The definition of honesty and customer service. They quoted me a price, and when it took longer than they expected due to rust and seized bolts they didn't jack up the price and stuck to the quote. I had a minor issue related to the recent service a few months later and they took my truck within the hour and fixed it for free. The mechanic and office guy made me feel very confident in the work. Shout out to Glynn and Frank for being great at what you do. This is how it should be-a local shop that treats you like a neighbor and wants to make you a customer for life.

Frank and the technician who worked on my ford were nothing short of fantastic. Super helpful, speedy work & amazing prices. I will for sure be bringing my truck and future cars back for any small or bigs needs here at Evergreen Automotive. Thank you gentlemen for all the amazing help!

The team here is incredible. They fixed another shop's shotty work quickly and efficiently, without trying to run up the bill. They worked with my wife extensively on some scheduling challenges and were super friendly throughout the process. Definitely our new go-to shop.

Simply put I spent a lot of money here and when the repair didn t stick Bill was nothing but difficult and EXTREMELY RUDE. Eventually went somewhere else that was able to fix it right the first time.They also spam your phone saying maintenance is due which is really annoying especially if you take care of maintenance yourself.

I ve been going to these guys for 7+ years. They have saved me from so much headache and stress. I ve had problems with several local big name shops: goodyear, jiffylube, and firestone. Instead of getting ripped off when something sounds wrong or like I am being taken advantage of. I tuck tail and head to Evergreen Automotive Repair for an honest take. These guys have saved me thousands by shooting me straight or getting me back on the road when I am in an awful pinch.The only down side is sometimes they are busy, I guess other people like honest guys too.From my family to yours, Thank You So Much!

I had a few issues with this place. I normally dont review super often but I want to warn people.1. They wouldn't quote over the phone.2. They hide their fees and they like to charge by the hour but mess around with your car without diagnosing anything (more on this later).3. They are unorganized and unprofessional.I brought my car in to get the timing belt quote (they couldn't quote this on the phone). This was the first sign I should have seen. I then get the quote back and it just seems more worth it to do the repair myself, so I tell them that I think I have issues with my actuator and 4 wheel drive. They look at both and proceed to charge a $180 diagnostic fee that I was never made aware of.It took them all day to get back to me and let me know that the A/C door actuator was most likely the problem (like I told them). They also charged me for the 4 wheel drive diagnosis and said nothing was wrong. How the tested it was shifting it in and out in the parking lot. The problem is when I am driving...The worst part is I have no car because they are jacking around with it. I call them to tell them I will stop by in the next few hours to pick it up before close. They let me know that will work. I literally have to run 5 miles to get there. I give them time and show up 15-20 mins before they close. When I get there they tell me that they aren't done with the diagnoses and my dash is in pieces so I will need to come back tomorrow. They IT WOULD BE READY! I even made the point that I needed in the next day over the phone.The owner sends an automated message asking how everything went. I then express my concern and all they want to do is prove that I am wrong and not take any responsibly.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Our work truck broke down on the way to work, Bill and the whole team were excellent. They were able to get the truck fixed within a couple days. Everyone there was very nice, good price and very efficient. Highly recommend!

Came back to give this shop another chance after they did not completely fix our truck in the past even after having it an extra week, and the customer service was super rude and short. One said they are too busy to talk to us when two of them were sitting there eating Chinese food and the other on their phone at the front desk. Disappointed.

Just had a fantastic experience with Bill and his team at Evergreen Auto Repair ... he snuck us in last-minute as we were supposed to be leaving for a long road-trip. While the trip did not happen due to needing to have an alternator replaced and having said alternator on back-order, I was impressed with our experienced of having the van repaired. Bill was honest about the part he recommended that happened to be on back-order (vs. the more expensive off-market part that he could have gotten to do the repair the next day) but open to whatever choice we made. He communicated clearly throughout the whole repair process and went above and beyond in helping us. I am grateful and totally recommend Evergreen Auto Repair!

Bill is super helpful, I called hoping to get my wiper pump replaced and had a small time frame he was able to get my car in that day. Everything you could think to ask for and then some.Seriously, Ryan and his team are fantastic and like many other reviewers have stated; I won t bring my vehicle anywhere else. We re used to bringing our car to the shop and getting our wallets ready, but with E.A.R., you can rest assured that what you re paying is beyond reasonable and fair- and that s without mentioning the quality of the work that they do. If you love your vehicle the way I love mine, bring it here.

Super friendly and knowledgeable. I love auto repair shops that you can trust, this place is one of the best. They won t screw you or try to sell you any blinker fluid, really good people. After multiple visits, they have delivered each and every time. I hope your car never breaks down, but if it does, take it here and you won t be sorry.

I really liked the guy Alex who helped on the phone to set up appointment for 40k service for my Toyota. He gave me an estimate of about 100 dollars. I brought my car in for service and it was a different guy who did the service, can t quite recall his name but I think Ryan. He tried to charge me 260 for the service. I told him that seemed high and he lowered the price to 160. Still seemed pretty high and inconsistent with quote. I m disappointed and don t think I ll come back here.

Found on Google due to heading camping but on the way truck threw a engine light and started acting up. Read the reviews and called. It was two hours before closing and the part had to arrive before repair, but they got it! We are back on the road! Ryan and his team did a fantastic job on my old car. I didn't have an appoointment but he still had me come in anyway. They found the problem, whereas Goodyear could not! I was in and out in less than 2 hours. This is the only place I will take my car from now on.

Called late on a Tuesday afternoon..Scheduled an appointment for Friday and was out the door Friday afternoon. Excellent customer service, trustworthy, and fair prices. Ryan exceeded expectations which is greatly appreciated (and rare in the auto repair industry). Will use again in the future, Thank so much!

I will not take my cars anywhere else now that I have found Evergreen Auto Repair. Ryan is amazing and always does a fantastic job. Highly recommend this place for quality work done on your car.

Started out taking my denali here, now I take my f150 here, these guys are honest and zero BS. I am happy to have such an excellent group of mechanics here in Evergreen.If I lived 2 hrs away, I d probably still bring my truck here.Thanks Guys, for the years of outstanding service!

Ryan's team has been extremely good to my family car issues over the years, fixing BMWs, Dodge Caravans, VWs and Subarus. He is responsive, able to get work done quickly, friendly and professional. I would gladly recommend him!

These guys are awesome. I've taken three vehicles there for various repairs and maintenance recently. They are honest and won't waste your money on unnecessary repairs. It's so hard to find a good shop, but this place has got my vote!

Headed out for a BSA camping weekend when the truck started making grinding noises. Evergreen Automotive Repair crew were booked solid, but made the time to quickly diagnose and resolve our problem and got us back on our way. Our campout was a great success all due to Bill, Ryan and the guys from Evergreen Automotive Repair.Thanks guys!!We will recommend Evergreen Automotive Repair to everyone we encounter.

I would love to write a review on their services, however, they never got back to me. I walked to their shop first thing in the morning, explained that my truck was in need of transmission work. When the service writer went to price it out, their transmission provider was unavailible, so I left all my info so that e.a.r. could call me back with a full price quote including the transmission. I never did get a call back. This turned for the better because I was quoted $630.00 to just remove and replace the transmission. Ammco is currently removing, rebuilding, and installing the transmission for $895.00. I guess the local guy isnt always the best guy.

While driving with my mother on I-70 W to get to Las Vegas, my car started to overheat. Although I pulled over and checked/replaced the coolant, the car continued to overheat in traffic. We had to get towed and ended up at Evergreen Automotive Repair.The guys there were great. We got a ride to the hotel (we dropped the car off right after the shop had closed) and in the morning, we were told it was an issue with the radiator cap. They replaced it, didn't take advantage of us by charging too much, and also replaced our coolant. Without asking, they topped off our windshield washer fluid and even fixed my license plate that had a screw missing. Wonderful service and we made it all the way through the mountains and to Vegas without any issues. If I ever get stranded again in the mountains, this will be the first place I go to.

This has become my go to shop in Evergreen. Ryan is knowledgeable and friendly. He's honest about what needs to be done to my car and what can wait. And the prices here are very reasonable.
