Brought my vehicle in to address an emissions compliance related issue and they claimed that my engine head gaskets had also failed which requires the complete replacement of the engine. Retrieved my vehicle and took it to Land Rover Denver where their technician performed the exact same analysis and concluded that absolutely nothing is wrong. My vehicle is perfectly fine with no engine head gasket issues whatsoever. Terrible experience. I ll never bring my car here ever again. Stay away from this place.

I called to schedule an appointment for a pre-purchase inspection. It was very easy to schedule, and they were accommodating to my day/time on a short notice since I was flying out of state to get a particular car which I really appreciated! The process was easy and straightforward. I waited in the lobby while they were working on it and when they were done, I was impressed with the delivery. They found a number of things including a small hidden coolant leak which would have caused the system to build up pressure and overheat the engine and potentially killing the engine which would have caused a huge amount of time and money to repair (on a car that I would have just purchased). I was planning to drive back home over 1,000 miles so this would have been super stressful and inconvenient. We talked some options, and they were super helpful but the dealership did not agree with the price reduction, so I walked away. The super-duper impressive thing was that they send you a text message with a link that you can pull up and see the full report in writing and pictures!! That is top notch and I wish I live in Denver because that would have been my shop of choice! Thank you, guys, and keep up the good work!

They're amazing! Owen and the whole team are so kind and knowledgeable and did amazing work on our 2022 Defender 90 for much less than the dealership quoted. They are honest about the recommendations and requirements of the car, and we appreciate the transparency and impeccable service. We will definitely be back with both of our vehicles. if I could give them 10 stars I would! I have been coming here now for 2 years for maintenance and other work and by far the best in the business. they are SO kind, so honest, and so punctual. it's so hard to find these qualities in the car industry. I am so happy I no longer have to go to the dealerships. great experience and would recommend them to anyone!

I found the location and people to be very nice. A couple red flags where service was recommended at a frequency more often than recommended by the vehicle manufacturer. Prices were lower than local dealers.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change
