I went in for an estimate. I did not have to make an appointment. The staff it's so friendly and genuine. They gave me an estimate timely and I feel very confident that they would do good work. I met one of the painters and he was such a genuine friendly person. Some of the other auto body shops that I visited weren't as welcoming and I didn't feel as comfortable. All update when I get the work done.All update when I get the work done.

We had the displeasure of having body work done at Hopps Auto Body Inc and it was the absolute worst experience we have ever had with any business ever. My family has taken many vehicles to Hopps over the years and I have no idea what happened to them. I don t even know where to start- it took 4x longer than it was supposed to and we were lied to constantly about the status, communication with insurance, etc. We went to pick it up on 3 separate occasions, but the workmanship was so poor and the car looked so awful we had to leave it and let them try again. We took it to another body shop after picking it up the third time and were told all the work needed to be completely redone. We are in complete disbelief that a business can run this way. Please do not take your vehicle there. If we can save anyone the pain of doing business with Hopps, this review was worth writing.

I went with Hopp s because unlike others Stacy ordered parts after giving the estimate. They were not the cheapest nor the most expensive. They worked through supply chain issues to return my vehicle in like new condition the day before I absolutely needed it for a trip. Great service especially considering the time of year. Stay diligent with them and they will knock it out of the park for you.Services: Painting, Body & Trim, Welding

Hopp's is Tops when allHope is Turned Upside-Down The Owner is caring and intent on giving things the utmost attention. His office staff are knowledgeable and maintain a sense of order like a well oiled machine. I have met and talked with most of his staff. Everyone is friendly and helpful. It was good to get the services provided to such a high standard.Thanks to the Team at Hopp's !

I never had this kind of food before. And the young lady was sooo sweet, she help me make kit bowl yummy great service and the food is amazing

These people are amazing and have God's love in their hearts. I pulled in after going the wrong way on the free way and almost dying because my windshield wipers stopped working. I stumble on shaking and crying and they just came out and helped. The kind of love we saw after 911 these people showed me. Just my luck I need a wiper motor replacement but the kindness from strangers helped me dry my tears and make it home safely. Thank you all!

One of the receptionists told me they were in a flood zone and have had to total cars after a large rain. She also mentioned they didnt see all the things that need repair when they first took in the vehicle, which meant by the time it went to the paint shop, they had to send it back to the body shop to continue repairs prior, keeping my car longer than expected. When I picked my car up there was dirt and mud all on the inside of the vehicle, I had to get my car detailed because of how dirty/dusty the car was. I understand they are a body shop and not a car wash, but when most of the repairs they do whether good or bad go unnoticed they should at least try and make the car look presentable when the client comes to pick it up.

Brilliant! I took a used car there for a prepurchase check. The guy showed me how bent the frame was by looking under the hood. I did not buy the car plus I got a lesson in how to look under the hood for bent frames. V useful!

My regular mechanic referred me to Hopp s when I needed a more specialized auto body shop to repair some rust damage on the roof of my car.Pat helped through the process and the other explained every very well.I am glad I took my car to Hopp s, the repair went as planned and even came in under the initial quoted estimate.

These guys are top notch. They fixed my practically hail totaled car to as good as knew. The kicker that puts them over the top though... Pat knows his customers by sight. You just don't get that kind of service anymore.

I am looking for my brother, last I heard he worked there. I called asking around. The first lady (don't recall name, sorry! ) that answered I explained who I was and why I'm calling, about my brother who I haven't heard from nor seen in a while, (not like him) she put me on hold, not sure how to handle the call, understandable..a second lady, very nice, again sorry can't recall her name either I stated the same as before and she was very understanding and helpful. So, long rate short, great business and wonderful front staff!! Thanks

Small business with high morals and values. They have been in business for over 50 years but don't let that get in the way of handling how they treat potential customers and their cars. While a bit slow on performing work, they make sure all ducks are in a row before taking the next step. They are in no rush to do the best they can to help you out with whatever body work you need done.

This Body Shop Does excellent work had my 2002 f 350 painted and body work very happy i would recommend Hopp's Auto Body to anybody that likes things with Quality workman ship. They have been in business for 50 years so want customer service see Pat or Stacy Callahan they will differently take care of ya

Very nice people. Very poor work. Stained my seats w paint. Misaligned the hood. Left scuff marks on nearby body panels. Grounds paint off the new hood, and then put bandaids on the work. Very poor work.

Used them for years. Honest and great workmanship. I would not trust anyone else to handle body work on my vehicles.

Very friendly and honest car mechanics. They only charge $54 an hour for labor which is one of the lowest rates I have seen in this area.

They did an ok job with the paint but were driving my truck around to save on there gas, messed with my radio stations, messed with my performance chip, got dust everywhere inside, and stole a flashlight from inside. Who knows what else they stole and messed with that I don't know about.

The team here is very helpful and friendly, i ran out of gas nearby and they gave me a gas can with a gallon of gas inside no questions asked. You can't find a substitute for old fashioned manners and generosity.

Best place in the entire area to take your vehicle for body work. Run by a family that really knows the business and do EXCELLENT work. Highly recommend

Great place to have repairs done. Everything was completed the way it should be. Went over everything that was done. Even helped deal with insurance company to make sure everything that should be covered was.
