Amazing place to take your vehicle. Staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. Fair prices and quick turnaround. I would recommend this shop to anyone.Plus they gave me a muffin out of their own lunch supply last time I was in! Great guys!

Trustworthy and experienced mechanics. Fair prices, I will be a repeat customer. They discovered a hole in my timing chain cover that could have totalled the vehicle if not caught in time. They replaced the cover, timing chain, and pulleys. All parts were there on the bench and it was clear they saved the engine. I trust these guys and will be a repeat customer.

Extremely unprofessional, blew me off and hung up on me on the phone. When I asked for an update on my vehicle never contacted me to let me know they received it when it was towed there.

Been in conifer 38 years and learned about ok auto repair today. Such honest, nice and competent fellas. Helped me out in a pinch. Thank you. Will be back for certain. I have a Mercedes Benz suv, older model, but they had various makes in the garage. Nicest experience in years.

Took my truck here at the suggestion of another business in town, as they thought OK could do a better job at a better price than them. No kidding! Randall put my truck on the lift, figured out what he needed, quoted me and put me on the schedule for a couple days out. I've was encouraged to use OK Auto by a long time friend that grew up in Evergreen and had used them for years. They installed an aftermarket exhaust on my old Jeep Wrangler years ago and were able to save me some money by recommending a comparable product at a fraction of the cost. The exhaust welds were clean and the work was good enough to last the remaining life of the vehicle. I recently (June 2019) had an issue with my Grand Cherokee that needed immediate service - they were great at accommodating me with short notice. I was able to drop off my Jeep that night, was diagnosed by 2pm the next day, fixed by 5, paid over the phone, and grabbed my vehicle after returning from work. Just about as seamless as I could have possibly asked, the work was good, and weeks later I've had no issues. Great little local shop and good people to work with.

Randall is quite impressive. Very smart guy! I once had a problem with a Subaru, and he went online to research the issue and read some forums about the problem. He fixed the issue after two other shops had no clue what to do. Definitely the best mechanic I ve ever had!

OK Auto has been taking care of my cars for almost 20 years; found them when I needed some welding done. Absolutely unbelievable service! My car died on the side of Highway 70 on a Sunday. Had to get my car towed to a local shop. OK auto repair. Was it close but now turned out to be absolutely worst decision. They were not only on able to help me with my car. But he immediately argued with me about a $35 parking lot in storage fee. My car was dead on the side of the road and they chose to yell at me and be rate me instead. It was the most unbelievable I have ever heard from an auto mechanic with absolutely no compassion for human beings ever. He did however get his $75 for the days my car or park there. Tax included.

Love Glen an his mechanics. But my truck that is my lifeline for my financial well being has been reposing there for 17 days.. they will not work weekends like i do because there backed up..so prudents should pervail to make up some time maybe working a Saturday. I do understand some of there problems.. if you have a minor suv housewife needs fix now thats great..soccer practice suv. I make a living with my truck... I recommended ok to friends. I will still recommended them if my truck is done by Friday..rear end rebuild monday makes 3 weeks.. gotta move on

Called them on the phone and they quoted me 170~ for a class 3 hitch and labor. But when I went in they were going to charge me over 300 for a lighter hitch. I'm taking my business elsewhere

Used ok auto for years but im done now... Took my vehicle in to flush out the heater lines and get the heat working they call and tell me my water pump needed replaced so they do it and i get it back to find out its leaking antifreeze because they didnt change the thermostat as well which is basic mechanics if you change a water pump you always change the thermostat but anyways i took it back to have them put in a thermostat. Im up to $400 in repair costs now... I get my jeep back again only to find out they left 2 bolts off the water pumps pulley which could have thrown the serpentine belt and done some major damage this is stuff shady shops do to keep you having to come back but im done i do not recommend anyone use ok auto repair its not ok
