These guys don't know how to balance wheels at all because they don't know any technology at all, but the mechanics have a license from Toyota))) I spent more than 3 hours there, that is, almost 1 hour per wheel. The weights were glued all over the rim. Do not go to them - this is money and your time wasted. It had to be processed in another service. -$100 out of my pocket. elow I attach a photo of one of the discs:

This service department is great overall but Sonny is the guy to go see. They aren t afraid of touching aftermarket or built trucks either. Only dealership I ll allow to service my truck.

The online scheduling system worked smoothly. There was a glitch with adding it to my calendar. They put it in at 2 am instead of pm.I'm not usually a fan of dealerships, but Scott was very kind and helpful. The automated communication system worked smoothly while I waited.Despite spending more on services than I planned on (oil change vs new battery) I feel like I got a fair deal. The car seems to be running better. I left content.

Brought in my Camry on several occasions. Sonny Miller always took great care of me. Very professional and made me feel good about the repairs done. Definitely will continue to bring him my business. A+

I took my car to the service department for an oil change, after an hour and a half they delivered my car and said that all parts of your car are healthy and sent me a copy of the email. The information in the e-mail that I received was very different from the paper, and in the e-mail it was written that my car is leaking oil. When I got my car, they didn't put the next mile sticker for oil change on my car, and I didn't know when I should change the oil next. It needs a manager and a good service because I haven't received complete and good information from them, and now I'm confused about my car. Is it healthy or does it leak oil? I took an appointment to check my car elsewhere

We just purchased a Toyota 4Runner from this place and it was a smooth process and great deal. Our salesman Seth Ringstad was one of the coolest salesman we worked with. We never felt pressured, he was easy going and went to bat for us several times to get the deal to work out. We love our 4Runner and walked away from the transaction happy and even celebrated with Seth! My wife and I highly recommend working with Groove Toyota and when the time comes for an upgrade they will be our first choice!

Charged double what we were quoted for a key replacement. They dodged our calls all day and would not let me speak to a manager. I do not recommend. The truck in question was purchased here too... shows you how they treat their customers.

Amazing experience at Groove! Tried to replace my own oil but the last dealership evidently torqued the oil filter wayyyy past spec so none of my tools could make it even budge! Went to Groove as a last resort and felt defeated after having put top quality oil I had previously bought in the car just to drive it a couple days before my appointment. Hunter came right up to my car with a smile and calmly listened to me explain the situation. He ended up giving me an AMAZING deal (perhaps to cheer me up after having to waste all that expensive oil just cuz the last place way overtightened the filter). AND, he did it in 10 min instead of the hour he approximated! He made my day that s for sure, and I would highly recommend Groove because of him! Honestly still in shock since I ve never NOT felt swindled, deceived, or just generally ripped off by car technicians but this makes me believe there are actually still genuinely honest and kindhearted people working in the car industry!

Before warned!! My 88 year old grandmother went in for a basic oil change. Simple enough comes back with a $1800 estimate for a catalytic converter replacement. After finding and reading this estimate I knew right away she didn't need a replacement after just passing emotion testing a month ago. So I decided to do a diagnostic scan on my own time and check the connection and rust just to be sure. Sure there was a little surface rust but for an 06 with 60,000 it was in good shape connection were good and rubber bushings holding the pipe up in good shape as well. Not to mention I had replaced upstream and downstream O2 sensors little over a year ago. The diagnostic scan came back clean for issues concerning exhaust. No P420 codes etc. Not to mention the pictures they provided is the wrong system well hers is clearly not the same. So to anyone reading this I advise you to take caution go find yourself a mechanic that actually takes time and care for your vehicle. Kinda a disgrace for actual working mechanics. i have no idea on God's green earth how a mechanic would ever miss something like this. I don't like to write bad reviews but for shame trying to take advantage of an old lady!

I had an appointment to install my catalytic converter anti-theft shield on my 2020 Toyota Rav4 XLE. Zachary Flatow was my contact in the Service Dept. I came in early and he was able to start early. He kept me informed due the process. If you need service done on your Toyota, I highly recommend Groove Toyota. Thanks for your outstanding Customer Service.J. Steve Farrell

Do not get repairs done at Groove Toyota they will overcharge every chance they get. My wife took our truck in for service and inspection they hostaged the vehicleSaying it was unsafe to leave dealership. Because lug nuts were damaged and wheels were gonna come off we agreed them replaced. They charged me over $500 for lug nuts saying they were $28 dollars a single lug nut I found them cheaper anywhere and everywhere. I fought with them and lost as I needed my vehicle. I should have read reviews before hand. Be warned do not get repairs done here they are not honest here.Manager Joe completely took advantage of my wife not knowing any better. CROOKS

I went to Groove Toyota service after having a couple of undesirable experiences at other dealer service centers in Denver. I have to say it was my best service experience at a dealership - I worked with Scott on some intensive repairs to my 4runner. He was super communicative, upfront, and took care of ordering parts & scheduling the repair for my vehicle. If you're in need of a Toyota dealer service center in Denver this is the one to go to.Services: Vehicle Inspection, Auto maintenance

Came in for a power steering flush as it was recommended to me.I returned the next day advising that my power steering fluid is leaking and it was not doing that prior and I would love this addressed. They told me I needed a whole new rack and pinion and it was not their fault and was around 2700.. I opted for a third party shop to do the rack and pinion for less and that was done instead of actually investigating further because I figured they knew what they were doing and talking about. However the next day after my rack and pinion was replaced and fluid was topped off, I lost all my fluid again. The shop dug deeper into this issue and found a clamp missing from a hose on a power steering line. No longer leaking but out of 2k and will never trust these advisors again. Lesson learned if you are opting for another place get a second opinion instead of listening to another shop.

Save the hassle and go to another Toyota dealership. I had the absolute worst experience by this service center, Kent Williams, and Joe the service manager. I had my truck towed in and long story short they said that they did all these test etc and I just need to a new battery that I must of just hit my knee on the switch to keep a light running all night draining my battery . I explained I have electric issues. My lights were fading off and on and my heated seats went out etc. No help and was told to buy a new battery. Also I was so down talked to because I am a woman.I left and went and bought a battery as advised (knowing this wasn t the issue). My truck lasted 3 days and had to tow into another dealership! They were able to perform the test, I reviewed text messages and photos indicating what was happening, the service against kept high communication and found the problem . I had a water leak draining into my fuse box and killing my battery. So they replaced the whole fuse box etc and my truck is up and running! But if grove would have done this in the first place but they didn t. They lied and absolutely horrendous customer service. So please save the hassle and go to another Toyota DealershipService: Electrical

I'm less than happy with the service department here. The last time I was in for an oil change I distinctly told them "LOF and tire rotation Only" and that I just did the air filter and cabin filter. Well right off some kid jumps under the dashboard and proceeds to pull down the glove compartment door and brakes the arm that stops the door from just falling open! After the service was finished I was told that I should think about getting new tires when I come in for my next service, meanwhile I had just under 10K on the car and the tires had already been rotated 3 previous times. A few weeks later I started noticing little oil spots where I park my car so I took it to another shop and was told that who ever did the oil change over tightened the oil filter housing and cracked it. I had the housing replaced and paid for another oil change from the new mechanic! Needless to say I won't be going back to Groove toyota for service anymore!

Got the brake master cylinder asap as they had it available. Okay pricing. Customer service desk was helpful, but seemed discontented or happened to have facial paralysis--not being sparky, just seemed like they wanted to be dlse

Very disappointed in the honesty and integrity of this Groove Toyota service department. I have used both Stevinson and Autonation service departments in the past and have been treated very well, unfortunately I can't say the same about Groove. I'm sure their general maintenance service is fine but BUYER BE WARE if they try to up-sell you on any services while your vehicle is in their shop. I would recommend declining and getting a second opinion 100% of the time.I brought my 2019 4runner in for its 50,000 mile service as well as a few fluid flushes. Keep in mind i'm already spending upwards of $600 here... About half way through the service, I get a text message stating that my rear brake pads are at 2/32" and are in immediate need of replacement and rotor resurfacing (this would add another $300 to the bill). I'm no expert, but this raised multiple red flags for me so I immediately declined the "up-sell". I bring my car in for service every 5,000 miles and the brakes have NEVER been anything other than a "green check box" on the service report. When I questioned the service department about this, and the fact that it seemed odd the rear pads would wear down so much quicker than the fronts since the front brakes typically do 60-70% of the braking (likely more with mountain driving)... one of the technicians got very defensive, chuckled, and claimed that it happens all the time with 4runners because "they are heavy cars". Again, i'm no expert but I also know a thing or two about cars and know when i'm getting conned. Two days later, I took my 4runner to the Midas just down the road for a second opinion. Not only did they do a visual inspection for free but they were incredibly friendly and helpful (they didn't treat me like I was an idiot). When I showed the Midas technician the Groove Toyota report, he laughed and said my brake pads had over 50% life left on them and were nowhere near needing to be replaced. He then proceeded to physically show me exactly what he was talking about and spent another 15 minutes explaining brake health to me and what to look out for in the future. Not to mention, the front pads were more worn than the rears which was to be expected and contrary to what Toyota was trying to tell me. I couldn't recommend Midas more! All this being said, I'm incredibly disappointed in Groove Toyota and will never be taking my 4runner back there. I will be driving twice as far to go to AutoNation or Stevinson.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Vehicle safety inspection

They were able to fix the problem in a couple of hours. They arranged a lift ride back to work for me and I picked up later that same afternoon. Very convenient and ultra-professional. I will be taking our Rav 4 back the next time it needs service.

Dennis Santos really went above and beyond to deliver exceptional customer service. After some trouble working out a windshield replacement, Dennis recognized our frustration and responded immediately to ensure customer satisfaction. He successfully scheduled an appointment as soon as possible that also met our schedule. This was very impressive as we had been on the phone with many different companies for several weeks and Dennis was able to step in and deliver a solution almost immediately. We really appreciate his efforts and are very grateful for him. Thank you very much.

I had great experience here. I was 1200 miles from home on a trip and thought I had an issue with my truck. Knowing this, many repair places or dealerships would have charged a lot of money for unnecessary work. Hunter Scott took care of me very well and told me that there was nothing wrong with my truck. There was no charge. Also, they got me in on short notice when other Toyota dealerships would not schedule me for two weeks. I highly recommend this service department, especially if you are traveling and don t want to get taken advantage of.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I have now taken my car here several times for maintenance and been told it will take 90 minutes max to get things done. This last time I was there for over 2 hours before they even started working on my car. I ended up being there for over 3 hours waiting for what I was told would be no more than 90 minutes. I'm at my final straw with using them for service. I bought a 3 pack service package so I'm stuck for my next service but after that I'll be brining my car elsewhere.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Adam Pearson seems to always get stuck with me during my visits. He is always super helpful every time I come in and upfront about everything. He even stands to answer my stupid questions without hesitation. Everyone has actually been awesome, it s a nice change from service centers in the past. Thank you to their service supervisor Mark, for leading a great team! My 4Runner won t be going anywhere else for service!

I only call these guys for parts. The Toyota on Arapahoe is right down the street from my shop. They never answer the phone and if they do, they just suck. Groove Toyota has great parts people and they do a great job.

Made an appointment for an oil change. They greeted me right away, only took 30 min for them to service the vehicle, washed it for free, and honored my coupon. Was recommended by my father to go here and now I know why. They are fast, personable, and friendly. Highly recommend.

Service is typically great and quick! This 4 stars is for the manager there who came out to me and tried to tell me I put the scratches on my truck that were obviously done with their car wash. I had 4 people come out before him that all said it was the wash because it is not a "touchless" car wash. I have a 2020 Tundra and its BLACK. DO NOT LET THEM WASH YOUR CAR IF IT IS BLACK. It will scratch the hell out if it. I have scratches all over my truck now. Sides and even on the back. I take pride in my Tundra and take very good care of it. Took it on for an oil change and now I get to come back in a week to get it detailed for 3 to 4 hours, to hopefully fix the scratches. They did offer me a rental and are doing what they can. With that said I DO NOT appreciate the managers accusations in a moment where I was obviously upset about my brand new truck on its 2nd oil change now has scratches ALL OVER IT. I pray these scratches come out with the detail work. Love Toyota, Love the sales department, love service, hate the car wash and truly do not appreciate the service managers accusations when all he had to do was offer the solution to the problem that is SO obviously the car wash. He even said "we should warn people with black cars that it is not a touchless car wash". Give me a break.
