ZERO STAR REVIEW! I 100% do NOT recommend letting these people touch your vehicle! They are a SCAM! We took our truck to them purely because the warranty that Family Trucks and Van's required us to take the vehicle to their "affiliate" (they're all owned by the same family). Our original complaint was a loud humming when 4-wheel drive was not engaged, and an oil leak that would cause smoke to go into the cab of the truck. The first time, they had it over 3 weeks, we picked it up and the exact same problems were there. We took it back, and after another 3-4 weeks we picked it up with still the same problems, plus more!! Now there is a grinding sound when you first take off or stop! We paid out of pocket over $600 and our warranty company paid over $7k!! This place is a JOKE! I would complain to the BBB about them but go figure, they're NOT ACCREDITED!!! We're looking into an attorney.

Worst place ever! Terry Martinez is a bold faced liar not only to the customers but also to John and Kevin Sharp. Had my vehicle for a month and didn t even touch it yet told his higher ups he had it torn down. Sent me pictures of the hood up but the engine is still there and claims he tore the engine down. He is an absolute embarrassment to anyone who is ASE certified. Also talks mad smack about customers not knowing they re listening. SHES A PAIN IN THE ASS cause we ve complained he s not touched our vehicle in over a month. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!!!!

Excellent customer service and repair. Terry Martinez kept us informed and went above and beyond to repair our transmission on our 2021Dodge Ram Promaster Van 2500.We would highly recommend this shop for any work you may need.

Great place even though the city would not let them build a customer waiting room there, but they were building one room for the customers and I bet this is going to be great. These guys think outside te box. Great service, busy and nice people. You can talk to these people like you've known them forever and it literally feels like that. Need a service give them a shot.

Unfortunately Next Gen has a partnership of some sort with The Sharpest Rides so my vehicle has a warranty that has to be serviced at Next Gen, but so does EVERY OTHER VEHICLE that has a warranty with The Sharpest Rides.Next Gen was awesome. Great customer service, very communicative and fixed my vehicles issue that The Sharpest Rides fought with me about for a month. My only critique is that they had my vehicle for a long time but that's only because The Sharpest Rides wanted the warranty to pay for everything.

They sold me a piece of c*** car that had a lot of problems. Problems they wouldn't fix. And they sold me a GAP policy that they didn't honor when the car was stolen.I would never recommend them for a car or anything else.

Next Gen has some really hard working Men and Women working for them . I was Fortunate to work with Frankie, and Ray was the Mechanic. They really know their business. They are so good at what they do, they have Great job security. The cats out of bag and more and more people are finding out about them. They see every job to the end and deliver Quality service.Thank You Guys for everything the bag and people are finding out just how good they are very good hard working people that I'm very glad to have made their

Would rate 0 stars if I could. Took my car in for warranty work. They didn't fix the problem. Took it back in. They couldn't find the issue, then sent the car back to me with a destroyed tire. DO NOT TRUST THEM!!!!!Service: TransmissionService: Transmission

Hands down, this is the most atrocious automotive service center I have ever used. I bought my car from the Sharpest Rides back in March. About a week later, I realized that the oil had not been changed, as was detailed in the agreement. I called about this and was scheduled at Next Gen Automotive. The oil change was fine and free of charge, as it should have been done for the new car. I just went to try and do my next oil change myself. They completely stripped the oil drain plug by being cheap/lazy and using an impact torque wrench. The drain plug is now just a smooth circle that is extremely tight. I have spent close to $50 in tools (2 vice grips, a universal socket, another wrench), and absolutely nothing will work to loosen that thing at all. It is so absurd that a mechanic would do this without a care in the world that I might, in fact, need another oil change in the future. I doubt anything will be done to make this right, and even offering an oil change for free would be a huge inconvenience as I now live in Boulder and am not schlepping down to Englewood to have my drain plug remove. If you need automotive work done, go anywhere else but Next Gen to avoid the next gen of issues with your vehicle.Service: Oil change

Took my 2016 ram 2500 in for warranty repair, not only did they lie constantly about what work they had done, they gave me back my truck after wasting our time fighting with them for a month and a half, they replaced the wrong wheel bearing and left the wheel they took off loose and came off on the highway. Also you have kevin sharpe writing reviews on his own shop, and yes John and Kevin sharpe own this place and are actively running a warranty scam

I bought a car from the Sharpest rides in the beginning of June and after two trips to Next Gen for the same problem im still having overheating issues. I was told their lead tech would diagnose my car and im still having issues. Im not sure if they don't have great technicians or if they are just pushing cars out the door. Im so fed up I dont even want my car anymore cause it seems like this is straight fraudulent work being done here. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE! IFYOU BOUGHT FROM SHARPEST RIDES AND THE CAR HAS A ISSUE JUST TAKE IT BACK BECAUSE THIS SHOP IS TERRIBLE!!!!

I work in a shop that has been helping them to relieve some of their "headache " cars.hopefully this has turned this around. ,great folks for sure. Always remember every car has or will have some problem eventually,and not all are simple to diagnose or repair. Patience and kindness go a long way.

I took my car here after a horrible experience with mvmt motorwerks which I do not recommend to anyone !!! First off I would like to say (ERIKA) was absolutely amazing she answered every time I called right away and had the best customer service with an answer for every one of my questions !! Her and (FRANKY) heard about my bad experience and heard I was without a car for 3 weeks and instantly pulled it in diagnosed and repaired it all in just 3 days !!! (ERIKA) kept me updated every single step of the way ! When she figured out was wrong then when she ordered the parts and when they arrived and along with when the car was done ! Literally every step . Her and franky are doing a great job holding down the fort ! I wish I could give a 6 star review with the service I got from next gen automotive now and days it s super hard to find good service and her and franky definitely have it down ! Thanks guys I hope the review helps

I had to have my jeep towed to next gen for a throttle body replacement I was a little worried after reading the reviews but after the repair was done I'm totally happy and would recommend next gen automotive to anyone

Hey people beware!!!I took my truck in for extended warranty service it was there 5 maybe 6 days after my repeated calls they did not know how to fix the simple tailgate camera problem. I picked the truck up and drove it to a Dodge dealership they had a diagnosed correctly and the problem fixed within 6 hours. I got to say if you're going to run a repair facility have qualified service technicians to work on these vehicles. Steer clear people!!!

My car went in with only one problem and that was a coolant leak. Couple days later I was told that their was misfires, spark plugs, and much more to list of problems. Do not trust these people because they do not know what they are doing. I still haven't got my car back but I am grateful it's not at Next Gen Automotive anymore. These people will waste your time.

Im not to happy or satisfied with their service. Had my car there 3 times and still not fixed. I was told my Erica that my parts were in back on Jan and when I took it into get fixed they didn't have the parts after all she stated they needed to order them .. I have even lied to several times..

Ok so these guys are amazing as soon as I hit the parking lot a tech greeted me knew who I was and immediately started to take a look at our vehicle . Shortly after explaining what was going on with my vehicle (which I thought was a windshield motor had seized) Raymundo gave it a look . He brought me back to show me what was going on and that the transmission had actually given out also showing me that the motor was still operating fine, he had me in for an initial appointment that took about ten-twenty mins he called and checked the dealer for part ordered it and the following Friday I showed up and same thing was greeted and treated with respect and a smile this company went out of their way to make sure I was taken care of and recommended them to anyone having mechanic issues quick and easy service and I ve never felt safer in a mechanics hands thanks again guys the tech even filled my low tire with air and checked the others !!!!Service: General repairs & maintenance

Went in for a broken lever shifter for my ram 2500 and they fixed it without hesitation. Everything came out perfect and in working condition, they even replaced a broken emergency brake handle. If I could give a zero, I would. They schedule you to have something fixed and it just sits for days in their garage with no work done. No updates and awful communication. Never taking a vehicle there ever again.

Terry Martinez is the very personable GM over at NextGen and they by far exceeded my expectations! Went in not knowing the problem, came away with explanations and findings for all difficulties!! DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLEMy car has been in and out for the same issue they said they fixed it every time! I m now paying 2,000 to get my turbo fixed the only thing good about this place is Keegan she s amazing and is the only one who deserves to get paid here the rest of the people stinkService Is the worst I ve ever had!Keep it up Keegan!

Do not ever bring your car here. They have had my Ford for 3 months and still haven t been able to figure out the problem. Worst customer service out of any place I have ever been to and most of these guys have no idea what they are doing unless it s a minor fix

Not a good service facility since they are part of the sharpest rides scammers and they are always bsing about something or other that they cannot fix. Would nor recommend the sharpest rides or this facility to anyone. They suck.

Literally just took my 2015 BMW 535i up there for a maintenance didn t get it back until the next day and they left a huge scratch on the car I called and talked to the manager he said no one there did it so didn t happen there and he s not paying for scratches and dings for everyone who brings in a car wow ok sir have a good dayService: General repairs & maintenanceService: General repairs & maintenance
