Very satisfied! Excellent customer service! I was in and out of there for a oil change in about 30 minutes. I used a Groupon deal. It was a very smooth experience. Thank you! I will definitely be back.

The two young guys working there were very nice and enthusiastic, since it was their first TDI Q7 they ve changed oil on. The service was quick! But when I got home back in steamboat springs I noticed an oil leak! Climbing under my car I realized they improperly installed the drain plug! It is tight but the washer seal is off center allowing the oil to escape. A good amount of oil. Now I will have to spend another $200 for an oil change! I m sure they do good work but definitely slipped this time!

The service was good. It was a little more expensive than I had expected. And the up sales on all the things my car needed was a little much. But some of the things they recommended really were needed and I got them done. For only having two guys at the shop the service was pretty quick. The lead guy was very polite and communicated well.

I didn't service my vehicle at this location. I sold that vehicle last year and the new owner apparently had it serviced. I received a receipt for the new service which I bet the new owner appreciated. Additionally, the receipt shows the license plate from the first state I owned it in and not Colorado. Jiffy Lube really should try spending half as much time updating valid info as they do selling additional services that you don't need.

This jiffy club is amazing!! My car had a bad oil change done and I ended up breaking down on i70. They replaced my oil and fixed everything very fast so I made it to my work on time. Highly recommended!!

This was the BEST experience I have ever had with any sort of mechanic/service place in my life I was on I 70 panicking because my oil light flashed that my oil was at an absolute minimum and there no auto parts places nearby they were the closest spot and I stopped by here in a panic and Jesse was especially AMAZING! They not only helped me top off my oil, but then they complimentary filled my tires with air perfectly because that censor was also going off, and even topped off my windshield wiper fluid. I was in a really big hurry to get to work on time and they got me in and out in 15 minutes didn t push any products or even an oil change on me at the moment because I was in a hurry to get to work. They saved the day and also saved my engine, literally! I cannot say enough about the customer service they provide here and if I lived closer I would use them for absolutely everything!!! 11/10

O.M.G. this was the best overall quick and easy oil change/Rideshare inspection ever.The guy who assisted me from start to finish could not of been more thorough and professional. I didn't get his name a young guy working the front. Everyone seemed professional and approachable as well. In and out in around 10 minutes. Just like the Terminator before me I'll be back.

I drove right up into a bay without having to wait and had my oil changed, brake fluid flushed, and rear differential fluid changed all while I was there. I did not feel oversold, the guys showed me the color of the fluids and why it was recommended.

Excellent service! The young man who worked on my Jeep was friendly, thorough and professional!I wish I had a clue before that they provide a lot more services than just oil changes/fluid check ups, but also do radiator replacements! Could have $aved me a lot last spring. I had mine replaced at the dealership. Ugh $$$!

I was so impressed with the teamwork I observed at the Evergreen location today! I know Ricky and, I believe his name was JJ, were both actively working on my car - checking all fluids, filters, etc. and making sure everything was good to go. They kept me posted at every step. I know I saw another guy or two also working on my car. The teamwork was impressive! They got me taken care of and out of there within a great time frame!

Randall and Caleb did the most professional job on my vehicle. They were kind and courteous and got back to me immediately with everything that was going on.Highly recommend Jiffy Lube in Evergreen cuz chrome won't get you home.

Great service from the guys changing fluids. Randal did an awesome job replacing my shocks. Drove his personal vehicle to Denver for more parts so I could have my truck back at the end of the day!

1st time there, great job guys !!! Fuel filter, oil change and transfer case service 2016 Silverado Diesel. Nice to be able to walk over, and grab lunch and come back to a refreshed truck.

Overpriced, charged an additional $20 over the $60 oil change price for shop supplies, coolant top off & to remove my skid plate to do the oil change . I told the guy I just wanted an oil change today and they proceed to try to sell me on all the filters & brakes.

Very dissapointing experience that could have been avoided with proper communication and professionalism. Pulled in at 4:50pm for an oil change plus front and rear differential fluid change. Told it would be 30-40 min and cost would be $370. I agreed and came back in 45min. No one came and talked to me till almost 6:30pm and said they were working on a "sticky" bolt for the front differential. By 7:30, I hadn't heard anything and was now in jeopardy of missing my kids pick-up at 8pm. By 8pm, a worker came out and said his boss was too afriad to come speak to me to let me know that they had stripped the plug to refill the front differential fluid and my car wouldn't be ready till tomorrow. This young man was nice enough to give me a ride to pick-up my daughter and her friend and I had to call my wife to come pick us up, which is 1.5hrs away. As we pulled back into the Jiffy Lube, my car was miraculously ready after waiting on it for 3.5hrs. I had to call my wife and tell her to abort her trip to pick me up. The manager on duty then tells me he'll give me 25% off the total price which ended up being $760!!! $400 more than I was quoted and he felt good giving me 25% off the price to bring it down to $497, which is still more than I was quoted. I paid and was courteous through the entire transaction as I just wanted to get myself and the kids home. To top this off, the sticker that they put on your car was half-heartedly placed direclty over the old sticker and was illegible. Now, my car smells of buring oil everytime I get out of it and I'm not even sure they really fixed the stripped plug for the front differential. I'm seeking alternative advice on how to move forward. All I needed was a little communication and some fair business practice. I have yet to recieve my final receipt that they said would be email to me the next day. I don't recommend using this Jiffy Lube.

Truly a wonderful experience. Every person I encountered was kind and went above and beyond for me. Oil change took 15 minutes and they walked me through their inspection afterwards.

I had a positive experience at Jiffy Lube. Their customer service was excellent, and although they were busy, they still provided a great oil change service. The only downside was that it took a bit longer than expected due to the high demand.
