Incredibly quick service! Gage, I believe his name was, was super friendly & professional. The rest of the staff was great too - seemed to work well together as a team. I didn t feel led in to thinking my car needed 10 more things, they were very straight and to the point of what was needed. Will go back!

This Grease Monkey is the best location I ve ever been to. The workers were kind, efficient, honest, genuine and personable. I didn t feel like I was being ripped off. They vacuumed the inside of my car, wiped down my windows, filled all of my fluids, and provided service 30 minutes before close. I m so impressed with this location and will be back!

I always trust this location to do a fabulous job with my vehicle. Getting an oil change is usually very quick, I get great service, and its always appreciated to have the interior vacuumed and my windows washed. All fluids get topped off too.

The staff here is so helpful and extremely nice, customer service top notch. Brenna took care of us from start to finish never judged our stupidity for overfilling the oil. She happily drained some oil and we re on our way. This place rocks.

Fantastic service! Around town I found competitive pricing for oil change service. I highly suggest giving this Grease Monkey your consideration. The staff here is informative and knowledgeable. I felt at ease the entire stay. My experience here had no worries!! Check them out next oil change.

I regret to say that my experience with this business was disappointing and left me feeling deceived. Despite being presented with a price list for their services, I was informed by an employee that the service I wanted to order was not actually available. Moreover, the employee promised to inquire about a potential discount but failed to follow through on their commitment. This inconsistency and lack of transparency in their practices led me to believe that the business was being dishonest with its customers. As a result, I left feeling frustrated and misled by their misleading tactics.

Got my oil changed and everyone here was incredibly helpful and friendly. They explained what was going on with my car and what I could do to fix it. The associates that helped me were awesome. They were patient while I yelled outside watching a football game lol. And even asked if we were winning the game lol. It took a little bit of time but everything that's worth it is worth waiting for. Brenna, Gage and Shanon were awesome!! Thanks guys

I recommend going to Jiffy Lube instead. The Jiffy Lube in Littleton around like Santa Fe & Belleview, specifically, was awesome! (Especially after i drove all the way to this Grease Monkey to receive a ridiculously high price quote for a simple oil change.) The prices at Jiffy Lube are WAY better, and the service attitudes too. :))) (Sorry, had to say so.) :/

The staff at this location is amazing! I was in town from Omaha I needed an oil change and the staff informed me the cap was stripped and needed to be placed back in Omaha. They topped off all of my fluids in my car and vacuum the interior out. My daughter and son-in-law use this location quite a bit and referred me here. Wasn t sure what to expect with this being my first time.. there s a reason they have 5 star reviews. They got me in last minute before my road trip, I ll definitely come back when I need my next oil change! The staff was friendly and quick to help. It s a first come first serve establishment, but I didn t wait long. They showed me my air filter to prove it was dirty without having to ask, honest group of guys. I am happy with everything about my visit!

Bad crew. Didn't follow directions. Asked for full synthetic. Didn't put it in. Then tried charging me for it haha. I had to ask them what oil they used haha. Still over charged me. Charged me for 4*4 check $3.99 my truck rear wheel drive lol. Guy running cash register was also under my car. was a grease monkey con artist. Never offered any discounts and they were very lazy un motivated. I brought my truck in and when it came out I had to tighten air intake and add a quart of oil. I'm unsure if they even changed the oil filter.

Hands down the most professional and best service I ve received at any Grease monkey. The manager was incredibly welcoming and very transparent about the maintenance requirements for my Jeep. I will drive to this location (out of the way) for my next oil change. I don't typically like chain stores for anything..I called around to a few different places for an oil change.Grease Monkey had the best prices for the 4 that I called.I drove up, and it was midday and there was no line. The attendant immediately took my information and got the truck into the bay.They had a decent sized, clean waiting area.The service was thorough and relatively quick.When the attendant came to discuss my service, she was friendly and knowledgeable. She answered all of my questions and wasn't too pushy about the add on services.

I took my old truck in this location. They could've hassled me about it and said they wouldn't change my oil (age, dash, etc) but they took care of me. They spared me the list of broken things and didn't try to upsell me on anything. I do almost all of the work on this truck myself and know cars, but didn't tell them that. Can't say enough good things about Ethan. Gage also there doing a good job.

1st come 1st serve.I called ahead just to see how long the wait will be.I came by around 2:30pm on a Tuesday - must be an unpopular time, so lucky me cuz they were able to work on my car right then and there.Quick turnaround. Welcoming staff. Not pushy when upselling.Thanks team!

Went in because I just bought a truck and saw that's where they went and they showed me what oil I needed and also checked underneath and saw that I have a small oil leak and recommended that I need a full service to fix it. They don't want me to pay for 2 oil changes. I am going to stay with them

Joseph and the team here are doing an excellent job. Not only did they perform an oil change on my lady s car quickly and professionally, but they ran diagnostics to help us find NUMEROUS issues we wouldn t have been aware of with the vehicle. They were quick, clean and mostly efficient. I was actually quite pleased with my service...until...My wife and daughter went for a drive in the mountains this last Sunday.And the gravel shield under the car fell off, because the retaining screws/nuts were all gone.My wife had to be towed to a garage (which provided excellent service), to have the panel zip tied in place!Update:The manager, Edumudo asked me to call, and I did. He was very respectful and just wanted to know how he could help me with my issue. And offered to fix the problem. Mistakes happen, I get that. How a business deals with it makes a big difference. If you own a Prius you may not want to go here as their tech has not been trained to operate a Prius. The tech said that'll he knew how to drive a Prius. He didn't turn off the POWER before he drained the oil. TheanaThe manager said that wasn't true. The owner of the franchise finally called after I called corporate twice. He hasn't called back afterwards.Service: Oil change
