Stay away from IHAIL. They have zero work ethic. They deserve zero stars. They treated our vehicle like S****. They don t care about the vehicle just the money. We trusted them with our vehicle. Got it back super dirty, they asked me for the money before handing me the keys. They didn t do a walk-around to inspect the vehicle. After talking to other people about it. A lot aren t happy with the work.

Door to door sales people came to my house soliciting for their business. I m sure they noticed my hail damage. I don t use companies that come and find me. I told them the first time to leave, I was trying to take a nap and I m not interested. I guess that seemed to be another invitation to come back and harass me again. So they came back saying we re not here to sell anything, we re here to help. Ok ihail, here s what would help Do not come to my door again! No, not an invitation to come harass me again. If I say leave, the next words out of your mouth should be yes sir. As if you understand that you are trespassing. I don t care how good your service is, if I didn t ask for it, it s worthless to me. Do not come to my house.

Eduardo made this experience amazing. He is a large part of why I was able to remedy the hail damage on my car when I did. He explained the process and the timing and all was true. Fast, effective service! 5-Star service all the way. Thanks to Eduardo, I no longer have to worry about my car repairs - all is done! Thanks!!

This is the best experience I had with a body shop, let me tell you firs of all Eduardo and Brandon are AWESOME from day one they helped me with a rental car I need it to keep working they surpassed my expectations for far and beyond the car was even bigger then my car so I had no issues at all working and multitasking they even repaired my car in no time!!Thank you so much both for the the amazing job WELL DONE GUYS!!!

Not only did Alec and Ricky both spot the damage on my cars and reach out. They were polite and sincere. Ricky was amazing throughout the whole process. Especially with the understanding that my car is my baby. Responded quickly with any updates I requested. I know these guys are very busy and Ricky was very responsive! Ricky picked up my car from the rental agency and dropped it the agency when it was done for me to return my car. I had a couple small minor issues with my car when I got it back (a loose bolt in the door - super small - nothing repair wise just they are really busy!!) Ricky picked my car up from my house and dropped it back to me - same day - everything taken care of. I m glad I chose iHail and have referred several others to them. Than you Ricky for being so responsive and in tune with your customers. You made it a great experience.

This company is AWESOME. Approached me by door knocking and absolutely knocked it out of the park. Jay and Barret had my Truck inspected, picked up and completed with great PDR hail restoration in 2 weeks. They coordinated rental car and handled everything with insurance. I must say Ricky and the iHail team took wonderful care of my Crosstrek which was pummeled by hail earlier this year. Ricky had my car picked up from my house, quickly arranged an assessment with my insurance, set me up with a car rental, and had the vehicle fixed in the amount of time he said it would. The car came back looking good as new. I couldn t be happier. Ricky delivered on all his promises and stayed in contact with me through the process. Definitely would recommend.

I would have loved to leave a 5 star review. My trim parts came in off back order and was confirmed by our rep, but I can't get a hold of anyone to schedule my car coming in for its final repair. Otherwise, the work was really fast and done well. Loved the fact that we got a rental credit, it helped as I was on maternity leave and didn't have an income. If I am contacted by the company, I'd be happy to change my rating.Edit: got ahold of the shop, the individual I was working with no longer works there, and my problems were addressed and repairs completed! Same rep that I had issues with seems to be the same as the others that also gave low reviews.

My experience with iHail repair was wonderful!! They made the whole process stress free, effortless, and took care of EVERYTHING! Called my insurance company to set up a claim and any follow ups, had a rental car ready that met my family of 5 needs, great communication, respectful, walked me through anything I didn t understand and got everything taken care of in two weeks! My car looks amazing like nothing ever happened, I will recommend them to everyone/anyone who needs auto repairs!

I picked up my car today. It s absolutely beautiful!Thank you Diego for your attention to quality service. Thanks to Diego and Alec for knocking on my door. For saving me money. And for a beautiful professional job. My car is new and it was badly damaged by hail. Even though I was hesitant I made a good decision to use this shop. Everyone was kind and helpful. I ll refer people here for hail repair anytime!!

Awesome experience!!! They did all the leg work, paid my deductible, took care of my dinged up hood, replaced my windshield, all while keeping me in the loop. Annnnnd put me in a rental Brandon and Lalo were Great to work with! All around good experience and would definitely recommend!

10/10 would recommend to go through ihail vs your dealership. They were incredibly responsive, very communicative and helpful. They took care of everything with the insurance company and helped us navigate the whole experience including rental car. Service was top notch!

An easy choice when choosing experts in the field of hail damage repair for your car. Bobby greeted me at my door and proposed a plan to get my Tesla fixed with $0 cost out of my pocket and my deductible covered. He set me up with a rental and covered the entire insurance side. The process took a weeks time and I was back in autopilot!

iHail showed up at my house and so I was mildly skeptical at first, but they were nothing but professional. They fixed hail damage on my Corolla 3 other people said could not be done without significant body work. They communicated regularly and met me at the car rental place. I would highly recommend them for hail damage on your vehicle.

These people don t know how to take NO for an answer!!! They were going door to door in our neighborhood after a big hail storm. We took their card and told them WE WOULD CALL THEM IF WE WERE INTERESTED! Next thing you know they were showing up every couple of weeks, even after we told them we were NO LONGER INTERESTED, we had decided not to repair the hail damage on our car. They would call, we would tell them the same thing. We BLOCKED their number, and they would call from a different number! It s ridiculous! Avoid at all cost unless you want to deal with the equivalent of a psycho ex!!!! Also, they offer to cover your deductible, which I m pretty sure is illegal!!!!

Insurance company paid them for repair work that was supposed to be replacement parts that never got done and used touch up paint the size of a quarter where they left the dent still there .They where suppose to send it to body shop two months ago and have not responded to my text .

Mikey makes the process smooth and has great communication, I like that Ihail repair is able to repair without cutting off roofs and damaging the cars value. It s a smooth process and they handle all of the annoying insurance calls as well as pickup and drop off the car.

I was skeptical at first because brandon said they could fix my car for nothing out of pocket. I read the reviews and him a shot. Turns out he kept his word and i didn t have to pay anything out of pocket. My car looks brand new. Thank you Brandon

Bobby, the sales rep from the start was attentive and kept me up to date on the repair of my truck. He handled the entire insurance side and my truck came back looking new again with its value restored!
