This review is a little late, but my husband and I were coming into the area for a couple of weeks and on our drive in we had a radiator hose disconnect. We were able to limp it into town and The Garage was recommended to us to bring our Jeep in to get looked at. The staff there was super nice and got us in the next day. They were able to diagnose the problem and get it taken care of and the price was very reasonable. As out-of-towners with car problems, you never know what you might get, but we were lucky someone pointed us in the direction of The Garage! (There is also the most adorable and friendly German Shepherd named Max who hangs out in the reception area and was happy to take all the pets, which definitely brightened our day!)

Had a headlight problem that was driving me crazy + night driving and early morning driving was becoming a nightmare. Thanks for their amazing help and accepting me even after I realized I was a day late for my appointment lol, won't happen again, promise! They fixed it in less than 40 minutes, and It's been almost a week and my car is now 100% safe to use during the night! THANKS!

Paul and the entire team are truly top notch world class people. Extremely honest, fair in cost, and will always find a solution for you. I drive a BMW but I would bring any other make to them without a doubt. Best mechanics I have ever worked with.

I can't say enough good things about The Garage and their BMW expert team! They took excellent care of my car, providing a top-notch diagnostic, fair pricing, and high-quality service. Have taken our car hear multiple times and they are honestly the best shop I have ever encountered by far! We needed a last minute repair and they were able to accommodate! Thank you guys again so much! Will go no where but here going forward.

Wow! As long as we own our MINI, The Garage will be our trusted repair provider. After receiving a few (really expensive) quotes elsewhere for a cooling system repair we needed, someone suggested The Garage. I was hesitant because they are a dedicated BMW/MINI shop, which in my mind meant expensive. However, their quote was actually the best one we received. Not only that, but after they looked over the car, I got a call from Paul, who told me the labor was actually going to be $100 LESS than they originally quoted me. In all my years of owning cars, that's a first for me. It really speaks to their integrity and honesty. Additionally, I mentioned that I needed a lug bolt replaced, and the threads retapped. Other shops quoted me $100 for parts and labor to just do that. The Garage just took care of it at no additional cost! Paul was very communicative during the whole process, which made me feel really cared for as a customer. I cannot speak highly enough about my experience here - its hands down the best auto repair experience I've ever had!Services: Auto water leak repair, Auto engine diagnostic

I had a very special situation with my truck. These guys were able to find the issue instantly. We had to schedule special time due to the complex job. I was so worried about letting anyone open up my motor. The team did everything perfect. My truck is now running better than ever before. This business was fast, reliable, honest and great quality work. I have never been happier with a repair facility. Tim and his team really knocked it out of the park. Someone yanked the driver's side mirror off our Jetta to the point where it was hanging by the electrical cable. The crew at The Garage were able to order a new mirror and cobble together enough new and existing parts to get it reattached and back in working order.Great and timely service, and the price came in just as expected. Not true "service". If Paul thinks there is money to be made on you, you will get good service. However, if you price out services or decide to do some on your own, Paul has a very passive aggressive approach and will stop communicating with you. It's pathetic, quite frankly.I've been going here for well over a year and had my 550i in and out of their shop several times. I made a point to tip both the mechanic and Paul for the holidays. Now, Paul chooses not to respond simply because one job was too pricey to justify and the other I opted to do on my own.If you allow them to take your money for EVERYTHING your car needs, you might be okay. If you want to pick and choose, forget about these guys. There are several more to pick from in the area with amazing reviews. Don't waste your time with Paul!Service: Oil change

The Garage is always so GREAT! Took my call after hours and got my Truck diagnosed, fixed and safety issues repaired the same day!! They were even still there burning the midnight oil so I was able to pick up late!! Way above and beyond to keep me safe and get me back on the road!!CAN'T THANK YOU ENOUGH!

10/10 recommend The Garage. I had an AC issue and The Garage quickly identified the issue in my car, communicated the issue and the fix (no hidden fees), and had my car fixed (including a part delivered) within hours. The fix was an AC compressor replacement. I also needed an oil change and their price was more than fair. Looking for an honest, reliable, quick, and cost efficient mechanic? Look no further than The Garage! I ll be returning for all my VW Tiguan needs.Service: Auto A/C replacement

We referred another our customer here after doing great business with Paul at the GARAGE. Paul called me with some concerns about this customer's car. The customer had an extended warranty plan to pay for repairs, provided by the company I work for. In order for us to provide funding for repairs we had to get documentation of the failure and estimates to fix it. PAUL in service filed the mechanical breakdown claim. HE provided me with everything I needed to provide funding for the repairs. PAUL'S customer service skills insured that the entire process was went about SMOOTHLY! Thank you for pleasant experiences. In todays day and age it is increasingly difficult to have confidence in referring a customer to a shop for repairs, there is so much that can go wrong. In an industry where folks are constantly asking me for recommendations on where to take their vehicle, it is nice to have at least one place that comes to mind for good business. These guys go about business honest and fairly. Thank you

Tim and Jim and their crew did a great job getting our BMW 5 series into the shop to diagnose a problem during our cross-country trip. If you are lucky enough to live in Denver area, you should have these guys work on your cars. Also, while we waited, three people brought in pastries and treats for the staff - a sign of well-treated customers.

Great place, very professional and reliable. We took our 2015 Mini Cooper Paceman to get inspected. Paul explained to us in detailed what was going on with the car, a couple of things needed to get repaired. The Garage has 5 stars for good reason. Paul and crew are incredibly easy to work with fast to reply, straightforward, gave me guidance, worked with our warranty company, shared updates, and are a certified shop. Highly recommend. Paul and The Garage crew are the best in the business!! I recently moved to the Denver area, and have taken my 2014 X3 here a few times for various service lights and maintenance. They have been 100% transparent, honest, and very professional. They even told me that BMW had an extended warranty on one of the auto parts I needed repaired which saved me $500. I cannot shout enough praises to The Garage!

You won't be disappointed. There is a 4 legged pup named Max that will greet you. Be prepared to rub his belly. The staff was great and my BMW is running great.

I took my Honda Accord over to the guys at The Garage go a 90,000 mi service.They called to solidify a price before doing any work.They did my oil, changed my cabin air filter, and checked all of the maintenance schedule within a few hours. When I went to pick up my car they were transparent with all charges and the car was waiting for me to hop in and take off. The guys were friendly throughout the process and even let me know the next maintenance that will need to be done so that I can prepare. 10/10 keep up the awesome service.

Highly recommend! This place has been honest and clear. Eric talks to me like an adult and doesn't treat me as if I were some stupid lady. He even recommended to go elsewhere for tires bc it would be less expensive. Thank you Eric!!

Started coming here about a year and a half ago. Every time I come in operations are always organized. The staff is super friendly, approachable, and understanding. Paul does a great job of communicating. Chad is great at explaining the technical aspects of what's going on. They're very knowledgeable, transparent and upfront, which is everything you look for in a shop. Highly recommend.

I brought my 97 BMW M3 to their shop after it had been parked for 5 years. They were able to bring it back to life and she's driving like new again.They changed all the fluids, changes a couple lights, fixed a power steering pump leak, and got my tires to hold air again, and did an excellent all-around inspection of the vehicle. They were very honest with what should be repaired vs what we just need to keep an eye on.Great value, quality customer service, great response time and excellent quality work.
