Unbelievably excellent!!!! Got a flat coming out of the mountains on a cold day. Coffee shop in Georgetown referred us to Big O Tire in Evergreen. After limping 30 miles on a donut, we arrived in Evergreen. Roland and Ira treated us so well. Their service was amazing and the price was better than reasonable. Highly recommend Big O Tire in Evergreen any day.

Morning commute turned into emergency brake issues. The crew took care of me and did great with my unannounced arrival. About 3.5 hours wait total (parts from Denver). $1500ish for rotors, brake pads/juice, and a light thing. Great communication and clear expectations the whole time. (NOT MY TIRE IN PIC. GUY BROUGHT INTO SHOP AND I WAS SUPER THANKFUL IT WASN'T ME.)

This business just off I 70 and Evergreen Parkway is exceptional. I had a low tire pressure light when I pulled in. I knew it was more than just hitting spring weather potholes. They were able to get me an appointment that morning and repair the tire. They seem to understand that sometimes we can't plan flat tires or schedule breakdowns. They treated me kindly and efficiently. When I am buying new tires or need alignment work, I am going straight to this store. They have earned my business by simple kindness in the beginning.

Roland was super helpful tracking down our tire protection plan that was purchased at a different Big O location and getting two new tires warrantied for us. He was also very helpful explaining the differences to us when looking at low, mid, and top of the line all-season tires to purchase when winter ends in the mountains. I never felt pressured to purchase and he never made me feel bad for asking questions.

Great service and communication with Adam and the crew. Car drives great after a collision and tow from I-70. Quick turnaround with getting the car back. I would definitely recommend Big O in Evergreen, CO. Thanks!

I ve been a long time customer for about 20yrs, maybe longer. This store was great for about the first 10 of those years. Always kind, very helpful and would inform of issues rather than upselling. The last 10 years I have witnessed a huge decline and am constantly disappointed every time I go there.From trying to tell me windshield wiper blades are shot and need new ones when I replaced them a week prior, to telling me I needed new rotors when they themselves had just replaced them 2 months prior looking in the computer history and saying oh we did, never mind then to charging me over $1600 for the work and using none EOM parts and getting the most inexpensive ones. After the repair I called ATLR as well as the dealer and for the work that was stated on my receipt both quoted me $1200.The last 3 times I ve gone for only oil changes and tire rotations I ve come out to my car with oil hand marks on the doors m, dashboard, shifter and steering wheel. You used to change your gloves and put down paper to not leave a mess in vehicles.3 weeks ago had an appointment just to notice yesterday that I had a dent on the bottom rim of my car. I knew I hadn t hit anything so I looked around on both sides and there are 4 dents that look like they were caused from the lift arms, don t you have pads to protect that? BigO after so many years of being a loyal customer I have finally given up. You were such a great company and it saddens me to watch it decline so badly.

Russell Hammond dba Big O TiresI was passing through on I 70, and was having a vibration while applying the brakes on the down hill portions of the Rockies.I trusted Big O's reputation, so I visited the Evergreen, CO location.I was advised that my car needed +- $1700 worth of work to solve the issue. I agreed to the repair.The repair, appeared by all accounts, went well until my passenger side ball joint ( that was replaced by Russell and his crew) let loose and the car crashed to the ground.The diagnosis at the new repair shop said there was a stripped bolt (threads were stripped) which caused the ball joint to let loose, causing the failure.This was reported to the CO Attorney General. If others are having repair issues with this Big O, Please report your situation to the CO Attorney General. There may be a systemic or possibly a malfeasance issue going on at the Big O in Evergreen CO.Below are pics of the bolt that failed, and the bolt from the opposite side that did not fail.

I had the best experience. People at Big O Tires were really nice. They gave me a very accurate ETA to fix my tire. I ll definitely come back and recommend choosing BigO tires.

I was traveling from Keystone to Denver in a rental SUV, when the tire pressure light went on. The pressure in the passenger side rear tire was dropping fast! I pulled off, in what appeared to be the middle of nowhere, at the closest gas station and called roadside assistance. They had no estimated time when they could be there to help us. It was 11 degrees outside. There were 6 of us in the car, needing to make it to Denver asap to catch our flight back to Tampa, Fl. A sign for Big O Tires could be seen through the trees at the gas station I was parked at. Maybe they could help us? I ran through the trees and into the office/garage at Big O Tires - 29032 Crossroads Lane, Evergreen CO. The office was full of other customers that had appointments, there was a line at the register. I spoke with Roland and told him our situation. He asked that we pull the Rental around to the garage, the tire was now at 11 psi, almost completely flat. He said they'd take a look. A technician immediately came out to check the tire and noticed an object pierced the tread. He said that it was repairable and to give him some time to fix it. While the 6 of us waited in the lobby, Roland asked us about our trip and where we were from and carried on friendly conversation. Even other customers spoke with us. The environment was very friendly and relaxing, especially in our high anxiety, helpless state. The technician came out to the lobby and showed us that the puncture was caused by a 9mm bullet shell, which shocked us all. The technician patched the tire and sent us on our way. Roland told us there was no charge, they were happy to help and send us on our way, we made our flight on time and back home to Tampa. I have told this story to all our friends and family. We may never see Roland or that technician again, but we were very lucky and completely grateful to them and hope this review helps in sharing how helpful the staff is at Big O Tires. I'll be forever thankful. If your staff is ever in Tampa and needs anything. Please reach out. - Andrew

After getting a quote from Subaru for $1800 for a new ABS Brake sensor, I took my car to Big O in Evergreen, CO for a second opinion. First they did a transmission flush and a new headlight. I made a second appointment, because every dash light was flashing, before I took it in. After inspection, they only had to reset a few codes and tightened the battery cable up, they didn t even charge me! Saved me $1800 & was A GREAT CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE!

I went in to have some issues fixed on my truck, ended up not having a great experience, but after all said and done, my experience was made right. The owner was a pleasure to talk to, and he went above and beyond resolving the issues. Rumors were true, good man, good business owner and takes care of his customers, local and out of towners. My business and recommendations will continue for this shop/location. Thank you BigO evergreen!

I really wanted to leave a review on their official site, but sadly my phone does not read QR codes, and I don't know the order number. However, on 12/7/23 at 9 AM, we had our tires rotated and tail lights replaced. They did such a wonderful job, and it was extremely affordable! We had been neglecting our vehicle for years, thinking that we couldn't possibly afford to keep it in good condition. Now we'll bring it in to Big O regularly - thank you all so much! :)

Definitely one of the few locations I will allow to touch my car. Everyone who works here is honest and reliable. I ve been going here for 5 years now and they have never wronged me and are willing to walk me through so much where I actually learn something. I m very grateful to the team here.

The service I got Roland Lipins, was perfect. He was very clear and concise about what work my car needed done after i came in for a oil change. The time my car was complete was very fast and the process was smooth and affordable. I recommend Big O tires for good service and great prices for work.

***UpdateOwner contacted me within 15 min. of this post and was extremely apologetic and offered to pay for the hotel room we obtained for our second night. While I feel the individual I named in my complaint showed a lack of concern for our situation, I do appreciate the owners desire to make things right. Thank you.On October 21 while traveling west on route 70 we experienced a cooling system leak. Both the tow truck driver and my husband immediately determined what it was. We called Big O tires and explained what the problem was, and that we were from Virginia and we were stranded until our truck was repaired. They assured us they would be able to take care of our vehicle. After waiting at the shop for almost 4 1/2 hours and they still had not looked at our vehicle I inquired if they were going to get to it. The gentleman I spoke to was Ira Brown. He disappeared back into the shop and did not return until after 4:30. We could hear him on the phone finally calling places about our part. He then walked to the center of the waiting room and informed me in a loud voice that they would not be able to get to my vehicle until Monday. I was extremely upset. I reminded him that we had told them that we were stranded here when we arrived. When I asked what were we supposed to do he told me with a big smile on his face that there was a hotel in town. He seemed highly amused about the whole thing. My husband and I went to the hotel only to discover there were no rooms available. It was also the only hotel in town. We are senior citizens in our mid 70s, who then had to spend the night in our unheated camper. The car was ready on Monday as promised. However, I feel that they lured us there under false pretenses And really never had any intention of repairing our truck that Saturday. Our truck by the way is a Ford F150 not a vehicle that it would be hard to get a hose assembly for. At the hotel we were told that this happens all the time. Shame on you Big O tires.

I would definitely recommend this Big 0 tires. It was easy to get the tires I needed at a great value, quick easy appointment and they were right on time with getting my truck done when they said they would! Roland was professional, friendly and I felt he went out of his way to provide excellent customer service!

Roland and Adam were incredibly helpful and prompt this morning after we had a run in with a pothole coming back from DIA. Quickly diagnosed the problem ordered a new tire as well as installing Cross Climates on our other car. Very fair prices terrific service and friendly folks. As I said before don t waste time going anywhere else. This is THE place for neighbors helping neighbors. Thanks!Roland and Ira were so kind and helpful to take my car at the last minute. Fixed the flat within an hour as promised. And would not charge for the work. One doesn t get that kind of service much anymore.The tech, Leif, was very gracious and I was happy to tip himfor his time. Neighbors said this was the go to place and they are right. You should do the same!

Bait and switch with the prices. On line it was one price. When the service person called it was a higher different price. When I arrived I was given yet a 3rd even higher price. The price changes The tire service was fine. Try the tires beforehand although they will probably jack up the labor cost. I don't trust them.

My partner and I both had our cars in for oil change and tire rotation this week. Their tire rotation is included in the price, which is a nice perk. However, a number of their services seemed sub-par in our opinion. (1) Although they rotated our tires, they did not adjust the tire air pressure to spec (they were 35/33 F/R when we brought them in, and 33/35 F/R when we picked them up). (2) while driving home I noticed a distinct smell of oil coming from the vents, when I got home I popped the hood and noticed oil on and around the oil filter, pooled up in a tray under the filter, and smoking on the engine below it. (This car is 5 months old and is not leaking at the seals). (3) while looking under the hood I noticed that the window washer fluid level was down, and I added 1/2 gal. I went back to the shop and they promptly cleaned up the oil spill, and adjusted the tire air pressure, but there were no apologies, and it seemed to us like they didn't really care. On picking up the second car we noticed coupons for oil change on the table, and asked if they were applicable to the service we just had done, and they said yes, but they didn't offer to apply it to either of our sales, which had already been completed. Would have been nice if they had provided this option to us.

The tire change over from regular to snow tires was excellent! But, an issue occurred when I arrived for my 10 am appointment! This appt was scheduled 2 weeks prior! The clerk told me my appt was at 8 am that day!!!!! This was incorrect! I explained why would I write down 10 am, if they scheduled 8 am? This went back & forth a bit and he asked if I wanted to reschedule? No, I already waited 2 weeks! Then he said he "moved someone" so I could get the work done that day. Greatly appreciated it! To avoid this situation, maybe Big O should "confirm" appts the day before so everyone is on the same page!

My Volvo electric has different sizes for front and rear tires. Second time in a row when switching snow and regular tires this Big O put wrong one on front and rear. And, even though I was sitting in the waiting room they didn t tell me it was done so I wasted an extra hour.Shortly after I posted the above review, the owner of this Big O called me, strongly apologized for the poor service and made me whole. Much appreciated. This is a tire store where the owner keeps track of how his employees are doing, and values his customers. I'll definitely be coming back.

Gary and Kayla were phenomenal to work with!! I had worked with Kayla before on some previous issues with my vehicle and she was always friendly, personable, responsive and kind as we navigated multiple vehicles with multiple oil changes and issues. I got to work with both Kayla and Gary to fix some oxygen sensors in my car and Gary was really great about let s honestly diagnose the problem before we fix a bunch of things that need to be fixed. Gary was a joy to work with and made the experience fun while also being knowledgeable and prompt in contacting me on the status of my vehicle. The Big O Tires on East Fillmore is truly a well oiled machine with great people that are happy to work there. Highly recommend!!

Had to stop in here on our way to summit county with a nail in the tire on our rental car. Got it patched and ready to go within 20 minutes. Great service!!
