Jaime contacted me about an extended warranty for our toy hauler. Knowing what repairs cost, I was surprised to find out that the offer was not only reasonable, but it covered nearly everything. Only time will tell if the coverage is worth the expense, but peace of mind in the meantime sure makes it worth it now.

Christina went above and beyond explaining the extended warranty. She answered by questions so I understood everything. She said she would be available with anything that I need. I spoke to Jaime in customer support and he was great. He even gave me quotes for other things. I told him to let me think about the quotes, he followed up with an email and I responded the next day letting him know I was interested. The unusual thing happen just as soon as I sent the email and it was late in the evening est., Jaime returned my call. Very impressed Excellent customer service Jaime. Very pleasant voice also.

I'm new to Good SamWorked with a sales person named Christina who answered my questions patiently and was knowledgeable. She took her time and explained everything about Good Sam's and extended warranty coverage.Now I'll need to see if Good Sam Is as good as she says they are.

Kudos to Jaime Carolina at Good Sam ESP for excellent customer service and expert advice on choosing the right extended protection plan for our new Class B RV. He is definitely on top of his game and is very personable and easy to work with. The Good Sam products in this arena are also very competitive with other plans and are backed up by A rated underwriting. Just recently secured an extended warranty for our 2021 jeep grand Cherokee with good Sam's for a very reasonable price. The process was made very easy, due to the diligence on the part of Jaime, who followed up with all of our questions in a timely manner. We also have our motor homes extended warranty with good Sam's and highly recommend thier services.

Just purchased extended camper warranty via Good Sam. Chris Lugo reached out to me immediately after I received my qoute. After visiting with Chris he provided me the policy, additional options and answered all my questions and concerns. This service was excellent. Now I hope I never need to use this policy but I hope the insurance policy is as good as I have been treated by Chris.

I have a motor home covered by Good Sam Extended Service Plan and I wanted to add my car. Chris Lugo at Good Sam ESP very efficiently explained how it would work, coverages and exact pricing. Even though I didn't sign up on that first call, Chris was very professional and gave me his direct number to call when I had decided. After shopping around, I did call back and signed up for the plan.

I would highly recommend good Sam insurance for anyone taking a long trip with your truck and fifth wheel and family. It truly is a secure, feeling knowing you are covered in just about any situation. And the staff are fantastic. recently good Sam discovered that I had two identical policies and notified me that they were canceling one and refunding me the second premium. who does that in this day and age. Also, when I called recently to double check on my policies, the first agent I talked to help me to a point where he didn t have the information I was requesting so rather than pushing me off, he immediately stopped me and said I don t have that information but i will get you somebody who does have it. He then transferred me to Christina, who spent a considerable amount of time on the phone with me going the extra 10 miles, and walk me through each of my policies, so that I thoroughly understood everything. that was fantastic, I had no idea I have that much coverage at such a low rate and she was pleasant about it all the way through. We had a good laugh at the end and I believe we have parted friends. The staff always make sure you re completely satisfied before disconnecting. If I could give them 10 stars I would. thank you good Sam.

Chris Lugo for Good Sam ESP was very professional. He took the time to explain the different options for the coverage I wanted. There were no pressure tactics. He answered every question I had. It is a relief knowing that I can travel with the protection I need against breakdowns.

James Woodley went over the top to help us with our extended service plan so we could understand just what we are getting. We are even getting a written policy in the mail. That's important for seniors to not have to go online all the time. Thanks, James for your sincere help and caring attitude.

I worked with Jaime at Good Sam extended warranty office and he was very knowledgeable and was able to provide answers to my questions very quickly. I also found out I had an existing policy on an RV I no longer own and was able transfer that coverage to my Jeep. An outstanding job and very professional and personable.

I have a policy with them. Tried to discuss a claim only to have it dismissed before I could explain damage. Supervisor was to call me back over 2 weeks ago. Went by their Corporate offices in Englewood Co.,only to find the front doors locked and no one around. Must have gone out of business. Place looks deserted!

James has been super to talk to we have a 2023 Grand Image Design camper. We had a water leak and we called Grand Image and that was like beating a dead horse. We called the RV place where we bought it and they gave us two mobile techs to call. And now they won't reimburse us for what we payed. We had Good Sam on our 2020 camper. We dropped our extended warranty with the he local dealership and went with Good Sam Thanks James for your help.The Salts'

this is for Chris Lugo.I have several policies with Good Sam's and just renewed my extended warranty plan on a different rv. Chris was most helpful and knowledgeable. he went out of his way to save me a bunch of money. he has great customer service skills. I enjoyed working with him to get all of my questions answered and to get my policy issued.
