Mary Jane was amazing. I had my eye on a vehicle and it just didn t feel like the car for me. She searched the inventory and found the right car in the right price point. The people were all friendly and helpful. I will refer anyone looking for a used vehicle to them and Mary Jane. Five star service and timely assistance in the purchase of my Jeep.

Came in just planning to sell my car with not much intention of buying a new one yet, but the whole team here was so helpful and eager to get me a great car and a good deal. Monte was who I worked with to sell my vehicle and he was fantastic, offered exactly what I wanted from my old car and helped me feel comfortable about buying a new one the same day. Alex and Steve were my sales guys and they did an awesome job. They spent a lot of time answering my questions and helping me find a car in my budget that I d be really happy with; they were friendly, personable, and never condescending. They have a really great staff over here, I m happy I decided to come in!

We bought a Audi today at Springs Automotive Group and it was probably the best service we ever had In-N-Out.Make sure you ask for Mary Jane, she rocks. Mary Jane was very helpful and fast during the whole process. She made sure we were taken care of and very much comfortable.Thanks Mary Jane for your excellent service.... I'm going to tell everyone I know about Springs Automotive Group and to ask for Mary Jane because she is the bomb.

I recently visited Springs Automotive Group in Denver, CO and was thoroughly impressed with their service. I was shopping for used truck and they had exactly what I was looking for. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase. They even accepted my trade-in at my original asking price. I truly felt that they cared about making me happy with my purchase and providing a smooth transaction. Oh my, how I love my new car. I am a Monte Carlo freak, so when I saw they had one for sale I showed up right away. Beautiful car, in amazing shape. I could not be happier with my purchase!!! Somehow, they got me financed. Cris is the best salesman ever! Give him a high five for me. The entire experience was magical! My dream car is parked in the driveway! Thanks!

I must say I had the best car buying experience ever. At Springs Automotive in Englewood CO. If you are not buying your car here you are at the wrong dealership. They have followed through with everything they have said or promised. They are super helpful and no hard sales. I let them know my parameters for purchasing a car and they followed my lead. The hardest thing I had to do there was decide which car I wanted. Go see Mary Jane or Dan Eaton. I also met the owner. Everything was smooth sailing and the paperwork with their finance guy was a breeze. Just go visit them you won t be disappointed!!!

Seamless experience in purchasing a Vehicle here! Dan in sales was incredibly helpful and possessed a large knowledge when it came to the right Vehicle for me. I was able to test drive a few vehicles and found the perfect one for me. Dan was able to work with his team to get me a great deal and get me into the car of my dreams! He was extremely patient, friendly, and professional. 10/10 will recommend everyone to go to him for a great experience.

Purchased a Model S from them. The purchase was smooth with them offering fair trade in for my vehicle. They were flexible with all my requests in ensuring that the vehicle I was purchasing met all my requirements. Being a first Tesla buyer I had them to do a lot of checks & waited for a full charge. Held it with a deposit until all boxes were checked. They were fully cooperative and accommodated all my requests. Tashyla Vigil was their sales rep for this purchase & even dropped the charger for the Tesla at home when I forgot to pick it up! It was a hazzle free experience highly recommend this business.

Cris was super helpful in taking my dad and I on a test drive to buy a new car. His customer service was awesome, and the gentleman who helped me finance was so patient with me and made this process so easy. I bought the car on Saturday and by Monday morning the paperwork was processed, and it was overall a wonderful experience!

5 Stars all around for Springs Automotive Group! I was looking for a very specific Jeep and Springs Automotive Group had it on their lot. The easiest, most pain free car purchase I've made, all done over the phone. Sales Manager Dan & staff were very friendly and professional and even arranged for delivery 1000 miles away. Was told by "Mary Jane" to come on in they would get me into a car no problem. Said financing wouldn't be an issue and my down payment was good. When I got there I was met by a man with a "dont waste my time" attitude and he most certainly did not get me into a vehicle. When explaining to him that Mary Jane said she could help me out he responded "that doesn't mean anything we can't help you." Then pushed me out the door. Not the experience one would hope for when trying to buy a new vehicle. Not to mention the none stop emails and phone calls I got before going to the dealership and am still receiving emails from Mary Jane. Needs better sales management communication.

I had a great buying experience at Springs Automotive Group (SAG) In Denver. I worked with Dan (the salesman) and Lon (the Sales manager). Their customer service is amazing and both are friendly, honest and fair.I live in Colorado Springs and was in the market for a used Jeep Wrangler. After searching the internet, I found a few that fit what I was looking for, but they were all in Denver. I called ahead to all the dealerships and set up appointments to see each vehicle, then planned a day to go used car shopping, an experience that nobody looks forward too.I m going to explain the other two dealership experiences so you can see how good SAG Denver is.The 1st place I went to was horrible. The salesman I talked to wasn t even there and the Jeep wasn t even ready out front. I always inspect vehicles, and once I crawled under the jeep, the salesman started tap-dancing. He said the Jeep hadn t been through inspection yet and I wasn t able to test drive it, even though the jeep had been detailed, had a price listed, was told it was ready and had an appointment to see it. Something seemed suspect, why would it go to the detail shop and be listed if it hadn t been through inspection yet!? So I bailed, they were definitely hiding something.SAG Denver was the 2nd place I went too. I got there about an hour early but the Jeep was already sitting there in the front, ready for me. A 2011 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited. Dan was there and greeted me as I entered. As I went out to look at the vehicle, he walked around with me as I crawled over, in and under it. I called out a few things that I noticed and he made notes of them (more on that in a minute), but for the most part the Jeep was in good shape. It s used, sure, but you could tell they were not trying to pawn off a bad product (see above and below dealerships) He was even honest and volunteered information to me that the battery was low, brought a Jump Box with us on the test drive, and had already bought a new battery and was going to replace it before we would buy the Jeep. After the test drive, we sat down with Dan and Lon, the sales manager. We went back and forth, but eventually agreed on a price. So those things I noticed earlier, well Included in the price, they said they would repair everything that I found during the inspection, and warranty their repairs for one year. I told him I had one more Jeep to look at, they agreed and allowed the offer to stand for me.On the way to the 3rd place, Dan called me and they dropped the price if I d come back that day. I told them I d return that day for the new price if I didn t like the 3rd Jeep.The 3rd place I went to was very busy. The sales rep was nice and friendly, but the problem was the Jeep. When I got to see it. WOW, it was in bad shape. The outside was beautifully detailed and looked like the picture on their webpage, but under the hood and under the jeep was just BAD. The whole thing was rusted out. I mean, not just surface rust, but huge flakes of rust peeling off the engine block, transfer case, transmission, frame, body, axles, just everything. The test drive was bad too. Everything creaked, moaned, rattled and squeaked. It felt like it was going to fall apart. I m surprised this thing was road worthy. So I bailed on them too.All in all, SAG Denver was friendly, honest, well prepared and fair. Dan and Lon worked with me on the maintenance issues I found and we came to a fair agreement on the price and what they included in the repairs. They even agreed to have it delivered down to Colorado Springs at their other location so I wouldn t have to drive back to Denver to pick it up after the repairs were made. They were not pushy or deceptive in anyway. All of this is a testament to their exceptional customer service. I feel I got a fair deal at an honest dealership. Nobody likes used car shopping, so if you re in the market for a used car, save yourself the time and just go to SAG Denver.

Came in late on a Friday to look at one of my dream cars and Mary Jane stayed late with us to work out a deal. Unfortunately after trying several finance options we did not get approved for the car. But the next morning Mary Jane and their finance team kept working on finding a way to get me approved for my dream car and they did!! They called me that morning and told me they worked some magic and got me approved. Overall great experience and people to work with. I can see myself buying from here again
