I've been a loyal customer of First Class Truck and Auto for several years now, and my experiences have consistently been nothing short of excellent. As someone who has a good understanding of cars, I really appreciate the way the team treats me with respect and doesn't talk down to me. They communicate clearly and effectively, making sure that I'm fully informed about what my vehicle needs without any condescension.Their customer service is top-notch, always welcoming and ready to assist. The pricing is reasonable, and the honesty they exhibit is truly commendable. They've never tried to push unnecessary services on me, focusing instead on what's genuinely needed for my car.For anyone seeking an auto service provider that combines expertise with respect and integrity, I can't recommend First Class Truck and Auto enough. They've earned my trust and loyalty over the years, and I'm confident they'll earn yours too.

I experienced how they break they're word. There were Problems with following up with time consuming, reoccurring mechanical issue. the cost was upped over 190 dollars. They reneged on what had been offered repeatedly as being labor on them. Should not have that much more labor cost for the after-service visit. I had already paid nearly 350$. Price went up 190 bucks for no good reason, opposite of that they kept saying. The deal went from them offering to comp the cost of labor for how I was having to come back in for the same problem. they did not stand by what they said. Reply to response to Owner: Thanks for the work that you guys did that was in some ways good.

I found FirstClass truck and auto by mere accident. I met with Pattrick and explained my Dodge dually steering woe s which several alignment shops have failed at fixing. He took my truck in and transformed it to a pleasurable ride. Thank you Pattrick and crew for the great service. What a breath of fresh air in this screwed up world of today

Good shop to work with, did an awesome job on an alignment for a 2005 F350 dually. They didn't just align it, they went the extra mile and got it dialed in better than factory.

I switched to First Class recently for my oil changes for my 16 4Runner because it s sometimes hard to trust the dealerships to do a good job. I just went to First Class for my 2nd oil change with them and then also got a transmission service/flush. We had a couple miscommunications on timing and price but they made it right and they are willing to go the extra step to keep customers happy. I do feel like I can trust them to take care of my maintenance, because they are willing to talk through issues. I will keep bringing my vehicle to them.Services: Transmission, Oil change

A simple leak on my upper radiator hose. He was in and out all about 10 minutes and did nothing. I was charged almost $170 for nothing. I am 70 years old is this how we're going to be treated now ? Does this seem right to you is this what you would do?WTH-And why the charges for parts and hazmat? They did nothing.Coincidence? I don't know, but my transmission went out after I got it home. My car is dead and I have no money. I'm stuck.

Called in and talked to pat about working on my rear end and he said that they could fix it, drove the car down there and took the guy for a ride and after beating around the bush they told me to take the car somewhere else, very disappointed! Never asked him to install my parts! He said drive shaft, I said that doesn t explain the metal shavings in the rear end! He declined to work on my car! Seems to me that you guys aren t as good as I was led on

Great Honest and Reputable Shop..These guys know what they're doing and will explain their diagnosis in great detail. There is no sales pressure to try and get you to spend money, they leave that decision up to you, which is quite refreshing.Good Job Guys !

They were friendly, I had missed a few days that the truck was to be brought in to fix windows. The truck is old '78 but only 32.500 miles. The electric system was pretty new when bought. So old wires and an inline fuse. Good price.

I have taken many vehicles to Tim over the years and will continue to. He and his crew are great at diagnosing issues and fixing them. They are very good at being transparent and explaining things to those of us who are not mechanically inclined. Karla is amazing and very nice. They call and get any additional work approved. I reccomend them to my friends and family all the time. Would not trust anyone else with my vehicles.

Great experience with very knowledgeable mechanics. My AC was sluggish and I had an issue with a tire losing pressure. I was in and out quickly as you would expect with something so minor.Thank you First Class Truck and Auto!

I used to frequent First Class but I then bought a couple brand new vehicles and took them to the dealer for service. I am unhappy with the dealer so will be returning to First Class. We had some work done on some work equipment and they were very accommodating and competent! Is not a chain, as far as I know. Glad to be back with them!

I had a transmission flush performed here on my 2014 Ford Explorer with 125k miles. Tim recommended BG cleaner and additive. What a difference the service made. Acceleration feels stronger and shifts feel smoother. Great price and they completed the work quick. Highly recommend.

We were from out of state and camping up on a mountain and our generator went out. We were still under warranty and called our dealer to get info on where to go. So we called Jayco and he did some research for us and gave us First Class Truck & Auto Service, told us they could get us in tomorrow. When we got there they were able to take a look at it and go ahead get it fixed for us. Pat is an awesome technician! Everyone there was super friendly and accommodating. We would recommend them highly!

I have heard good things about them so when my car was dying on me I decided to bring it here...They are friendly and cordial and diagnosed my problem, which I appreciate. However, my quote for a fuel filter and fuel pump was $1300 for a ford focus (including diagnostics). Looking only at the cost of parts--$27.05 for the fuel filter and $671.37 for the pump. I explained that I have changed fuel filters in my work's vehicles and that I felt comfortable doing that for now until I could save up for the pump. I was discouraged from doing this and told that my car needs a special part to change the fuel filter. This isn't true. I understand it's a business and you need to sell yourself, but that was a black and white lie and was a huge red flag for me.I explained that I simply do not have the money for the fuel pump right now and needed the weekend to make a plan. I went home, found the same exact fuel pump directly from the OEM for $311. I went to pick up my car today (the pump isn't totally dead yet, just very close) and I was told to put gas in it. This was confusing because I had been told a detailed story on Friday on the phone, and multiple times in person, about how they drove my car to the gas station, put $15 of gas in it, and then how the car barely made it back to the shop before dying. On Friday I paid for the diagnosis, and was told multiple times about the $15 in gas they had already put in, and so I gladly paid for that as well. Now this morning the story was that I needed to put gas in it right away because they had *intended* to put that $15 gas but it "just didn't work out", so they gave me my $15 back. Just strange. I mentioned that I found the pump for $311, expecting them to say "Hey, great! Bring it in, since it's the same part, we can replace it for you and you've saved some money" (this is pretty much what the dealer told me when I called them for a quote). Instead I was told "Well I can't sell it to you for $500 (the dealer's price) because I need to make money off of it." I said, laughing, "Yeah, that would have been almost $400, that's a good amount to make from it!" "It costs $700 to open the door each morning." Keep in mind, this is in regards to just ONE part, not the entire quote. I've worked in a variety of fields and have always been happy to save a customer money. This reaction confirmed what my gut had been telling me.I'm planning on attempting the replacement myself. My game plan was that I would try it (been researching all weekend, and I have the equipment to lift the car, bring down the tank, etc) and at the first sign of things not going well, bring it back to them and have them do it, but be happy that I still saved myself some money on the part. Not only did they not seem interested in having me as a customer (I guess if each part is marked up 115% they don't need me) but all the little lies added up and made me feel very unsure about trusting you guys. Again, you are all super friendly and I appreciate that, but you also went on a big rant about ethics with me on Friday about how important it is to you to feel good about the parts you put into the cars that you work on, etc etc and that honestly was another red flag for me because at that point I hadn't questioned your prices or the quote, had only asked for the quote and explained that I don't have that money right now so I need to figure out what I'm going to do.Long story short, I appreciate the diagnosis, I appreciate your friendly personalities, but I also appreciate being raised to ALWAYS do your own research. My money is very important to me and I need to trust the businesses that I give it to.

They're amazing, they explain exactly what's wrong, what needs to be done. We are moving soon and they were able to get us in and get our truck fixed and they were amazing. They are nice, friendly and understanding. They honestly do their best to help, and it's greatly appreciated!!!
