I called and Amanda was the one that answered. She did an exceptional job of helping me completely with changing my address, updating my credit card info as well as cost differences about the different Roadside services offered. Was great to speak with over the phone. Very helpful!

I needed to switch my roadside assistance to an rv program and Mike was very helpful in doing that. He explained what each plan covered so it fit my needs. He also got my account updated plus ordered me updated GS membership cards. Was a great experience. Thank you Mike for chatting with me and taking care of all my concerns. Congrats to employee of the month too!! Well deserved!!

Horrible experience. They left me stranded in the mountains for over 14 hours and when a tow truck did arrive, they wanted me to cover $90 or wait for a new tow driver another x hours even when the tow driver had my trailer loaded Good Sam decided to not pay the tow and drop my trailer back on the side of the road send another truck that never arrived. Finally I got help from a passerby. DON T RECOMMEND GOOD SAM!!

Cynmanthia SAM was so amazing. She helped me set up my account and walked me through step-by-step being very patient and understanding she had such an amazing attitude and positive energy she showed that she cared and was Willing to help out. It was amazing to have this kind of customer service

i dealt with mike he was extremely knowlegeable. very professional. i thanked him for his expertise. it was mike who convinced to take a 2 year commitment instead of one. my only question is i thought a 2 year contract would be $45 instead of $49. i was billed $99.99. still a good deal

It's the type of thing you seldom need, and when that need arose, they failed completely. Long wait time to get through to someone. That someone could probably converse fine with those living in India, but he didn't know how to speak, or understand, English. He didn't know what a travel trailer is. He had to then relay my information to the company in the US that is a actual company you will be dealing with. They call around to find the cheapest service they can find to come help you. I won't go into the rest of the fiasco. I will not be renewing.

I have never needed to use road side assistance. I sure would appreciate a heads up when billing my card without any notification. I have been arguing with credit card company about this charge not knowing what it is. They just say it's a membership charge I didn't realize I am on automatic renewal apparently. I feel you could a little better communicating. Hopefully when I need to use you service it's not a nightmare of communication.Signed frustrated that it took this notification to figure this mess outRoger Flohr

What a nightmare!. I tried to sign up with AAA and somehow mistakenly signed up with Goodsam. They charged me $100+ and when I tried to cancel it took numerous calls and emails to try to cancel. After 3 mo I received a $50 refund although my monthly coverage before cancellation was approx $30. Really felt like they weren't going to cancel and refund at all. Not an experience I even want to repeat.

I just renewed my membership and J.Jada took care of everything answered all my questions . Quick response on all questions . J.Jada was very professional in dealing everything .I have used Good Sam while going to Fl. The travel trailer had a dry wheel and we had to call Good Sam , they took care of everything . They were very professional with us and even the flat bed driver was great .Thank you J.JadaandGood Sam Roadside assistant

Andrea, the young lady who helped me, was so calm and pleasant. It was my 1st service call. She helped me complete my rodaside request. She emailed me copies of my Good Sam cards as well as agreed to send hard copies in the mail. She was knowledgeable regarding what my benefits were as well as other services Good Sam has to offer. She is an asset to Good Sam. Thank you Andrea!

I received a email from Jeff at Good Sam Roadside Assistance regarding the expiring of my plan. I asked Jeff to call me at my convivence which he did. I was hesitant on renewing since I had received an email previously with a much high cost than what He was quoting me. After Jeff explained the cost to me, I extended my roadside plan.

Totally happy with the Good Sam Roadside assistance sign up. Started online and encountered an issue but the great phone staff solved the issue quickly and followed through with an immediate email with digital copies of my membership documents!!!

I called them at 8:03pm for a tow truck I waited for over an hour never heard anything so I called for a follow up 30 mins after that call had passed and nothing. I called again this time they said they will follow up with me. I waited another 30 mins and called back. Again they would follow up. I finally just called a towing service near me and they told me to head home they would take care of it for me. I called Good Sam back to cancel. If anyone of importance is reading this the reference number was 21246017. I will be looking for a different road side assistance after this year is up.

I have been waiting for almost 2 and a half hours to a tire changed. Just got a call it be another 30 minutes. That is very poor service. I think time I I will use triple A. The previous 2 I have had Good Sam I received poor service. And wanted to tow my vehicle to a shop that did not do the kind of work I needed. I had to pay extra to have it towed to the nearest shop that did the kind of work it needed God Sam use to a reputable company but not now

I spoke with Torrey this afternoon (1/23/2024). I was fortunate to speak with him. He helped me update and enhance (at my request), my coverages. He explaned the coverages I had and the pros and cons of enhancing my coverages even more. He was objective, polite, and very well versed. I thank Torrey and Good Sam for their help and support. I wish all customer service representatives were as good and communitive as Torrey.

I called GoodSam Roadside Assistance because the card they had on file was no longer a valid card, and my renewal date was coming up. Getting connected to a customer service agent was easy, and the agent I spoke with was Sam. She was very pleasant and concise while taking care of all my needs. Things she helped me with include taking my payment, letting me know when my next renewal date is, adding my name to the account, since it only listed my husband's name, and getting authorization to charge me the amount that was listed in my renewal email, because it didn't match the renewal fee that was listed on her computer. I was very happy with my overall experience with both GoodSam and Sam!!

Catherine was extremely helpful. I enjoyed speaking with her. She was Very nice and extremely informative. I spoke with someone the other day by the name of Tommy and he was in my opinion condescending and was not nice at all. Thank goodness I got to speak with Catherine today. She was wonderful.

DO NOT JOIN Good Sam s Roadside Assistance. I had a flat last night at 7pm and I just got towed at 1:50pm today. I was treated like an idiot and that I was a bother to the representative that answered. I received a survey to take. I was brutally honest on my experience. When I hit send, the survey disappeared. When I opened it back up to take again, I got a message Negative Survey parameters. It was gone. No wonder their site has all 5 star surveys and raving comments. You cannot leave a truthful survey!!I then googled the CEO of Good Sam and Marcus Lemonis came up and he is all over Google stating, IF YOU ARE NOT HAPPY I AM NOT HAPPY. Under this stated his office phone number and email. FYI: YOU CANNOT LEAVE HIM A VOICEMAIL OR SEND HIM AN EMAIL. It goes to customer service!! I was told he does not Respond to either himself!!! WELL THAT EXPLAINS THE OPERATIONAL DEFICIENCIES AND POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE YOUR COMPANY PRACTICES MR. Marcus Lemonis, CEO.It starts with YOU, Mr. Lemonis. It is quite evident that you are not holding your leaders accountable, nor setting the proper example to guide your leaders for success. Associates emulate what their leaders portray. You can bet your first born, if I made millions a dollars a year, I would personally answer my calls and emails good, bad or indifferent from my paying members!!Sincerely,Kerri Dodson

I had trouble buying roadside assistance so I used the talk to an agent option. Mike was *exceptional* in helping me buy the package. He called me and registered me via phone. My confirmation email came right away which was important to me as I m traveling tomorrow.Good Sams is great!

This morning I needed to renew my Good Sam road assistance program. I had the pleasure of having Debra Williams assist me. She was very helpful and knowledgeable. Yes I wanted the roadside assistance, but didn't realize to make it a complete package and to save me money down the road I needed the tire replacement pkg too. Thank You Debra for your help! I really feel Good Sam is a great company out to help the rvers!
