Peter is so friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and cares about your car like its his own. The service was great and communication exceptional. I would go back in a heartbeat if I lived in the area!

The folks at Marcy s have been helping me keep some older high mileage vehicles running. Their quick turnaround on estimates and work is greatly appreciated, especially with some shops being weeks out for work. While I never really enjoy having to take my cars in for repairs, I find it helpful to be able to get it over with quickly and correctly.

I feel completely at ease leaving my car to the experts at Marcy s. Excellent customer service is important to me and the staff at Marcy s has always been exceptional, going to great lengths to address all my concerns and discuss available options to keep my moody car in check.

Marcy s is the best! Wouldn't take my vehicle anywhere else. They are honest, knowledgeable, and respectful to those of us who know nothing about how vehicles work, still believing there s a fairy somewhere sprinkling or not magic dust to make things go or not. They ll patiently explain it all with nary a reference to blinker fluid or anything else you don't need. Just go!

$600 in the hole, they could NOT fix my vehicle. I had to have it towed to be fixed at another shop. The tech complained that he didn't understand how to work on Hybrids. This shop is a joke, don't take your vehicles here.

I was in a rough spot coming from fort collins and had my engine start sputtering, no power and was in need of Service. I went to another mechanic, Evans auto, who kindly diagnosed a cylinder 6 misfire (it was Bad! He said I may need another fuel injector and he was busy until next week as he was really busy)I called Marcys and Peter told me I could change my spark plug wires and it may fix it. I changed the wires and the one spark plug on cyl 6. So far so good! I'll see after driving a awhile, however if I don't edit this review it is fixed! So Much easier than spending hundreds ( it could possibly run me 600-800 the guy from Evans said, although he didn't have time for a deeper look so it's fair to say he didn't know)Thank you Peter! You saved me so much trouble and now it's running smoothly from the easy diy you recommended.

I should have tried this terrific small auto repair service long ago. No more all-day trips down the hill to the gargantuan dealership!Marcy's will never try to upsell you or recommend repairs you don't really need. I trust them completely, and Peter, who runs the front of the shop, is extremely knowledgeable, very easy to work with, and often takes care of minor things himself ... immediately.Great small business!Services: Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance

These guys will ALWAYS my business!Just picked up My 04 4runner, after James replaced the front struts & rear shocks..and OMG the difference!.. it rides like a new vehicle!A work mate suggested Marcys a few years ago for an oil change & I've never looked back!Unless I have no choice, Marcys is the shop to go to! Honest, upfront, and highly communicative. I would recommend Marcy's to anyone. I do a lot of my own work and they were very understanding and absolutely amazing at every turn. As with most people, I was extremely leery going to any garage to get my truck fixed. To anyone reading this: you need not worry when taking your car to Marcy's.From the time I scheduled my appointment, through to the diagnostics and eventually to the repair Marcy's set a really high bar.They were communicative, friendly, and professional. The work was done at a reasonable time and with fantastic expertise.I hope I don't have to use their services again anytime soon but I now have my "go to" garage in the area. I cannot speak highly enough about Marcy's Automotive. They were honest, quick, and very easy to work with. I brought my jeep in thinking I had a crack in the manifold (which would've cost some $$$). I was expecting/anticipating for a $750-$1000 bill. They took a look and found that it was just a cracked bracket on the exhaust and were able to repair/weld it right there at the shop. Less than $150 for the repair. Where else can you get that kind of honesty and integrity, which seems to be in short supply these days. I can proudly say that I will definitely be bringing our vehicles back in the future. As a matter of fact, we dropped my wife's car off for routine maintenance a week later, and once again, it was a pleasure! Thank you Pete and Team. Outstanding service. Had a battery problem and Peter discussed it over the phone with me. Found a spot in his calendar for ASAP service and ensured he had the right battery.
