These guys did an awesome job fixing my dad's car. And it only took a little over a week. A different body shop said it would be 90+ days. Definitely would recommend. Thank you guys!

Terrible! Absolutely terrible! Look at the attached pictures and this is what your vehicle will look like only HALF A YEAR later. Quarter panel started cracking in december 2021 got it repaired in august 2021 by greeley collision. $2800 repair initially when my car got hit in august, just got it quoted by a different shop to get everything repaired that they messed up and its going to be another $3000!!! STAY AWAY!!!Service: Body & Trim

I took my 1999 Toyota Tacoma in after a collision to Greeley Auto Collision and Restoration in Evans.Alex and his crew did an amazing job on bringing it back to its former self.After bringing my truck home I noticed a discolored section that looked like left over prep or polish on the non collision side that I didnt see while in the parking lot. I contacted them and provided a pic of what I was seeing.Alex said bring it in they would look at it, I wasnt able to take it in for a couple days. But finally got it in to show him what I wanted addressed.So as not to cause an argument, Alex went ahead and repainted that section to allievate any issues.Time will tell how the repaired section plays out.I feel Alex went above and beyond in making sure I was satisfied in the end.

Alex at Greeley Collision and Restoration is an honest and kind man. This business is very trustworthy and amazing to work with. I was blown away at the incredible job they did with my vehicle, they went above my expectations. My experience really made me feel these are good people and I will definitely be back; they earned my loyalty. And they guarantee their work for life!! They care about their customers and do everything they can to serve them well. I witnessed them handle a disrespectful customer with dignity even when the person was so rude. I was amazed at the customer service. My vehicle looks brand new and they got me in so fast and got the work done in just a few days!! Bring your vehicles here, they are good people!!

My husband and I are beyond amazed with this shop. They are very professional and quick. Our car looks even better than before the damage. They kept us updated with the entire process and the car was finished when promised. We definitely recommend this body shop. Thanks Alex and the rest of your team!

Alex and his team were very polite and professional when I brought my car there to be repaired after a wreck. He was patient with me while explaining the process to get my car fixed. They fixed my car after I got into an accident. And then my new headlight that they replaced went out. My other headlight has not been replaced and is still good, but the one they replaced lasted only a few months. Called them to see if they can make it right after I forked out a ton of money for them to fix my car in the first place and I was basically told that they can t be blamed for the headlight... even though they were responsible for replacing it and installing it. On top of that, they were rude to my wife who had spoke to them as well. Unfortunately I m not satisfied with their customer service or they re rudeness to my wife.

Best place I've ever sent a vehicle to! They were quick fixing my vehicle and it looked so amazing! Like brand new! They even went the extra mile and fixed something they didn't have to! So impressed with greeley collision! Thank you!

While customer service was fair dealing with the advisers, having to take my vehicle back several times to have them correct stuff they messed up, or forgot entirely, was completely unacceptable.The first time we used them after the big hailstorm, having our Hood, roof, and lift-gate replaced along with paintless repairs on the entire left side; the window seals where not reinstalled correctly, the door trim on the outside rattled because it was missing clips, the hood was not lined up correctly at all and was difficult to close, and there is now a leak in the roof in the back of the SUV.Second time we used them after the liftgate was heavily damaged;They failed to match the paint color, and their excuse was it was more expensive than they quoted us to match the paint correctly. That almost killed me. Then after having that corrected, we had to return a second time because they didn't install the grommets for both harnesses going into the body from the lift-gate (allowing water onto the headliner), they forgot to plug the third brake light in, and they applied the "Jeep" decal on the gate wrong. Not to mention, to top it off, when they returned the vehicle for the final time, there where hand prints and smears all over the rear window.I am never going to visit or recommend this business again. One mess up, alright what ever. But Several mess ups, on two completely separate visits, they are not even trying.

Would give 0 stars if there was the optio. Terrible customer service. The owner Julio and his brother Alex have no people skills and the receptionist is rude. Wouldn t recommend this company.
