William and the team at the Frederick location did a wonderful job. I needed the TPMS removed from a set of tires. On a slow Tuesday morning they did it quickly, and for no charge. It s experiences like this that make me happy to support locally operated shops. I will be back.

I ran in because my coolant light was on the gentleman working ran out and topped it off for me, thank you! He said it just needed an ounce or 2, it made my day thank you for being such a nice guy. There is still good people in the world! I also go here for my oil changes and it s always quality customer service.

Absolutely shocking scammy operation. Took my truck in to get the tires rotated and the guy said he couldn't rotate them because the tires are so dangerous. Told me I'm at the wear bars, even though there's at LEAST 1/8" left before the wear bars. Took it to another tire shop nearby and that guy rolled his eyes at Big O, told me a couple of stories of them trying to scam customers into new tires, and told me mine are fine, probably at least through summer. I wish I could give zero stars. Never going back.

Took my brand new never been serviced as it only has 5,900 miles on it 2023 Tesla MYLR with the premium 20 Gemini rims here for my first and simple tire rotation. Not sure what they used to take the caps off but looks like they pried them off with a screw driver and scratched and chipped the paint off my rims. This is flat out gross negligence. And of course I m positive nothing can or will be done about this. But hey at least it is as free right.Service: Tire rotations

Man what can I say? Great customer service! Miguel and Al were amazing. I called to have my tired repair because a nail in my tire and it was a quick 25-30 minute process. If I was to come back these are the two I want doing my car service!

Big O has once again outdone themselves. From the Longmont location helping me with a flat tire on my Mustang, to the Firestone location being quick to service my Porsche, I will always recommend your team! Thanks for the help!

My experience with Miguel at Big O Tires in Firestone, CO, was exceptional. Miguel, was super knowledgeable and incredibly helpful getting my tires fixed and me back on the road. The customer service and attention to detail is well above any other tire shop I ve visited. I own and operate a landscaping business, so tires are what keeps me operating. I will be bringing all my business to this shop from here on out.

Will was Fantastic. He greeted me and walked me through the process and all the options I had available for the work that was done. After receiving my car back, I got a detailed list of a few other items to keep my eye on for the future. I appreciated the heads up to help me plan in advanced.

I was really impressed with Will. He provided excellent customer service while multi-tasking the constant phone calls and steady stream of customers. He told me he d follow up with me on getting approval on my fleet car & he came thru in a very timely manner. Good experience.

I chose Big O in Firestone, Colorado for tires on my Porsche. I admit, I was skeptical at first, as Big O is not exactly known as a performance tire shop. However, a particular employee, named Miguel, was able to find me an amazing Pirelli tire at an unbeatable price. The service was unbeatable as well. After a great install, I have to say that Big O is the best all around tire resource, regardless of vehicle type. I will be going to Big O for tires on all of my vehicles moving forward. Ask for Miguel! He is awesome! Thank you to everyone there, the whole team was awesome, really.

I'm a bit late with this review, and I apologize.I purchased a new vehicle in 2023 and 2 weeks after purchase, I took a nail to the rear drivers-side tire. I brought it in to Big O to have the tire repaired. It was in an area of the tire which was patchable, and they did a quick patch, checked the tire, and all was well. The tire held pressure for a while and then it started dropping - but, slowly. I thought that maybe - with the patch and the wild fluctuations in temperature outside, that maybe it was just a fluke occurrence. I stopped at a garage and had them put in some air (gas station pumps get pieces ripped out of them and in my experience - most of them will just let air out of your tires), and with some moderate temperatures - the tire seemed to hold pressure. Then it happened again.I thought that I would need to replace the tire. I took the vehicle to Big O and explained the situation, and asked if they could just throw in some air to get me by - knowing that I would need to replace the tire soon.Then, one of the service gentlemen - I apologize, Big O, I should have written it down, but I want to say his name was Brandon or Brendan (I did tell the manager on duty about this as well) - took the time to look a bit closer at my tire and found an extremely small leak in the stem. 10 minutes later - I was on my way and I haven't had a single issue since.Big O probably lost a sale - short term - because, I didn't have to replace the tire. But, this location earned a lifetime customer and an enthusiastic referrer. Thank you for doing business the right way and taking the time to be thorough. Give Brandon a raise...if I got the name wrong, I'll gladly come in and point him out!

I have had both my vehicles in here and have always been treat well. You are treated like family when you come in. Will the store manager is friendly and knowledgeable about his vehicles. It is nice to go in and have your vehicle looked at and not be pressured into additional work.

Will was great! I brought my daughters blazer in and bought new tires. He then put new sensors in my traverse and rotated my tires even though those tires were not purchased from big o.

This was singlehandedly one of the best big O's I have been too. I came in worried about prices because I had a flat tire. Not only were they incredibly kind but they fixed my flat for free. Please if you need to go somewhere for auto fixes head here because it's completely worth it!

When I needed tires same day (and on a snow day nevertheless) they were able to get me in, for a price in my budget, and taken care of. The lobby was clean, and client interactions from the whole team seemed pleasant with everyone I saw. Will was super courteous and straightforward. They made recommendations on my car s needs but I never felt like I was just being up-charged. I don t even live near this location (an hour away) but this will continue to be my go-to for tires and alignment.Services: Tires, Wheel alignment

Set an appointment for an oil change. Dropped my car off 10 minutes prior to my appointment and was told it would be about 45 minutes. I went to lunch near by and came back 55 minutes later and they were just pulling my car into the bay. I asked how much longer they would be, I was told another 45 minutes. I asked what was the point of setting an appointment if they weren't going to honor it, and was told "I'm not sure." I asked what they had been doing for the last 55 minutes, and was told "I don't know." I canceled the oil change and asked for them to return my car to me. No explanation or apology was offered. I will find somewhere else to work on my car that actually values my time.

Stopped in and had my tires checked by Brandon! He was so nice and honest. I didn t feel like he was trying to sell me on anything I didn t need. I will definitely make the drive from Windsor anytime I need something. I will also be requesting BRANDON!

Place used to be good but the new management is all about selling you anything and everything. Won't even listen to what you say. I sat in their lobby for about 45 minutes and heard them try to sell and sell the same stuff to every person that came in, a battery, a break system flush, coolant flush and then anything else they could sell. When I said I can change out the air filter by myself Nate said okay, we will just put everything back to gether and send you down the road...

Miguel is that guy!!!! Very customer service oriented, professional, communicative, and thorough. I ve been to this specific shop twice now and will continue to comeback and recommend people here because of their management team and great mechanics! Tyler was great! He was very personable and went above and beyond. We had a flat in our camper tire and got to the store 30 minutes before closing. He was able to find a way to fit us in and get our tire repaired right away. We would highly recommend Big O Tires as a result of how well we were treated by Tyler Service: TiresService: Tires

I used Big O Firestone before and after the present management. I was worried about going there for the extensive work my car needed because I was not happy with the prior work under the previous management. But, they are close, so I went and spoke to Will, the new manager. I found out that management had changed recently and we went ahead with the work. Will and his team did an excellent job, even solving an electrical issue that every shop that had worked on my car before seemed puzzled by so they told me to ignore it. Will and his team seemed to put their hearts and souls into solving the problem and had the level of technical competence to do so. They did excellent work and treated me very well. I ll definitely continue to take my car there as long as I live in Colorado.

In Colorado you need better than average tread on tires due to weather and road conditions. Found good tires at good prices by good people. 3 goods make it a dam good store.

I had an awful experience at Firestone complete Autocare in Firestone. I decided to go to Big O and see if I could get a comparable tire. I was able to and they were very friendly and willing to help. Matthew answered all my questions in a professional manner and gave me some good advice. I never felt like I was being upsold and had a pleasant experience. I'll keep coming here.

Matthew and crew were friendly and helpful even though I showed up not far from closing time. They expertly fixed a leaking bead on my spare tire, and for a reasonable price. Couldn t have asked for more. Thanks guys!
