major work performed on my 2005 Toyota Tundra (timing belt, water pump, termostat, serpentine belt, tensioner assembly, carrier bearing, etc...). Andrew showed me all the damage to the old parts, and explained in detail how and what was performed/repaired. He took time to breakdown the next steps in maintaining my vehicle, and gave me advice on other mechanical questions I had. Top shelf experience! In addition, ARE offers a discount to Poudre School District educators @ 15% off all service and repairs. Trusted advice and service from a local shop.
