Really helpful staff and shop guys! Was able to make it in for a same day appointment too! Had a nice area to wait with grass and a bench if you bring your pup! Thanks guys.And again today, my second time using them... this time for major repairs, they did an awesome job! And for a really good price!

They are the kindest, most thoughtful and thorough tire and auto shop I ve ever been to anywhere!! I was in town with a rental car that was having a problem and they swiftly helped me and got me back out on the road to continue being a tourist. I d move here just to have their expert, kind care of my vehicle!

Absolutely Wonderful! Woke up to a flat tire while camping. Drove to this business and was immediately cared for. Went next door to Ace Hardware with family to kill some time and Estes Tire and Auto fixed 2 tires and rotated them in 45 minutes. Amazing service and affordable! Thanks guys.

During our auto trip of the western US, a rear tire developed a slow leak. While Estes Park Tire and Auto was too busy to help us that afternoon, we made an appointment for the next day and they inflated the tire to get us by for the day. The next day, they quickly patched the tire and only charged us $25. We were very pleased with the service and reasonable price.

AMAZING! My friends and I came down to Estes for spring break and one of my tires was concerningly low. Being a person with zero auto knowledge, I figured I would have to find a tire and auto place to help me out. I did a quick google search and found Estes tire and auto. I called and met with Preston, the lovely front desk man, and he graciously and kindly helped us and gave updates on the car. Low and behold, there was a SCREW IN IT! Thank goodness for these wonderful people, it all took but 30 minutes to get the car in, figured out what was wrong, and paid a very low cost for all of it. I HIGHLY recommend, especially as a vacationer with zero knowledge about auto and visiting all the way from KC.

After bringing a Subaru here for a seasonal changeover, my buddy had a lug cross threaded when replaced. Instead of trying to replace the lug nut or make it a right in any capacity, PRESTON handed my buddy the lug when we got the car and just said You need a new one. He didn t make us aware the lug was cross threaded and the shop took no responsibility. We bought the car back same day and they said something along the lines of not having the right part so it s not their problem. Good one guys, none of us will be returning.

The only reason I am giving this 4 stars instead of 5 is because their prices have gone up a lot. Last year when I got my oil changed, I paid $40 for the service and supplied my own oil. Recently I had the same service done and was charged $58. I can see increasing the fees a little bit, but $18 in a short amount of time seems very high to me. It ended up costing me $112 total including the cost of my own oil. Putting that aside, the guys who work there are always super friendly and kind. They seem to really know what they are doing. However, when it comes to my next oil change, I will unfortunately have to look around for a less expensive service.

My daughter had a bad tire after driving over Trail Ridge from Grand Lake. Went in for new Michlien, but they didn't have one. Preston called tire shops in Loveland, but no luck. We left her car and went home to Denver to get a tire. Went back the next morning and he installed the tire right away. We were able to make entry time at RMNP. Very good service.

The tire light popped on. We re a long way from home. Entered the office to find several people waiting. Said to attendant you look very busy. He said I am swamped. We thought he would say he had no time to mess with a tire. Instead he had us pull up to the bay, checked and filled each tire and explained the change in elevation was probably the reason one tire needed air. No charge. Sent us on our way. Of course, we passed along a nice tip for his trouble.

I have been going here for the last few years for tires, oil changes, and other service for my 2 vehicles. The service has always been friendly, timely, and fair. I will keep going back for my auto service.

These guys are always great. If they can do a repair, they will. If they think it will be less expensive in Loveland, they'll tell you. Very honest guys that do quality work. I highly recommend you check them out if you need work done on your vehicle. They can get a bit busy from time to time but they are worth the wait.Preston is extremely polite and helpful. If you get him, just know you're in for a smooth experience!

Staff and service was great. Came in with two flat tires, they were able to fit us in and repair both within a couple hours. They also only charged for one tire since the other they said they were able to do so quickly, which was incredibly kind. They even helped us out addressing a different issue we had noticed that morning (power steering) without trying to upsell us or convince us to get serviced there. Overall great experience!

Stopped in town on a road trip with a cracked discontinued rim. Owner went out of his way and got me a decent deal in a couple days. Work was done significantly earlier than expected, they're busy for a reason!

Found out our rental car had a slow leak from a nail in our tire which messed up our vacation plans.. was able to get an appt the next day at Estes Park Tire and Auto. They were busy and we had to wait for more than an hour but they were able to fix our tire and got us back on the road. Blaze did not charge us anything to compensate for our longer than usual wait.. Blaze was friendly and provided very good customer service.

I was in to have a slow leak fixed. They were really busy, but I was still out in just under an hour. Appointments are recommended.I had a flat last Saturday on my plow truck that I won't drive on the road until spring. They closed at noon, so I got down there and they had what I needed in stock. Tire was fixed and put back in service. Went back today to have other front tire replaced and old tire swapped to the spare. They were busy, but I had an appointment and was in and out in about an hour. Good service!

Picked up a nail on the highway somewhere between Clearwater, FL and Estes Park. I got there early and these guys are already busy. They plugged the tire, checked all four tire pressures, handed me the nail and I was back to the family vacation in under an hour. Prestin and Jason were the two young men responsible for those 5 stars on top of this review. Good people here.

I have taken both of my cars here for repairs and have had zero complaints. They get you in quickly and get the job done quickly as well. They usually get me in within a day. Never had an emergency repair luckily but I feel like they would do whatever they could to help a traveler as quick as they could.

Great tire shop and extremely friendly people that works there. We had vacation on Estes Park Resort and unfortunately we experienced a sudden drop in weather from 100F on Monday to 20F on Tuesday, our rental car lost air and we went to this tire shop to ask them to fill the tire, they did it in no time and didn t charge us a dime. What a professional courtesy by them, they made our day. Highly recommend this place!

Preston and the other people at Estes Park Tire and Auto repaired a tire for us on our rental care. They were really helpful and gave great, efficient and courteous service. Their price was very reasonable, and they solved another problem with the car.. We really appreciated them.

I had an issue with lug nuts for my winter tires. Prestin, Jason and one of the tire mechanics (don't have a name), identified the issue, provided me with a solution and then were able to squeeze me in the next day when I got replacement lug nuts. These guys were great to work with, problem-solving focused and they were more than fair with me. I will be going back whenever I can/need to have work done on my tires. Thanks to all of you.

My family and I were traveling from Nebraska to Estes. We noticed a tire that was very worn and needed a new tire. They did not have 4 new tires in the correct size but had 4 used tires. Dan was great and went above and beyond to help us. Great customer service. Offered great pricing and great to work with. We would definitely recommend them to anybody!

Like many others we came here out of necessity, not choice with a nail in my destroyed run flats during our vacation. They helped us out on a walk in with swift and courteous service. Their service got us back on the road quickly and could ve possibly saved our lives as we were near a blowout. As an automotive professional myself, I couldn t give this place a higher recommendation. Weather a local or traveler, this is a great place to do business.

Read the 1 star reviews. I wanted to give them a chance since changing from BIG O. Preston is one of the most dishonest people I have had to deal with. I took in 4 small tires that needed replaced. When I picked them up, they switch 3 of the rims. I got one of mine back and 3 that were different colors and dented. Preston told me I brought them in that way and must have hid the 3 from them. When asked to talk to the owner, all I got was his name is Blaze. Wouldn't give me an email or phone number. This place hasn't changed. STAY AWAY

Peace of mind and highly efficient. I cannot say enough good things about this shop - visiting family in the EPV, bi-annually has given me the opportunity to receive a quick turn-around on a pressing thermostat issue. These folks are now my "go to" automotive experts for future visits.

Found a nail in my tire the night before we were to leave Estes Park to head back home. Went to Big O first thing in the morning. Within an hour my tire had been repaired and I was on the road. Great service at a very reasonable price. Would definitely use their services again if I am in need.

This place is absolutely fantastic! I was in a rental car and traveling into Rocky Mountaino National Park when I got a nail in my tire and a slow leak. I pulled up without an appointment and talked to Tim who got me in within 20 minutes. Daniel did an excellent job of repairing the punctured tire and as a courtesy they ensured that I had the proper air pressure on all four of my tires. While I was waiting I even wound up talking to a couple of the guys that work here and every one of them was nice and courteous. I highly recommend that if you are in need of tire repair services that you come to Big O Tires. I only had a flat repair so I cannot speak to the other services but it seems like they do alignment, brakes and general repairs in addition to tires. They seem very honest and professional so if you are in need of car services while in Estes, Colorado look no further than right here!

They were kind enough to squeeze in a quick repair that was urgently needed when all the other mechanic guys in town were booked. Preston took the time to help and went out of his way to make a few calls needed because of my service contract. Will definitely recommend this business.

After enjoying a week in the area hiking and camping, I descended into Estes Park to discover I had made a typical flat-lander mistake in allowing my brakes to become severely depleted. With 500+ miles to get home and having arranged no accommodations for the night, and also low on funds, I was desperate. I called several shops in town on this Friday morning and only John at Big O Tires answered my call. I rolled into the shop and John and Tim let me know they would try their best to get me on the road as soon as possible, but with a packed schedule and parts availability uncertain, they could not guarantee a time it would be done. After only a short time waiting in the clean and welcoming waiting area (with free coffee!) Mike was able to test my brakes and get them off. A call was made to O Reilly s and a few minutes later they arrived. All said and done, John, Tim, and Mike had me on the road in just under two hours FROM THE TIME I CALLED! I was blown away. I could not recommend them enough! They were under no obligation to work so hard just because I had an emergency but they rose above and beyond to ensure I could get home soon and safe! Thanks guys!!
