I had an unexpected flat tire ony way out of town late in the afternoon. I called and even though they were getting ready to close, they told me to come right in. The repair was quick and affordable. Great place & I highly recommend it.

I hit a deer about 3 months ago and had my vehicle taken here to get fixed. I want everyone to beware that the service I got here was terrible. I finally got my truck back a few weeks ago. The whole time they said it would be done within 2-3 weeks later, but that became 3 months later. They put the wrong coolant in my truck and I had to get that flushed. The transmission is also leaking and now have to order another part to control that problem. Who knows what else is wrong with it. I put a lot of after market money into my vehicle when it was released. They also have not given me my supplementary paperwork as well. This is my first google review and wanted to let everyone know that I am a young female that got yanked around by these mechanics.

AVOID AT ALL COST, they are the rudest people you will ever meet. While in Estes park on vacation our rental cars tire was a little low. Went here to try and get what I thought would be a professional air up my tire and I was willing to pay. Someone whom I assume was the owner said he didn t have time to help. He was truly unprofessional in his manner and attitude towards me. If I could give 0 stars this is truly what he deserves. If he treats his customers this way, those who are willing to spend money I can t imagine how they are still in business. Do yourself a favor if you need any tire help GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. They don t deserve your business!!!

Since we were coming through Estes Park, we made an appointment 2 weeks in advance for 9/13. Filled out the requested paperwork agreeing to pay. Got to town and stopped in to introduce ourselves 2 days before appointment. No one there, although all the doors were open and there were vehicles everywhere. Found someone on the phone who indicated they were closed on Wednesday, the day of our appointment. But he would call the next day to confirm a rescheduling for Friday. Never heard another word. I guess a $1600 job wasn t important to them. So much for their reputation for helping travelers. One star only because I had to.

While gassing up our Class C Sprinter van in Estes Park around noon, I noticed a rear outside tire was going flat. I called around to every tire and auto repair place I could find on Google, most of which either don t do tires anymore or were not able (or maybe willing) to handle motorhomes, even small ones like ours.Amina offered to take a look at it later that afternoon and had us back on the road before dinner. The problem turned out to be the valve stem, which they were able to replace in minutes with a new one they had on hand and they then proceeded to check and inflate all tires on the van to spec all at a very *reasonable* price. Awesome service!

Our rental car had a nail in the tire. We were loosing air, but made it down the mountain. Someone at a gas station recommended Amina. We called at 4:15 and the tire was fixed by 5:00. Great service! Reasonable price - didn't take advantage of our situation.

About a year ago my vans steering locked up on my way to Estes. These guys not only got me towed but also were very transparent about the process and timeline to get it fixed.I was living in my van at the time, and they were unbelievably accommodating with letting me stay there over night.Lastly, the owner himself is an extremely cool guy. Recommended a book (Shoe Dog: incredibly appreciative for that rec), as well as, told me a bit more about Estes, which allowed me to appreciate my time there even more.

I was shocked and pleasantly surprised that we were able to have our brakes replaced so quickly! We were visiting the area and had issues with our brakes in the mountains. I called near their closing time on a Sunday afternoon and was told that they would be able to replace them the next morning. They did so quickly and at a normal cost. I was very impressed.

Never been to a mechanic shop that treated you with such poor service as this one did. When car broke down we had it towed there because it was a reputable business, the reviews must not being telling the truth..When we first spoke to Zak he was friendly and explained everything but come Tuesday when speaking to owner well not so much. Since I didn't want to repair car at that cost he flipped out on me and said to get car off lot. When I had towed company go get it he said not sure what they did to your car but now accessories mode won't come on to even roll windows up, that they rolled down along with keeping lights on to kill the battery. I've called back to which he won't answer my call now. That tells you something. But don't worry I'm not stopping here. Please go to another body shop that will listen to you and treat you with RESPECT!

While on vacation in Estes Park (June 19,2023) had a low tire on our trailer. Pulled in this shop and the young man was very polite and was able to find the problem and fixed tire right away. Reasonably priced!! Highly recommended this shop!

I woke up to a dead battery on a Sunday morning in September. The owner, Mohammed, answered the phone and arranged to send a tow truck to jump start the car. He explained that if a new battery was all I needed it could be done same day. If a more complex problem appeared it would be Tuesday afternoon before they could get to it. Luckily the car responded to the jump & did not need a tow. The mechanic on duty at the shop began working right away. Called 2 places to get price quotes on a correct battery for my vehicle, then went to pick up the battery & installed it. All done in a couple hours, at a reasonable price. A decent waiting area with restroom is provided at the shop, but if the car had needed to stay longer Estes Park has a number of ride services that the local mechanic can tell you about. I recommend Amina Auto, no doubt!

I was on vacation with my kids this week when the water pump went out on my vehicle on Wednesday. After nursing it back to our condo from RMNP I called nearly every place in Estes. No one could get me in until Tuesday or Thursday of the next week. I called Amina Auto Repair and Muhammad was able to get me in on Friday which was good because we were slated to leave Saturday morning. He came and towed my car Thursday morning, diagnosed the bad water pump, got me a fair estimate and had it fixed and ready before the end of business THAT day!! In that time my daughter had her check engine light come on in her vehicle (thank God she drove her car also otherwise the vacation may have been shot). We couldn t get my car Thursday night and when we went to pick it up Friday morning he also ran a diagnostic on my daughters car (to find out that there was nothing to worry about and that it would be fine to drive back to Iowa). He reset everything and didn t charge us for the diagnostic. We haven t had any trouble with either vehicle since. In my book Muhammad is super man! He not only got my car done and done right but he got it done a day and a half sooner than he said he could! Then imagine my surprise when driving back to Iowa this morning and he calls to check that everything is ok and we re on our way back home and safe. If I lived in Estes I wouldn t take my car to anyone else. He exceeded all my expectations and the gratitude I have for all he did for my kids and I is running over the brim! Mohamed saved our vacation! I do almost all of the repair and maintenance on my own vehicles and I know a good mechanic when I see one. Mohamed is an excellent mechanic. You can be as prepared as you can possibly be for a trip in the mountains, but when your wife puts 6 gallons of diesel fuel in your gas tank and your 8 hours from home, your pretty much at the mercy of what is available. Thank goodness we found Amina Auto repair. We were scheduled to move on to Montana on Sunday with reservations that had already been paid for. We called Amina about noon on Saturday when the incident happened, and he assured us we would be back on the road on Saturday. There were at least two other vacations he saved on that Saturday, so it took until about 8:15pm Saturday evening, but he delivered as promised. I thought the charges were fair and the vehicle ran great the rest of the trip. I watched him thoroughly soak up every last drop out of the gas tank. I am forever great full we were able to continue our vacation and I hope this review helps his business.

Sunday morning. Did not have an appointment. Low tire pressure warning and slow leak in tire . Called number from outside shop and owner answered and said he would see if one of his guys could help me. Zack fixed tire within 20 minutes. Great service. Amina's Auto Repair was a HUGE help!! My sister had to be dropped off at the Denver Airport within 2-3 hours, but we realized my tread was coming off my tires. We went here to Amina's and they were super nice about everything!! Got us out about 30 minutes and we made it to the airport. Thank yall! I will be definitely doing business here since I'll be living in Estes.Service: Tires

Brakes lights came on with service engine light and cruise control while driving in RMNP. He assessed my situation when turning car off reset the elevation confusion and all the lights went out after a sit and cool off.He assured we were fine for brakes and never even charged us to confirm we were safe . And explain what he thought happened in the electrical system that caused it.

Would give them 6 stars if I could!Mohamed went above and beyond for us as we were stranded in Estes Park on a Sunday 4th of July Weekend. Not only did he send one of his guys in to Boulder for the part, they did the work 4th of July morning. I had a brake issue coming through the mountains around noon on a Saturday. Amina was able to get me in and my brakes fixed same day. On a Saturday, can't emphasize that enough. Incredibly friendly and professional, I highly recommend them to anybody needing work done in the Estes Park area. Mohammad is clearly a very knowledgeable mechanic and was great with every customer that came in while I was at the shop.Service: General repairs & maintenance

We were on vacation in Estes Park and ready to drive 8 hours home when we discovered a radiator house needed repair. Of the 3 different places we called on Saturday morning, Mohammed was the only one who answered and had time to look at our van. He fixed the radiator hose and also noticed that our radiator cap was not holding pressure and replaced that as well. He was very knowledgeable and always explained what he was doing and why. He made a tough situation better and made sure we got home safely!

We were traveling in the canyon on the way to Estes Park from Denver and I got a message on the car that said "check charging system". We were able to make it into Estes Park and found this shop, it was Friday afternoon. The alternator had gone out and I was sure they wouldn't be able to fix it for a few days. They got the part and it was fixed the next day. The best part is that their office employee, Laura, gave us a ride home on Friday. If it was not for her, I'm not sure how we would have gotten home that day. Thank you and I certainly would refer this shop to everyone!

We cannot say enough good things about Amina! We were stranded with our bus and Mohammed was kind enough to come out to us instead of having us towed, got us up and running, and then took care of our bus at his shop. All of the workers were incredibly professional and kind, even taking the time to help make sure our dogs were taken care of since our camping situation was completely turned around! Highly recommend, cannot go wrong with Amina. Thank you so much- we appreciate all of your guys hard work!

Got a flat tire out camping in Rocky. They got us fixed up so fast and were so kind in the process!!! The fee was super fair. Seriously- I wish these guys were in my hometown.

Mohammed is a good business person who cares about his clients. Yes, it did take a long time to get my 2015 Nissan Titan repaired, but he did a great job. The only small complaint was he needs more help, but with rent/buying a home in Estes Park so high, very difficult. Suggestion for future clients to nicely remind him of your deadline and your need daily, but if you respect him, he will do the same.Service: Brakes

We were visiting Estes Park from out of state and our tie rod broke on the last day of our trip. An absolutely great experience with this shop after an unexpected major vehicle issue. The owner took care of us quickly and resolved the problem for a fair price. We feel so fortunate that the fuel station we pulled into recommended Bob s towing (they showed up in less than 20 minutes and safely loaded the truck) and then received honest, quality service from Amina s. We waited at the nearby Avante Garde alehouse and got great service there, too. A short time later it was all fixed and we were on our way! Thank you for taking such great care of the vehicle and our fellow travelers.

I visited this shop to diagnose/repair battery light on the dashboard due to bad alternator. We didn't wanted to take risk as we had long drive ahead of us. They were able to order the OEM parts and service vehicle the same day.Also Amina was really cooperative in showing us the test results before and after the repair.I really appreciate as they prioritize our work to put us back on the road.Services: Electrical repair, Electrical, Battery

Brakes started squeaking up on trail ridge road. Had quit by the time we got to town (uh oh) with just one day left before our return trip. Mohamed got me in and out same day with a new set of brakes (delivered rapido from Denver), enabling our on-time departure towing a trailer. Price did not strike me as inexpensive. But knowledgeable, prompt, friendly service is valuable. Two thumbs up.

Our diesel GMC truck had a bizarre electrical incident as we were visiting Estes. With plans to head home in two days time, we had no idea how we would make it. With Muhammad s exceptional experience and expertise, he was able to pin point the strange electrical problem. The transmission Module went bad. He and his partner had us up and running, working after hours to help us get back on the road.
