I think this place has wonderful customer service in that they are responsive and really go the extra mile to improve your experience. However, I had the hardest time getting across that I have performed most of the repairs on my vehicle. They quoted me for 5-digit cost services that did not address what I brought my car in for and most of the quoted repairs were of items that I had already replaced. I think they are a wonderful place, I just did not feel heard of what reported needed fixed nor what my experience with my car was.

Z s Auto is honest and efficient. They laid out all of the things I needed to know about our truck and they did so in a timely and efficient manner. They are honest in what is time sensitive to be done right away and things that can wait or don t need done right away or would just be nice to get done. It is so hard to find trustworthy amazingly efficient and professional help for vehicle repairs. I would recommend Z s Auto to anyone!

Such a great experience from start to finish from booking my appointment to paying and everything in between! The team is super friendly and knowledgeable and answered all of my questions with transparency. I got a full synthetic oil change and a full inspection as my Subaru is 11 this year. The inspection report was texted right to my cell for my review (which I appreciated so much their use of technology really does make the process much more seamless, easy, and efficient) and I was able to go over all of the red and yellow points in detail. The Mechanic took care in writing down everything in the inspection report and even vacuumed everything which was a very nice surprise indeed! My Subaru Lucy and I will definitely be coming to Z s for all of our future service!!

Z Auto accurately diagnosed what was causing my engine light to be on all the time. They were able to order the needed parts to replace the damaged & non-working ones & installed them quickly. The engine light is no longer lit after the repair! Their advice about driving my car on the freeway so the systems monitored by the engine light could recalibrate themselves (essential for passing Emissions Test) was invaluable! After driving enough highway miles, I took Emissions Test & it passed with flying colors!

Great experience at Z auto. They have a wonderful system where they send you a full diagnostic of everything the vehicle needs, and allow you to pick what services you would like done that day, and others you can defer for later. My car is a clunker so it is nice to have a list of the most urgent things to have done. They covered my rides to and from the shop which was an awesome service. I will be returning for my oil and rear rotors before the new year!

This shop has a great through checkpoint list and they add detailed details! I am extremely impressed with all the mechanics at the shop as well as the owners. I will be taking my other car in soon just to get the 32 point checklist done, to gain peace of mind on any repairs it may or may not need. Bravo Z auto service!!!

Z Auto is an outstanding car mechanic shop. As soon as you walk in you ll be greeted and treated like family. They go above and beyond when they fully diagnose your car for problems. They are very honest people that aren't trying to make a quick buck off of you, and help you find the best option, not to mention there prices are very good compared to other car shops. Everyone there is very informative on what they are doing and overall takes very good care of you re car. I ve had many problems with my Ford Escape over the past few months and the car is working like brand new after all the maintenance i ve gotten done by them. I will always recommend and come here with any future problems because of how reliable these people are! I even brought in my Honda the other day because I dropped a wrench in the engine bay while changing the battery and they fished it out for me in 5 minutes no charge, these people are amazing and deserve the 5 stars!

Call this place first!! While they didn t actually do any work for me, Amber over the phone was great! I called with an issue on my truck and instead of just charging me a crazy amount, Amber got me a quote for what the repair would cost but also gave me some info on other options that will end up saving me. Nice to know there s still good people out there. Thank you so much to Amber and the rest of the team at Z Auto Service.

Been taking my cars here for a couple years. I have nothing but excellent things to say. Everyone is always so professional and nice. They are honest and will not try and rip you off. From what you ll find around town they may be a little pricier than some other options but you re paying for the quality of your service. If you want the cheapest mechanic this is probably not the place for you. But if you want the best mechanics along with customer service then go to Z.

I recently moved and had been nervous about finding a trustworthy shop for my hybrid SUV. Z Auto Service turned out to be a wonderful choice! They were extremely thorough and reasonably priced. I look forward to having them put on my snow tires and trust them for any general maintenance I'll need from now on. Highly recommend!

Z was great getting us in last minute after we woke up one day and the car wouldn t start. This was especially great since it was near the holiday season. They gave a thorough inspection with honest feedback and the recommended services were appropriately priced. They got our car repaired and on the road by the next day.

Z Auto Service doesn't mess around. If your vehicle is broken they will fix it in a timely manner at a fair price. Amber, Pat, and Sam are good people. I will be returning to Z Auto Service whenever my vehicle needs work. All Stars

Had a great experience with Z Auto Service! They were very kind and helpful with swapping out my battery that died this winter! Never fun experience but I m glad I went to Z Auto for help. I have twice brought my car here after having the dealer fail to fix an issue, and they have always been honest, competent, and prompt. They are now my go-to for all maintenance from major stuff to oil changes. Can't recommend enough!

I chose Z Auto Service based on the great reviews and they definitely did not disappoint. Prompt, friendly, thorough service. After the diagnostic, I received an email with the list of things that needed to be repaired with the option to accept or decline the services/repairs and the price for that specific service as well as the priority repairs. I received a call the next day informing me my truck was ready for pick up. I would definitely recommend and will be taking my cars for service and repairs to this auto shop in the future. I have been going to Z auto for a few months and have had extensive work done on my truck. For the most part they are a decent family run small business, that being said I will no longer use them or recommend them to anyone ever again. I had a wheel bearing go out on my truck last week and after looking at my paper work I saw that they had told me that they had replaced the part, they had not. The shop I had to take it to told me that no work other then the brakes had been done. When I went there today and asked for the refund they almost accuse me of trying to rip them off!!!??? They swore up and down that they did the replacement even though the part in there hands was at least a few years old. I could have been fine with a sorry we messed up, but to look me in the eyes and tell me with a straight face that you did the work on my truck when i know for a fact you didn t. It was disrespectful and rude. They put my safety at risk when my tire almost came completely off, they cost me money because I couldn t make it to work and they cost me my time, which as a small business owner myself have very little off. Just to top it all off they told me they fixed my windows, a few weeks later they stopped working . They quoted me $650 to get it fixed for a second time, i had another shop look at it and i was missing 2 fuses and that s it s. Do what you will with this information, im going to get my entire truck looked at to make sure its even safe to drive.

I came for a pre-purchase inspection and thank goodness I did! They totally saved me from buying a rebuilt car that was unsafe/unfit, all for an affordable price. I appreciated the kindness, clarity, expertise, and timeliness of the staff- from the person I spoke with on the phone, to the person at the front desk, to the mechanic. Another plus- I worked on my laptop in the lobby during the inspection and the internet was strong. I definitely recommend Z Auto Service for pre-purchase inspections!

My truck was making a horrible rubbing sound. I called them at 11am. Brought my truck in at noon and they diagnosed it by 1pm. They replaced my wheel bearing and I picked up my truck at 4pm. Great customer service. This is my work truck so I really needed it fixed fast and I was in shock how quickly they got my work done.

Very easy group to talk to, and they use electronic communications very well which seems to speed the process up. The work on my cars has always been great and I have never had to take a vehicle back because something was not right.

I was looking for a new mechanic. Read the reviews and wanted to give Z's Auto a try. Spoke with a really nice receptionist Amber and she scheduled me immediately. She even called me the day before as a reminder which I appreciated greatly as I'm not the best with appointments. When I arrived I told them what I needed in order to pass emissions, which my car had failed the week prior. Needless to say they did an entire check on my car and had explained what may be beneficial to my car in the immediate and near future to be running optimal but did not proceed without my permission which I appreciated. Ive had bad experience with such in the past. They only did what I requested. Very important to me!!Z himself was even kind enough to give me a ride home while my car was in the shop. That was a nice touch of customer service . My car was finished the next day. Pat was very nice and had answered my many questions lol...He explained in detail what was done to my car.Overall they are very professional, experienced and did a wonderful job on my Subaru. My car passed emissions with flying colors. I will be returning to them in December for my maintenance check. ( oil changes, etc)Thank Z and crew!!

Z auto always does a great job when working on my vehicles. Z does fantastic work, and goes above and beyond what is expected. After trying numerous shops and dealerships, I found myself trying to find a locally owned repair shop that 1) I could trust and 2) offered a modicum of customer service. Z Auto Service has been nothing less than the the best auto-repair experience I have ever had. Communication, cost, knowledge of what should be fixed now to save future cost or things that can wait, everyone at Z from the desk to the shop has been in sync and on point. They even fixed a tire that went flat and a running light for no charge. I would never expect any shop to do anything for free. But Z Auto Service has displayed the care and extra effort that has now made me a committed, repeat customer. 5 stars well earned.

Z auto was EXTREMELY FRIENDLY. We had brought our car to another shop and they d couldn t figure out what was wrong and Z did. Also printed it all out so I had all the information to give the other place. Staff was so nice to explain things many times, I don t speak car well

The customer service and the hospitality is impeccable. I took my car in for an oil change and they did a free service check as well as it was part of a Mother s Day deal. It was done quick and efficiently. Soon after I ended up having an oil leak and and z auto was able to get my car in the next day and identify the cause of the oil leak. They went above and beyond what I expected and replaced my oil pressure switch, topped off my oil and steamed cleaned my engine for a decent price. This had only been my second time bringing my car to their shop and they were already able to recognize me and remember my name both over the phone and in person. That made the experience feel more welcoming and genuine and something I genuinely appreciate.

Absolutely loved my experience with Z Auto, I didn t have time to stay for my oil change and they arranged for a shuttle to take me to and from work while getting my car situated. Great deals, and instead of trying to sell you other services they let you choose which services to add on online which lets you keep in mind what to go back for later on. Everyone I spoke to was lovely as well. 10/10

I ve been coming to Z auto for years and they ALWAYS offer exceptional service. I was having a tough week when I brought my vehicle in on a Friday. They vacuumed the interior of my car for me at no extra fee which really relieved some unknown stress from my plate. They provide a great service at a great price and even go above and beyond. I would recommend this shop to anyone!Services: Auto windshield repair, Vehicle Inspection, Auto interior vacuuming, Auto maintenance, Oil change
