What a find! I didn't know mobile tire service was a thing before finding Tire Express. I placed my order online on a Thursday afternoon, they had the exact tires I wanted, and Miguel arrived the next morning and expertly mounted and balanced my tires in my garage. Sure beats wasting time standing around a tire shop. They even have a touchless mounting/balancing machine in the truck to keep your wheels scratch free. First class service all the way!

A couple of days ago, I made an appointment for tire rotations and balances for today at 9 a.m. They showed up 30 minutes early with 10 minutes of notification in advance they would be there. I was half sleeping and my dog was acting all crazy at the window so I checked and saw they were here early. They informed me they were here already but would gladly wait until the appointment time. Of course, I brought the car out of the garage so they could work on it right away, and completed the car within 30 minutes. Kudos to their speedy service!

Miguel and Levi came out with a new set of tires I ordered and they went above and beyond my expectations! They put the new tires on rims that were not on the vehicle, swapped them with the messed up rims that were and Miguel made sure we knew exactly what and where to get little misc parts such as a rim key and hub centric rings. A+++ customer service from the moment they arrived. The price was unbeatable and they got it done quick too! Definitely recommending Tires Xpress to anyone looking for any of the services they provide and without a doubt going to be calling them first! Thanks guys!

Made the appointment last week to swap out my snow tires. It snowed the day of my appointment. Miguel let me know well in advance that he would be an hour late because of the snow. He arrived earlier than anticipated, and swapped my tires out in the snow. He was able to mount the tires to the new wheels and get them all on my car in under an hour, and walked me through a couple of issues found with my wheel. Miguel was wonderful to work with and I will only be calling them for my future tire needs.

This is the way to have tires installed. Never again will I sit for ages in some stinky, rubber-smelling shop, waiting for tire installation. I sat on my couch with my dog, drinking my morning coffee, while Miguel installed my new tires within an hour. Super friendly and prompt communication from Miguel, from start to finish!

Kudos to Tires Xpress for their work today. Miguel brought a set of new tires for our travel trailer to our storage unit. He swapped them for the old ones in less than an hour. In the process he exchanged our spare for a better one and he installed a new set of valve cores. He was punctual, friendly. proficient and he saved us lots of time & hassle lugging our trailer somewhere!

From start to finish this is a professional outfit . Miguel greeted me with a firm handshake and was swift to get to work his co worker was professional courteous and I can not be pleased enough. I HIGHLY recommend them for your mobile tire needs .

I've spent too much time sitting in lobbies of the big box tire shops, waiting hours to have tires mounted/balanced. Inevitably finding that they've managed to damage the wheels in one way or another with scratched lips, chipped paint, cracked center caps etc.But Tires Xpress never ceases to amaze me. They do it all, right at your house and are always meticulous to ensure they don't leave a single scuff or scratch in any form. The convenience and quality of work will keep me as a loyal customer for a very long time.

I own my own mobile repair company, and for me to see a mobile tire company come out and change my tires was amazing!! My appointment wasn't until 1pm and they showed up a hour early, and from start to finish was under 30 minutes! We will definitely be using them for ever! They also had way better prices than discount or any other tire store!! Thank you for your service! We definitely appreciate it!

Every sales/service experience for me starts at 5 stars and the business either retains or loses them based on the service itself. In case of Tires Xpress, my experience last week started out excellent but went downhill from there.Miguel accommodated my request to move up my appointment on a very short notice and texted me early the following morning just as he committed. It was great up to that point. He mentioned the tech will arrive around 8AM but he didn't show up until 8:45. I wasn't notified until I asked Miguel for status at the 25-minute mark and he responded some time later. They've lost a star for it. There were no apologies or reasons given for this 45-minute delay.The tech started work very quickly. But in his rush, he installed both my rear directional tires on the wrong side's wheel. He noticed it after one wheel had been installed back on the hub. It wasn't a big deal as he could swap wheels, which he did at the very end, but he had torqued two lugs on one of the wheels so tightly that his repeated attempts to loosen them with the impact gun nearly rounded one of them and the other was damaged too, albeit slightly less. He only stopped when I intervened after seeing the damage. I have attached pic of one of the lugs here. They lost a star for that as well.He called Miguel and got tips on what to do, then eventually got both lugs off and swapped the wheels, except that the damaged lugs meant it would be too risky to torque them to BMW's specs of 104 lbs for my car without rounding them off completely, so I asked him to leave it at 80 lbs and I would have to drive to the dealership later that day to buy new ones. Miguel lowered the service fee by $15 to cover the cost of the two lugs. This was an unnecessary and avoidable aggravation but no apologies were given for this either when I spoke with Miguel to give him my credit card# for payment.This issue took up an extra 30 minutes after the service was otherwise done, and I missed a scheduled appointment for 10:30.Immediately after the tech left, I noticed a small scratch on the outer rim of one of my wheels. I walked around and saw an identical scratch on 2 others. All were in the same spot. I have attached pics here. The car had a little over a thousand miles at the time and was otherwise pristine. I didn't even allow the dealership's detailers to touch it upon delivery because I am particular about detailing. Going to Tires Xpress was specifically to avoid a similar scenario at a tire shop, so the irony is apparent. They lost a star for this as well.I also noticed the tech used two heavy-gauge weights on 3 of the wheels and about 8-10 lower-gauge weights on one. He likely ran out but I would expect the truck to be fully stocked for the first appt. of the day.To add insult to injury, soon after leaving home when the tech left, the car sounded an alarm for over-inflation. It showed all tires at 41+ psi when the spec is for 32. I returned to my garage and sure enough, my calibrated gauge showed the same. I think the tech forgot to adjust them after installation because of the other issues he had. Another star lost for that, leaving them with just one.My fear is that the next time I bring the car for a tire service, the shop might find some threads stripped on the hub...I am an active member of online car enthusiast forums but unfortunately will be steering our members away from Tires Xpress. In several ways, they were the exact opposite of what I expected.

Great experience. Had a challenge getting 38" tires mounted on 20" rims for my truck and these guys successfully accepted the challenge and did a "GREAT" job. They were punctual, polite and ready to tackle the job. They did amazing work. Very satisfied and would recommend them to anyone.

These folks are beyond awesome! Martin and Marcos were early for our appointment, (5 OR 10 Minutes, which in my world is on time :-) ). Very knowledgeable and helpful. The price was much better than I expected. They got my mom back on the road! Awesome job! Will highly recommend them!

Really awesome experience. Gave me a great breakdown on tires, what my options are and what s best for me. Took the time to explain without being pushy. Daniel was super awesome and friendly, fit me on the schedule same day I called. Didn t have to worry about tow or getting to a shop, price was very fair and most importantly, I have peace of mind with my new tires driving in a snow storm like today. Couldn t recommend it enough. Miguel at tire express was able to come repair a nail in my tire within two hours of my phone call saving me a tow and a ride back and forth to some random tire shop where I would waste my whole day. He knew exactly how to handle the Porsche Taycan with ease. He clearly knows how to jack these cars and properly mount the tires. The whole process took less than 30 minutes!

This is my second time going through Tires Xpress to fix my tire. I had an incredible experience both times. They have incredible customer service and they do great work for a very affordable price. Miguel was the one servicing my vehicle this time and he was very kind, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond answering further questions and providing information. 10/5 stars!Just had them come out and the service was outstanding again! The guy that came out, Zach was very nice and got the service done very quickly. Will continue to call every time I need the help. Thanks again!

Amazing operation here! Came out to Wheat Ridge and got me out of a jam...already had my spare on one side and ended up getting another flat. I couldn't go anywhere...I called in and they squeezed me into their already busy schedule. On the road with in 1 hour from initial phone call. Bryan showed up in the truck and took excellent care of my vehicle and myself. Great customer service, Thank you Bryan!

Went through the treads app and these guys came to install. Didn t catch their names but they are very professional, friendly and good to work with. Tires installed in my garage is amazing! Not to have to sit in a shop for 2 hours. Highly recommend these guys.

Absolutely phenomenal experience! Crew got here hours before expected! Brand new tires look amazing! Reset my tire sensor gauge as well! Amazing work by Isaiah and Daniel! Fast and high quality work! Would highly recommend! Hopefully I don t need this done again, but if I do they will be my first call!

Miguel and his team are nothing short of INCREDIBLE! They were quick to respond, super fair and extremely helpful. My wife s car doesn t include a spare (seems like new cars are doing that now to fuel economy) so the mobile tire service was CRUCIAL!!! Otherwise we would have had to get her car towed to a tire shop or figured something else out, which would have been really annoying/difficult. Instead, Miguel took care of us and had his team there quickly to get us new tires and on our way 1,000 stars for Tires Xpress they are AWESOME!!!

Super happy with Miguel and his team. I ve been using them for 4-5 years to change out my winter tires with the mobile van that comes to your house. Incredibly easy and professional.They also just found me an exact tire match for my moms car(blew out 1 tire) that was back ordered for 3 months and had it installed in Castle Rock in 3 days. Total life saver.Highly recommend!

Isaiah came & did an amazing job. Came hours before expected which isn't always a bad thing. He did an amazing job & was so professional. Made sure I was comfortable & knew everything moving forward with my tires. couldn't ask for better tire service. Plus coming to my house is a bonus!

Purchased tires using TireBuyer.com and had them shipped to Tires Xpress for installation. Miguel called me when he received the tires and got me scheduled. The 3 technicians were very friendly, professional, and efficient. After they finished and left, Miguel called me to follow up and see how the appointment went. Both calls with Miguel were very pleasant. Will definitely use this company in the future!

Tried my first service a couple of weeks ago.. We had a little mishap on the wheels I brought in for a tire replacement. got a little scratched on the 2 out of the 4 wheels, it was carefully changed (I was watching the whole time), but some spots were still left scratched, probably from the teeth of the machine. It wasn't too bad, so Miguel tried fixing that issue for me, he did his best and tried sorting it out. We came into an agreement, since the issue wasn't too bad. Miguel was great, very professional.. I wouldn't hesitate to do business with them! Great service and most of all, very respectful. That's all you can ask for.Update... unfortunately I can t do another review, so I ll do an update.Couple of days ago, (10/29/20) Zach and Oscar came and installed and balance and mounted my tires for me in about 25-30 mins (4 of em)!! They did an amazing Job! They were very professional on top of that, you can tell Miguel picks his staff accordingly.. they even shined the new tires for me and torque the lug nuts to my liking. Overall another great experience! Don t hesitate to do business with these guys!Call em for your tire needs!

I inquired about tires with Miguel yesterday while he was here at the shop picking up his trailer. He provided multiple options with emailed quotes. Very knowledgeable, professional and sincere. I made a decision this morning on which tires I wanted and emailed him my choice. He corresponded with multiple emails throughout the morning and then showed up ahead of schedule today and had all 4 tires mounted, balanced and shined by himself in less time than I had a flat fix by someone else 2 days ago. About 30 minutes. We use Miguel for all our fleet tire needs here at the shop and and on the road, he always does a great job. Thanks Miguel. Highly recommended.

I typically take my Porsche Cayenne Turbo S into the dealer to swap my 21" winter/summer tires. Tire Xpress came to my house; did the work in 40 min. The techs were extremely polite and know their business. I wont be setting foot in the dealership again for tire work. See you in the fall when I swap back to the winters. These guys know how to handle expensive rims. Highly recommend.
