Came in to get my tires balanced and a flat repair. Got quoted a reasonable price and a tech got it started within 20 minutes. Dude got it done quickly and the car drives smoothly and wobble free now AND didn't even get charged a dime for the work. If I lived closer to this place, it'd be the go-to for me. Recommend the Firestone Les Schwab

Doug is great! I'm really glad that he moved from out of state to work at the Les Schwab in Firestone, CO and I feel very fortunate that Schwab brought him to the town I live in. My multiple experiences with him has shown me that he's looking out for me, the customer, and has a great attitude all the time. The whole crew is great! Every member I come across offers to help without the feeling that they're just trying to make a sale and for that the Firestone Les Schwab is always my first choice. Shout out to Hunter for throwing air in my tire and offering to take a closer look at a puncture I had in my tire. Hunter is another member of this crew that I feel sincerely wanted to help me and look out for my best interest. Thanks Les Schwab crew of Firestone!

Just came by for an oil change and pricing on brakes. The short version of this story is they wanted to force me into buying calipers when they did a brake job. The reason is they damage too many seals on the calipers. Then they say they guarantee their work if we by it that way. For 3 years or 25k miles. That s a terrible warranty to begin with. They did my oil change and a couple small maintenance items. It s was a hair pricey but any other service is over sold and over priced considering the very low quality of parts they were going to use. All in all my thoughts are this company is focused solely on profit and could care less about doing right by the customer. And they present it as such that they don t mention what they are doing they make it a package brake job. Thank god I m here out of laziness rather than need. Otherwise I would have been charged for unnecessary parts and services possibly. So shop around before committing to anything.Another note I checked tire prices while here. Apples to apples they are 20 to 30 percent more than there competitors. I checked for a ford truck, Toyota 4Runner, Honda accord and a Subaru forester. Holy cow they are pricey. Super nice people though. That is why they got 2 stars instead of 1.So follow up to there response.First. You say damaging seals is not a concern but every person 4 in total I saw up front used that as the primary reason to do calipers. So it seems more like that is trained as a response than not. (Which is due to technicians that need to be trained properly as well). Second. You say you replace calipers with completely rebuilt original equipment. This is also untrue. Reybestos, which is the brand you said I had to use as being the only thing available. And I could see their ordering screen. That was also not true it was what was available from factory motor parts and was the least expensive option available on the screen which allowed for greater margins for you guys rather than lessen those a hair and put quality parts on your customer vehicle. Third, all parts on a vehicle wear over time. It s called age. Wear does not mean replacement is necessary at all. If it is justified so be it, but to make that a mandatory thing due to age. (Maybe we should just tear down houses after 20 years when the floors become creaky from wear? Weird line of thinking if you ask me). Fourth. 3 year 25k mile warranty on brakes in no were near industry leading. A large majority of shops do 3 year 36k and many do lifetime warranties on the brake pads themselves. Also if you use quality brake products, and install them properly brakes will likely last 40-60k miles under most circumstances. The only two reasons you warranty brakes at your company is one the very rare occasion someone misuses their brakes, (left foot on the pedal all the time or towing/hauling more than there vehicle is equipped to do) or the low quality NON OEM parts you like to use to increase your margins as much as possible. And finally. You highly skilled technicians tried to eyeball measure my brake pads while there. The skill level they have acquired had them look at a single pad on the front of my truck and give incorrect brake pad measurements. They didn t know how to check suspension components on a large truck front end and missed a ton of opportunity (where you can increase revenue and profit without over selling a bunch of unnecessary brake components and fill your customers needs) by replacing needed suspension components I ve been procrastinating getting done. So in conclusion your response tells me that this is likely not a store problem but a Les Schwab culture problem. You deceive customers that may not know better into services they may not need based of false information about how good your technicians and warranties are. I don t think the techs are to blame. It sounds like the business model lacks integrity and morality to serve one purpose only, profit. This is why I m changing my original review to a single star and will not be back in the future. Shame on you Les Schwab.

I blew a trailer tire on the Interstate today while heading back to South Dakota and stopped in to get a new one. Everyone that worked there was smiling and happy and they had me in and out with a new tire in 30 minutes. Best experience I've ever had at a tire shop. Highly recommend them!

Took my car in for a nail in the tire and agreed to a oil change in October and when I left the belly pan fall off driving down the road and ended up at another shop and he pulled the pan off and added oil because they didn't fill it up. I called the Manager immediately and he told me to come in and fill out the paperwork and I was told by the Manager that he would order it from Honda and call me when it comes in. I have called every month and he is put off by the call and was irritated and told me he would call me when it came in. NO PHONE CALL YET, it's almost March. My friend at the other shop ordered the part from Amazon in December and put it on for me. We went in today to get reimbursed for for my Amazon part and the kids running it said no, she can have a oil change... that's what started this. This is a total take advantage of a girl situation!!The company I work for sends a lot of work to them and I promise I will do anything in my power to not send work.

I was in a pinch. I needed to get my tires so I could make some appointments. Unfortunately, they couldn t get more tires in for same day service but the made arrangements to get my car done first thing in the morning. They were great. They worked around my schedule flawlessly.

My 6 year old says, they need a 5star review because they got popcorn. They are always courteous and they are knowledgeable about their products. I ve never had an obscene amount of time for work to be complete.

Stopped to check tire pressure. While waiting I caused to get an oil change scheduled. While on hold I accidently disconnected the call. Before I could redial a tech came out to my car and asked if I was the one that called in? Woe! How did he know it was me? Great service! Oil change next Wednesday!

Favorite Les Schwab by far. Travis was extremely helpful and knowledgeable with what tires we wanted/needed for our Ford Tremor. We got new tires, didn t like the look on the truck, he recommended another set and we came in the next day for a quick swap out. Very helpful location.

I came in to Les Schwab because it was the closest tire shop. I was expecting a long wait and at the end pay a high bill . This was not the case I did not wait too long and the gentleman who was helping me understood me when explaining what was wrong with my tire also ended up not paying anything, what was wrong with my tire was a really simple fix It was a really great experience. I will now be choosing Les Schwab from now on. Thank you Firestone Les Schwab!! You guys are great and awesome!!

I have been to the store in the past and had a good experience, but my most recent experience was very disappointing. I came in for an oil change and battery purchase & change. It was $50 to change the battery, which seemed a little steep, but I understood it needed some work to get the battery in and out of my particular vehicle.I arrived home after the service and decided to double check the work. When I popped the hood, I found a pair of pliers and a part of a hose lying loose. I also noted three of the four screws to attach parts back in place were not attached. I was not able to get the parts to line up properly, so I called the shop and ended up having to drive back across town to have them finish the job correctly. The manager didn't say much and just sent the young tech out to apologize. The tech said he had never had to do a battery change like this. I appreciated the apology, but I would have expected the manager to own up as well. If the tech was not trained properly, it's not entirely his fault. I was also surprised there was no offer of compensation for the inconvenience of having to return and for returning their tool. I guess I should just be happy the loose tool and hose part left under the hood did not fall into the engine and cause any damage.

I would NEVER EVER recommend using Les Schwab unless you are absolutely desperate. I would leave negative stars if I could. My significant other got a majorly flat tire getting off the exit for 240. He was able to make it to Brakes Plus before he felt he couldn t go any further. Brakes Plus told us they do not do anything with tires, and apologetically referred us to Les Schwab down the street. We went there, and were approached IN THE PARKING LOT by a sales rep (hello used car salesman flashback). We went inside and simply asked if they had the ability to come down to Brakes Plus and help us get the tire off (my boyfriend did not have his spare or jack in his truck, a lesson we have learned from). Les Schwab said they did not have that capability (the first time I have EVER heard anyone from a tire store say this) and was not something they could do. They asked us to drive the truck 1 mile down the road to them so they could take a look at it. This was not feasible as the tire on the truck would not even rotate, and we told them that we had no way of getting it to them - so they recommended we TOW THE TRUCK 1 MILE DOWN THE ROAD. So what s the problem you may be asking? Well, Les Schwab LITERALLY had a company pickup truck in their parking lot (I even attached a photo from the same day we were there), which I can only imagine was FULLY capable of holding a spare tire, a jack, and any other equipment we would need to get the tire off. Not really sure what the purpose of having a truck like this is if you're unwilling to assist your customers. We went back to Brakes Plus who was able to help us get the tire off. Then, we took the tire to Les Schwab where they took off the damaged tire and put on a new one. Enter problem number 2. We were quoted a Cooper tire (200 dollars at Les Schwab - but at my old garage back in Atlanta the same tire ran $149, ridiculous mark up) however, Les Schwab decided to put a generic tire on there telling us that Cooper makes it special just for them. Odd but whatever. Well then, the tech tried to tell us the sensor had broken inside the tire and he had to replace it. Wrong. My significant other, who is also a mechanic, asked to see the broken sensor - and the mechanic (Chris was his name) got all kinds of snarky about it, telling us that he would have to go get it out of the trash. So we said okay, you do that. He brings the sensor back up and indeed it was a different part of the sensor which had broken, NOT the part the tech had so adamantly originally advised us on. $212.90 and about 3 hours later, we finally had a new tire which we then had to take BACK to Brakes Plus where they put it on for us, FREE of charge.Again, I would NEVER EVER use Les Schwab unless you are absolutely desperate, which we unfortunately were. They SERIOUSLY mark up their products, are not forthcoming with their pricing strategy, will try to up-charge you for things you don t need, and have a substantial lack of customer service. Make sure you don t disagree with their techs, or you will get all kinds of attitude in return. I am majorly disappointed I paid almost $213 for a tire which wasn t even name brand, and quite frankly was probably a $75 dollar tire before markup. Do yourself a favor and stick with going to a Tires Plus or ANY other tire facility besides this one.

I came in to Les Schwab because it was the closest tire shop after finding my flat tire. I expected a long wait and a high bill as that s how my previous experiences have been with tire shops. However, that was not the case I had minimal waiting time And the gentleman who was helping me understood me talked to me in a way I understood what was going on with my vehicle. It was a great experience and I will now be canceling my discount tires credit card, and choosing Les Schwab from now on. Thank you Firestone Les Schwab!!

On my way to a celebration of life while driving down hwy 119 there was a whole box of nails all over the road. Of course when I am running late, have all the food for the celebration I get a nail in the tire. I pulled into this les schwab and this wonderful guy named Zac came out. I told him the situation and he took my keys and had me in and out within 15 minutes. This guy saved me today and I can t thank Zac and les Schwab enough for being so kind, caring and fast! I will forever be coming to this location and I can t recommend Zac and this les schwab enough!!

Took my truck in for an alignment and was told there was too much play in the upper control arm and it needed to be replaced to properly do the alignment. Problem is, the control arm was brand new! Took it to another shop and they did the alignment with out an issue. They were just trying to scam me out of $500. Beware.

Got a tire puncture going through town on the way to Kansas. Made it to Les Schwab to to see if tire could be fixed. Was told tire couldn't be fixed and I asked if my full size spare could be put on as I was just trying to make it home. They put on my full size spare and checked all my other tires for no charge. Would highly recommend this location.

I've been going to Les Schwab for over a decade. I always know their work will be of a high quality and will be backed by a warranty. They will always be honest and upfront with you, and they will never try to upsell you or sell you on something you don't need. From tires and wheels to suspension and even oil changes, I will always take my cars to Les Schwab for these services.

I appreciate everyone who works here! Chris in particular has helped me every time I m there. I ve had bigger maintenance done here for half the price of other places. I chose to come back when I was having a crisis; Chris and everyone else who worked on my car were quick to help me with that too! I ll probably come here for regular car maintenance from here on out. Appreciate you guys!

This is the BEST place I've ever taken my vehicle for services. I've had tons of services at several shops around Firestone/Frederick over the past decade (and I can say that most shops around here have really great people that run great businesses), but this Les Schwab has really taken the cake.Top notch customer service with excellent attention given to the job being performed every time I've gone.I have made this my #1 recommended shop to go to.

Took my car in for an alignment I arrived 20 mins early right away I was met with a negative attitude from the manager because I was specific about what I needed done. Once they got the car on the rack the manager went out there and came back in with the tech. The tech proceeded to tell me that because I have aftermarket parts he needed to charge me $140 an hour and book me for two hours but thought he could do it in the hour block. I told him I was 20 mins early so that was 80 mins to get an alignment done and $129 is the most expensive alignment from any major shop already and it was my understanding that alignments are a flat rate as I've taken 3 other cars to les schwab before 2 of which had aftermarket parts. What a total waste of time do not go here

Made an appointment on Saturday to bring my car in on Monday morning for tires. They told me Saturday they would pick tires up Saturday from another location. I showed up Monday morning. They even pulled my car into the bay before they came out and told me they never picked tires up Saturday. They then wanted me to pay double for a different tire. Not a good way of operating.
