I took my car to Midas thinking I was getting quality service l. Well that wasn't the case when I took my car to get my tires mounted and balance one it took them 3hours before they could bring it in . But two when I got my car around 1145 am I noticed my windshield was cracked.. and I know my car! That morning before I brought my car to them my windshield was clear and clean from pits or cracks. So I like to let people know that never take you're car to Midas on Broadway.. and if you choose to take your car there I recommend taking pictures first.. because if something happens to your car they will try to argue with you and also put the blame on you.. which isn't good customer service at all s. So please think twice before going to this shop. And always take pictures before service

That was the nicest oil change experience I ve ever had! What a friendly and honest shop! Great employees! They even told me about a coupon I didn t know about and applied it to my bill! I ll be back!

Very professional, no hidden fees or charges. They presented all costs up front and kept you updated the whole time they had my vehicle. I highly recommend visiting Nicki and the Associates! Will definitely bring my truck again for any vehicle repairs or needs.

Midas auto service at 4466 S. Broadway is a fantastic place to get your car repairs done. I worked with Collin and he gave me three quotes on potential fixes and in the end It was the cheapest one. They did such a wonderful job on repairing my car. Luke was my mechanic and I highly recommend Luke, Collin and the entire Midas team. If you re looking for a place to go and get your car repaired in Englewood that you can trust and get quality work done, at a fair price the Midas at 4466 S. Broadway is the place to go. I wish I had learned about this Auto Repair shop sooner and I ll never go anywhere else. Thank you again Collin, Luke and everybody on the Midas Auto service team!

Trust the Midas touch! I went to Midas because two different companies advised that I needed to replace my lower right control arm. After thoroughly inspecting my car, I found out and was personally shown what was ACTUALLY wrong with my car. It was the bushings and not the lower control arms at all. They offered to replace them (though there was nothing wrong with them) but was HONEST and told me exactly what was wrong. Thank you Jeremy and Jeff for not taking advantage of me as well as providing outstanding customer service and complete honesty! Trust the Midas Touch!!

Emily was able to get me in same day. When I had a question she wasn t sure about, she quickly spoke to her boss and got an answer for me. Communication was great, and she made me feel taken care of. I went to this midas to get my brakes repaired. My brake light was coming on and heard a squeak. I had extremely bad customer service. We will get you in first thing in morning. Dropped off night before. Late afternoon was told changing pads would fix issue. Then rotors "might be issue". Ok fix. 2 days later. That fixed the problem" by changing rotors, pads, and etc. $505 Went to pick up. Lost my key to truck. 25 min to find. Immediately got in light came on. Returned to get corrected. They inspected. I guess they missed the brake fuid needs to be flushed. And your cylinders are going. Then broke brake fluid tubes/lines to cylinder. So brake specialists diid not do full inspection as stated and broke parts as they repaired. Ok fix. Upset now because they did not do full investigation and 2nd visit in less than 2 weeks. Broken parts and 2 more days. Went out of town inbetween. Less that 50 miles. Wrote down 22k mile difference. Had proff from a jiffy lube correct mileage from days before. Asked manager why inspection was not done and why wasting my time. I don't know and don't care. Its fixed now and we did the best we can additional $615. Complaining now. And manager argues and yells at me because he was just filling in at the moment. Very upset that I got treated this way and try to call complaint line on wall. No answer and mailbox full. Gee I wonder why. Leave with truck Same issue is still happening. Called manager does not know what to tell me. We tried. Does not try to help. No customer service. Does not care. Got paid, your on your own. Not fixes. Absolutely dissatisfied and disappointed with management, owner and mechanic.Service: Brakes

Awesome quick service and the staff is so knowledgeable, but in a very helpful way. My oil change was quick and they let me know about any future problems that will need to be addressed. The manager Nikke was super helpful and got me checked in quickly. If you're looking for a quality mechanic in the area look no further because this Midas has you covered. No frills, just honest quality mechanics. 10/10 would and will recommend to my friends and family. Thanks Nikke and your crew Midas for a great experience!

I got my canister purge valve replaced. It was cheaper than I could of imagined. Seriously. Great customer service too, thank you Nikki!*update: went in for a water pump leak and thermostat replacement and once again great job

Went in for an oil change and realignment. They messed up the oil change and seized my motor. They called it a failed gasket (lol sure. Probably why the mechanic who did it got sent home immediately).Told me that they would reimburse a rental vehicle and Uber rides in the meantime. To their credit they took ownership of seizing the motor and replaced it no charge.They couldnt find a rental car for me from their associate vendors so i was left to find it on my own. I found one and did a general coverage insurance bundle to save money (for them). Normal rental was $76/day, with the bundle it was $69/day.Took 15 days for them to get a new motor that didnt fail a leak-down test. $1100 in car rental and roughly $75 in Uber rides.I submitted the documents for reimbursement. Their district manager Caleb refused to reimburse for almost half of the rental amount because the insurance was considered an optional add-on If it wasnt for this i would have given 4 stars. Their store manager Nikki was great. Motor clunks going into 1st gear (thats new).Their DM is a smug jerkoff and chose to cut corners to save Midas money on a garbage technical policy.Probably could have been avoided if Midas could secure a rental on my behalf, but they couldnt.Youll get B level service from Midas as a whole, just know that if/when they mess up something big and they are forced into a corner to go out of pocket to fix it they will treat you like trash on the backend.Avoid them before that happens.UPDATE:They got a new district manager (David) and he resolved this issue for me in full and promptly.Im very grateful that i was heard and got resolution.Again the original review had no reflection on the store manager (Nikki). She was great throughout the process.Thank you all. Sincerely.

Quick, friendly service, very happy with my oil change. Had a thorough and accurate explanation of oil leaks/other services that might be needed on my car. I appreciate shops that clearly know what they're talking about, so I will certainly be back. Was in and out in about 20 minutes. Really good service!

Nikki was amazing made sure all my services we re taken care of within midas. She was very knowledgeable and helped me saved on my vehicle at the same time. AVOID THIS LOCATIONI took in my own oil and filter for my Ram 1500 EcoDiesel to have them change it. $45. Two days later I take it to the dealer for a different service, and they tell me the oil hasn't been changed. They took a picture to show me that the filter was NEVER REMOVED. This store stole my oil and filter, and now it's probably in one of their friends' or family member's trucks. They reset my oil change indicator and charged me for doing nothing. When confronted with this the response was laughter. When I called the district manager his response was to ask me to come down to the shop and see with my own eyes the oil they took out of my truck. God knows whose dirty oil is sitting in those bottles at this point. Now THAT is something to laugh at. Dishonest and now disreputable. AVOID AVOID AVOID. See the picture of my oil cap after they claim service was completed. There are no drips from oil being changed near the cap, something that is unavoidable when removing a filter.EDIT: I used the link below and nothing has happened for 2 weeks

I took my car for rotors. At 8 a.m., I did not get my car back until after 4 PM. And that's only because I went down there and had a fit because they were all just standing around visiting and not doing any work. The next day, I got in my car to go to work and realized. I didn't have enough feel to make it tuned from work that day. And I found receipts in my center council for a bank that I don't belong to. I have never been so disappointed in an establishment in my life.Service: Brakes

Once again they saved the day. Every time we have had an emergency they have got us in and out on the same day. My valve stem on my tire snapped off. I brought my tire in today and they had me in and out in 10 minutes free of charge. I will continue to support this location and so should you!! Thanks again!!

HorribleService guy was extremely rude as well as marking down that he filled the windshield wiper fluid and it wasn't that makes me wonder what else did they check off that they didn't do

The service was professional and proficient. Everyone was kind from the general manager to the head of the district.I received an oil change in under an hour and when completed I was provided a list of everything else I need to fix. With an estimate.I will utilize them again.
