They were able to get my car in quickly after a "trouble code" appeared on my instrument console.They called to say they checked everything and some items didn't need repair/replacement. Car was ready when promised. Price was reasonable. Will definitely go back.

Fine Tuned Auto not only tested our van for an antifreeze problem for free, they drove it around twice to make sure all the hoses and clamps were tight and that everything is working well. They've earned my business the old fashioned way - by providing cheerful, prompt, and excellent customer service and by going beyond what was strictly necessary. I highly recommend them. Thank you guys for doing a great job!

I dropped my 2015 cargo van off yesterday morning for an overall inspection and, more specifically, an oil leak. Booking a time to bring it in and taking it in ahead of time were both incredibly easy.Mel, one of the employees I spoke with, was incredibly helpful and quick to get back to me. I don t usually feel comfortable leaving my car with mechanics because I ve been taken advantage of in the past, and I don t have an inch of that feeling with this shop! I m happy to leave it in their hands and let them take fix the issues!

I must say this is the first review I ve ever written, and I must also say that this experience with fine tune auto was the best car experience I ve had in my 72 years of life. EZ the service writer went out of his way to get my repairs done While working with my insurance and kept me informed on progress daily. I would go back to them in a minute. They are the best.

Fine Tuned Auto is awesome! We had a client on the road going through CO and we needed to find him a shop to have things looked over. Fine Tuned got our customer in quickly, performed all tasks as requested, and our client had nothing but glowing compliments to give about Fine Tuned. A+

I cannot recommend Fine Tuned Auto enough! We have been here twice and both experiences were great. First time, we took our car in to have the brakes checked. They checked it at no cost to us and told us brakes were fine. Second time, it was determined that we needed a new catalytic converter. Their prices are fair and they even matched a slightly lower quote I got. They rushed the service and got the part, replaced it, and got the car back to us on the SAME DAY because they knew my husband was going out of town the next day. They offered a free loaner and to pay for an Uber if they weren t able to get it done. Keith definitely took care of us and called us with updates like he said he would. We will definitely come back for all of our cars needs!

Have gone to Find Tuned Auto a couple times now and they've been easy to work with and have reasonable prices for the work done. The customer waiting area is nice and has wifi so I've also been able to get some work done while I've waited.

Everyone here was super nice and quite efficient in conducting an oil change and tire examination. Prices were great. The staff made an assessment of a service that I requested and chose to decline, saying that the car was in good shape, and the service was not needed. Really appreciated the honesty. I will definitely go back here..

Izzy and the guys at Fine Tuned Auto are exceptional. The amount of time, effort, experience, and care that goes into their work is above and beyond. Izzy communicated all issues with the vehicle in an effective and timely manner. He helped us out immensely on the cost side of the repair as well. Truly one of the best experiences I have had with vehicle repair in terms of customer service. These guys are great! I called and asked if they d install some parts I bought and they had me come in the next day, and had the truck ready well before the agreed upon time. The front desk staff was friendly and I enjoyed the banter. Easy five stars and highly recommended.

I recently moved to Boulder County from out of state, so, I had been looking for a new service provider for my Toyota FJ Cruiser. I have been discouraged by the arrogance and non customer service offered by the businesses that I had connected with, including the franchise dealers. Finally I arrived at Fine Tuned Auto and was impressed with their attitude and willingness to help me. My Cruiser now has a new service family to visit when the need arrives. Thank you Fine Tuned Auto for your great service.

Hands down , will not go anywhere else! Been going to this location since the 1st week they opened! They again surpassed my expectations when my check engine light suddenly came on today ( leaving town in the morning with this vehicle)I was a walk in and they squeezed me in and fixed the issue during their busy day! Even drove to get the part they needed to fix it for me!!! They are the BEST AROUND! And so helpful and friendly!Thank you again Fine tuned auto, you saved me today!!

Fine tuned came through huge for me. I had my car at the Ford dealer for a full week while they attempted to diagnose a problem. Ford was never able to accurately diagnose the problem and an annoying rubbing noise continued on my front driver side tire for about 10,000 mi. When I took it to fine-tuned they immediately diagnosed and corrected the problem. Now it's driving great again without any rubbing noises!

My first visit went unexpectedly wrong. However they took care of the issue immediately. They were courteous, polite And very helpful. I returned the second time and they were fantastic. They are very honest and trustworthy. I am very impressed by their ethics.

Fine Tune Auto is a great shop to get any car service or repairs at. I have been going there for a few years now and I always feel confident that they do a good job and not sell me services I do not need. They have a loaner car available so I can drop my car off and still get to work that day. And when I wait there they have a great comfortable lounge with internet that I can get work done and have beverages and snacks too! I would suggest this shop to anyone.

They did a great job on my oil change and tire rotation. I was told of other maintenance needed, but there was no pressure or up selling. Will definitely be coming back in the future.

My first experience with Fine Tuned Auto was great. They did a good job for me.The main reason I chose them is they provided Shuttle to/From work and then a Loaner Vehicle since they needed to keep mine overnight. This is a BIG help and relief since i am single and do not have anyone that could give me rides.

Great service, friendly staff and a really streamlined process for everything. I've had terrible experiences at other shops, but FineTuned treated me like they cared. Next time I need some work, I'll be back!

Overall great service. The only issue I have is that it takes a very long time for only an Oil change. First time it took little over 2 hours and the 2nd time around 3 hours. Both times with appointments.

So I had previously given this shop a 5 star review for previous work done but after my experience today I had to revisit this. I went in to have my truck looked at because the check engine light was on. I told the tech that the truck was running fine just wanted to make sure everything was ok. They hooked it up to the computer and said that I had an after market air filter that was causing the light to go on and a couple of hoses that were loose. They cleaned the filter and tightened the hoses and all was good. It s the $300 they charged me for these services that is the reason for the less than stellar review. I admitted I don t know much about fixing cars and that this is a service but I feel like $300 for this limited amount of work is exorbitant. I expressed as much to the front desk and got very little reassurance about why I was being charged this. I have no problem paying for service that is needed but when I have no real issues and I m charged this much it makes me not want to take my vehicle here when I have real issues that need fixing. Overcharging me for this service probably just cost this business a lot of money as I ll just take my vehicle elsewhere when it needs more substantive work. What ever happened to the local mechanic shop that would actually try to help out members of the local community and were ultimately rewarded with a lifetime of loyalty to that establishment? You made a quick buck off me today but I guarantee it will be the lastService: Auto A/C replacement

I needed to get the 10K scheduled maintenance for my Ford SUV and rather than take it to a dealer, I decided to go to Fine Tuned Auto. Most auto shops are capable of perfoming scheduled vehicle maintenance and it does not affect the warranty. And they are conveniently located for me. My appointment was at 9:00 AM and they took my vehicle in right on time. The provided an estimate of 45 minutes and it was actually completely in 40 minutes. Kevin was the gentleman at the front desk and he was a real pleasure to deal with. I believe I have found a reliable and trustworthy auto shop for my SUV and will be bringing it to them for all service in the future.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

Took my Yukon in for a diagnoses for suspension problems and paid for a "diagnoses". I decline any repair bc I felt comfortable replacing the part myself and I felt their price was too steep. I also got the impression they didn't quite check all the components in their diagnoses. The Yukon was returned to me with a bunch of new electrical problems, I drove it to the store and then I immediately took back to them within 15 minutes of leaving their shop. The technician told me it was a separate issue, nothing they had done bc they hadnt touched the elctrical, even though the front desk guy assured me they had checked the electrical and that it was part of diagnoses. The technician told me "I don't know why your headlights won't turn on now and your brake lights won't turn off, I am just a technician" they did not offer to take the car back in and make their mistake right, nor did they offer to reimburse me for the diagnoses, now I have a Yukon that I have to take somewhere else or figure out how to fix it before my battery dies, and too bad I can't drive a night, I have no reason to ever let Fine Tune Auto in Erie ever touch a car I own again.

My car has been in this shop for 3 weeks now, I do understand it wasn t an easy repair, however I had to keep calling in for updates and kept receiving promising info they just keep extending the repair it s been frustrating and stressful, there s been a ton of missed communication. I will never go back.
