Please DONT bother taking your car here they are not the ones to trust!!! save your money. I had some muffler work done and a header leak fixed. This is how i recieved my car in the photos right pipe hangs lower and they thought that was ok. Header is leaking making a noises multiple welds missing clamp was loose and he refused me back into the shop (the manager i spoke to) i asked to just get my car fixed and receive a rental since the job mistake happened on there end. They will not work with you if they know they are at fault they will just refuse you manager says no one is above him

Edit: I am going to attach the photos of parts they broke later. Like, I mentioned I luckily took photos in their parking lot before giving the keys to them just in case something did happen. I also took pictures of the broken parts they had stashed in the bay my car was being worked on too.Worst shop I have ever taken a car too. Initially they were supposed to do a simple water pump job. Very simply and to the point.. I normally would have done it myself but I just had surgery on my hand. During the repair they lost a few bolts, broke my thermostat housing, fan shroud, vinyl on the inside of my door and several other things. They tried saying, "It was like that when I brought it" but luckily I had pictures of it before dropping it off.... Then I found parts of the broken parts in the bay my car was in. Later I found out they had a technician who just started working on my car. Was supposed to be a one day fix but I didn't get it back for over 3 days. Then it took even longer for them to repair the other issues. I ultimately ended up trying to let it go seeing everyone makes mistakes but my engine started overheating which cause massive issues. I called the head quarters and they brushed it off, I ended up finally getting in touch with a rep who cared. They reached out to the shop to get their side of it and the manager LITERALLY said, "The car was old and things break on old cars!". I about lost my mind when I heard that. The jeep was a 99 but EVERYTHING was restored and in mint condition.... including the paint. It had just been painted professionally, unfortunately the repairs that were made were done very poorly resulting in the engine overheating causing cracks on the paint on the hood. I will say after twisting their arm they FINALLY replaced the fan shroud AFTER the auto tech finally admitted he broke it. They did try and convince me that the fan shroud was not needed and would be okay... which is besides the point and a joke! When the finally got the part in they installed it with ZIP TIES! I kid you not!!! I took it to another auto shop and they were appalled at how poorly everything was done!!! Sadly I was told they have SEVERAL vehicles that come from places like Meineke that they have to fix! It might be a good place for VERY VERY VERY basic stuff like windshield whipper replacement or windshield whipper fluid refill and maybe even oil changes.... But I would not trust them with mechanical repairs! Also make sure you ask to see the techs certifications because again I was told the person who did mine wasn't fully certified and it was his first week..... Absolutely insane!Response to the message: I tried going through customer support. All they did was speak with the manager at the Meineke and again he said "Stuff on older cars break". Which is ridiculous because I have the whole Jeep redone. I didn't want to say this without posting pictures as proof but might as well now. I went to pick my Jeep up and the speedometer was almost around 60 miles more then when I dropped it off. I beg you to seriously go just sit secretly and watch what these people are doing not only during hours but also after hours.... and when I say after hours I don't mean in their personal time I am talking about at the shop.

I took my car in for an oil change and requested they check my brakes that they had replaced back in December, since they were making a weird noise. I noticed my car having issues when slowing down, and there was a wobble when going on the highway. These were just things to note - I was not accusing them of anything, but as my partner and I were explaining, the guy just kept smirking and giggling. When I came back in to pick up my car, they claimed to have drove it 70-75 mph and there was absolutely nothing wrong while he had a smirk on his face. I had forgotten to get gas prior to my appointment, so my tank was only at 10 miles left (I recognize that s not good but that s not the point). I get back into my car and it s at 9 miles left. I hate being treated like an idiot when it s clear YOU didn t check anything, and that this store and its employees perpetuate the stereotype that mechanics discriminate and deliberately lie to customers. Happy that this experience happened so I know to never come back and hopefully warn anyone (specifically women) that you will not be taken seriously.

Lee was extremely knowledgeable and fair which is a rare combination in this field. He truly cares and treated my vehicle like it was his own. He not only went above and beyond with the level of service he also kept me informed of the entire process. I would recommend him to anyone needing service done fast and affordable!

Went to get a brake inspection, was told rear brakes at 3mm needed replacement. Made another appointment for the brake service, after an hour and a half where they worked on and opened up the brakes, was told the brakes have plenty of life left, no need to replace anything. That was a waste of time but they didn't charge anything, ok. When I left the engine light was on (not been on before). Made a couple stops (car on and off) and then went back to the shop. Said I just had the brakes worked on and the engine light was on when I got the car back could they take a look at the code. Was told the engine light was for the engine not the brakes and they weren't going to do anything for that. (now this wasn't the normal person behind the desk, but this guy obviously worked there and knew little about cars, I could list a whole bunch of codes related to the brakes that can trigger). He wasn't even willing to address it. So this coupled with you need to replace your brakes and oops no you don't after an hour and a half, can't recommend this place. Have used Meineke in the past quite a bit in different cities, have always been good service and similar to this location don't typically charge if no work is needed, but knowledgeable people matter and not even willing to address the engine warning code....Got home and pulled engine code - C10D0 - failure in the electronic park brake system in Jeep's ECM, can appear after brake servicing.

Don't have an appointment system if you're just going to tell me to wait 45-90 minutes. I called ahead to ensure that it was on time, and was told to come down, but now I'm forced to wait as today is the only day I have available to do this. The guys at the counter were nice I guess but totally feel misinformed and quite frustrated that I'm having to wait... When I had an appointment...

If I could give 0 stars I would. Brought my jeep in for emissions diagnostics and catalytic converter replacement and they were telling me about my air conditioner. When I told them I was not remotely interested in hearing about anything other than emissions the guy just kept insisting on telling me about it. They were rude, and when I picked it up the brake pedal switch was unplugged. This was my second, and last, poor experience at this location. They wanted $250 labor for installation of 2 O2 sensors, which takes about 15 minutes. That s insane. Do not recommend this location.

Worst experience ever. I called ahead and spoke with the manager, Damien, at 5101 south Broadway in Denver to make an appointment for an oil change using the coupon that they send out in the mail to me approximately every month. He set the appointment and told me what the cost would be. When I walked in to the small office, it reeked of cigarette smoke (from the workers). I mentioned that to the assistant manager, but he just passed it off as unimportant. The manager wasn't there. Lee, the assistant manager, was. He immediately began to attack me verbally saying that they lose money on me because I use their coupon. He said that they wouldn't do any general inspection or top off fluids. If they did, they would charge extra. Every place I've ever gone for an oil change includes, automatically, a general inspection....including meineke. Until now. He said that they would not do anything but change the oil and put in a new filter. He continued to rant about how much money meineke has lost in my last oil changes (because of their OWN pricing). He was talking about 3 times in a two year time period. He told me I couldn't use the coupons meineke sends me anymore. He virtually told me not to come back at all, though I had done nothing to cause his behavior toward me. At no time was I argumentative with him. I said if they don't want to accept coupons, they shouldn't offer them. And certainly the manager should have told me that when I made the appointment. After I left, I immediately went to Groove because I was concerned about the work meineke did, given Lee's attitude. I asked if they would check underneath my car. My car was such a mess underneath that they thought I had a serious oil leak. I asked if they would clean off the area. When they did, they said there wasn't a leak. It just looked that way because there was so much excess oil that hadn't been wiped off.Sloppy work. Outrageous, uncalled for treatment of a paying customer. Unsightly waiting area full of second hand smoke. I did nothing more than take my car in for an oil change based on their own parameters.I don't trust them with my car. I wouldn't go back there again if the oil change was free. If you care about your car and your self respect, neither will you.

Meineke at 5101 so. Broadway in Englewood CO gave me the most horrendous experience I have ever had with a business. I receive their coupons monthly in my mail. I called to make an appointment for an oil change and said I would use their coupon. I have done so for many years. I spoke on the phone with the manager who told me what the oil change would cost for my car and set the appointment. When I went there yesterday, the manager, Damien, wasn't there. Lee, the assistant manager was. The small area where customers enter and wait, reeked from cigarette smoke so badly that I was concerned about second hand smoke. I don't smoke. Lee was unconcerned about that. Lee greeted me by blasting me with sheer rudeness. He said they lose money on my oil changes and that they wouldn't do anything extra on my car such as look at fluid levels or for a quick inspection that is standard with all other companies for an oil change and that they did automatically previously. He said that was "extra" work and told me he would charge extra for any of that. I had not asked him to do anything but change the oil. He said they have "fired" customers, and that he wouldn't take their coupon from me in the future. He continued to browbeat me and insult me telling me how much money they lose when I use their coupon. I said if they don't want to accept coupons, they shouldn't offer them. He said they would takethis one, but this was the last time. He virtually told me not to come back. The manager never did show up. (By the way, today, when I tried to call their number, it went to a general main call center.) After the oil change, my car didn't ride smoothly so I took it to the dealer to check it....which they did for free. They found that there was oil everywhere so they thought I had a major leak. I told them to clean it off because I just came from meineke, and the tech probably didn't clean up. It turned out that the job that was just done was so sloppy and unclean that it appeared I had a bad leak. No leak. Just a thoughtless job by a place that didn't care. I will never go back there or to any meineke. Neither should anyone else. For no reason, I was treated outrageously. I did nothing wrong, but was mercilessly attacked for an appointment they accepted using a coupon they offered. The worst treatment I've ever had by any business EVER. I really give it zero stars. If you're smart, you'll go anywhere else for your oil changes.

Damon and Lee at the Englewood location are the best. My car was running hot and I called and Lee toward me exactly what to do. Damon helped me with the loan paper and a car loaner, which was at a time when I really needed it because I was moving and already stressed over it all. They both were so kind and made a tough day unto a day that became not as tough because of there help and kindness. Two great guys, thank you again so much for all the help!!!

I should have remember the guy's name but he was great. He let me have a discount after a dumb mistake on my part and I got my oil changed quickly in between work. He said he wouldn't have minded waiting for me when I told him I tried getting there as fast as I could. I felt like I didn't deserve the kindess. Sure there's other places but customer service has such a big impact

Quoted $1500 at this Meineke. Was told my car was not drivable and would need to be towed off the lot. Then they charged me $75 for a "free estimate" of damages I received in a hit and run incident. After a few days they allowed me to move my car off the lot without towing. In the long run I was charged $300 at another mechanic for the same services that would have costed me $1500 at Meineke. Go to Arden Automotive for better care and customer service.

Went there for lyft vehicle inspection, I wasn't told they will charge me approximately $40 for it prior to the inspection. Why would you not tell a customer the cost for a service prior to the service, so both parties can have a mutual agreement on the cost. I was shocked when I received the bill, and I told the guy I thought inspection for ride share is free, i assumed the workshop has a contract with the ride share companies because it was listed on lyft website as approved workshop for vehicle inspection. The guy at the reception also created an impression that it was free when i told him i was there for lyft vehicle inspection. If he had told me prior time, I would have gone to lyft office in Denver. Please if you are trying to do your ride share vehicle inspection, DON'T COME HERE, just go to lyft or uber office in Denver, or Aurora. IT'S FREE don't let anyone extort you. You can also use your lyft vehicle inspection for uber.

After about 60 mintues of being home from pick up. I went back outside to leave and there was a rather large pool of oil under my vehicle. After closer inspection I found the nut at the bottom of the oil tank was hand loose and oil was steadily dripping out... I had to get out a rachet and tighten it myself... and then fill with more oil.. pretty stupid they forgot to tighten the nut... ultra stupid.

The Meineke South Broadway location in Englewood, CO is trustworthy and strives to give excellent service for all of my vehicles. This reputation is due to the actions and service of the manager, Damien, who is very involved with what takes place in the shop area. Damien is the "glue" that holds this shop together ----- if for any reason he leaves, I will most likely look for another repair shop.

I am disappointed in the final outcome! My truck (I deal) did not need aligned, drives no different AT ALL and in fact no my steering wheel is not centered! The pulled the truck back in, 3 times after test drive trying to get my steering back centered! After 21/2 hours, and 3 attempts, my steering wheel is still not centered!!

We were ecstatic to have found our favorite shop manager again. Damien is the real deal. Honest, knowledgeable, and always working in the customer's best interests. Lee the front desk person is a welcome new addition to our favorites. We can always count on them to take care of our older vehicles with great consideration for our fixed-income situation. We're both back on the road again in safe, reliable cars, and we are very grateful.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Lee runs a great ship at this Meineke location! I came in for an oil change and tire rotation and was prepared to wait in the lobby until it was finished. During the process, Meineke's internet went down, and with that, went their computers and chip readers; I wouldn't be able to leave without paying. I was told it would take a little bit longer than the usual hour for these services to be completed with the internet going down. Upon learning this, I figured it may be best to go back home but I told Lee I needed to arrange a ride back (I live like 5 minutes away from this location). Instead of expecting me to figure that out on my own, Lee asked one of his lube technicians to give me a lift home, and then pick me back up later when my car was finished and the internet was back. Lee and team went above and beyond to accommodate me due to a mess up on their end essentially, I REALLY appreciate the gesture. Thanks again guys, I'll be back!

Horrible, irresponsible service. I ve had problems with Meinike before checking my brakes and telling me when they were due before I spent almost $1k in replacing brakes and rotors, but the worst is they never checked on my fluids and told me my car was safe to drive in reality they cost me over $6k in neglected damages

Avoid this place. Sitting in the parking lot as we speak: got a Meineke coupon in the mail with a $29.99 oil change offer. This location was listed specifically. Called and made an appointment, showed up, was told they "don't do those". I pointed out that their shop and address was specifically printed on the coupon, and was told "that's Meineke corporate that sends those out, they don't consult us." Then... don't be a Meineke, I guess?
