We had the bumper on our Mercedes GLS 450 fixed at Front Range Auto. Initially I wasn't sure about this shop, but it was the only shop that was able to get us in quickly. They took the car in right away and gave us an estimate a few days later. Initially they quoted a few weeks to get the parts and all the work done. But they were able to get all the work done before the quoted time. The final price also came within a few hundred of the estimate. Overall, I am very satisfied and extremely happy to have my car back!Service: Body & Trim

I have used front range a few times. Very clean shop and outstanding service. Rudy was my contact person and provided great customer satisfaction. I recommend the shop for many reasons. 5 stars all the way around.

The crew at front range always goes above and beyond with my baby. The customer service and attention to detail is nothing but stellar. If you re looking for reputable, honest and straight forward people look no further. I will always recommend everyone to FR for dents, tint, clear mask and ceramic coating. They re the best in town. Thanks again guys/gals, you rock!!

Rudy was great to work with, very nice and personable. . They were able to get me in fairly soon compared to other body shops. Chelsea at the front desk was so nice too! Alex was great at keeping me informed and very easy to get a hold of if I had questions.

Very knowledgeable and responsive staff. Repaired my car after a collision and the BEST paint matching I ve ever seen. One very minor sensor issue to fix but they bent over backwards to make it right at MY convenience. Highly recommend.Services: Painting, Body & TrimServices: Painting, Body & Trim

I has previously written a review for this place after work was done on my 2015 BMW 428 and it was all good until I took it home and started using things. I tried opening my sunroof and it wouldn't open so i went back and I was told that it hadn't been connected properly. I left and a couple days I noticed the headliner had not been put back properly so they told me they'd send someone out.They did but still wasn't right! Then I go to the carwash and water starts leaking in, took it back had the same issue a week later when i went wash the car. Long story short I went back 7 TIMES! YES you read that right, and still it wasn't right, finally I took it BMW of Denver and the double checked all the work, now it's fixed. Don't be fooled by the nice store front. The quality of work does match up. You would think the 1st time going back they would've double checked everything, WELL EVEN ON THE 7th time all I got was an "apology" and my time wasted.

What an amazing experience! Never would I have expected for a dent removal shop to have such a nice and upscale facility. Not only that but they work on everything from Toyota's to Ferrari's and everything in between.

Rudy is one of the best in the business! His shop is very professionally kept, he uses clear communication, and his shop doesn t cut corners on material or fine details of the repair. I d highly recommend him for your auto body repairs. He will deliver before or on time and will work with you on getting a price your comfortable with all while explaining the details of how he can help you out. Teamwork makes the dream work. This place is flawless as is should be for a automotive detail shop. The whole team puts pure passion into each vehicle they touch. They are very meticulous with their packages that they offer as well as in store DIY products to help you maintain the perfection the have done. Took our car in for some rear end damage after a hit a run. The communication was awesome. We knew what was happening with insurance, parts, timeline of completion. We were never left in the dark about anything. To be honest, never would I have expected to have the experience I did - or to feel a need to give a 5-star rating - to the place that repaired the hail damage on my car. I've been through these things before. If you're lucky, they're fine. However, the experience with Front Range Dental Removal was completely different. Not only did they do an amazing job on the repairs and coordinate details with the insurance, but everyone there made me feel so welcome and comfortable. Starting with receiving a welcome from the owner when I arrived to drop my car off to receiving fantastic customer service while I waited in the lobby to pick up my vehicle. I'm not kidding - the customer service was stellar, and even better, my car looks great.

What a great job!! Everyone at Front Range Dent Removal was very pleasant and accommodating. They were able to get my car in quickly after many recent severe hail storms, and fixed my car in only a few days (after insurance finally quit dragging their feet). Chris and Ingrid were so very helpful throughout the entire situation. They kept me updated during the process and were always available to answer any questions I had. Anson, the owner, set my mind at ease in leaving my well-loved car in the hands of strangers; they work on so many beautiful cars, I knew they would take good care of me and my car. I would highly recommend Front Range Dent Removal for a superior experience, in what often can be a rather troubling time for any avid car lover.

Rudy was awesome to work with - they were the only body shop in the area who was able to get me in promptly. The communication was great and my car was fixed and looks brand new. Would definitely use this shop again!!!

Front Range is a breath of fresh air. My brand new truck was struck with an unfortunate hail storm and needed a veteran team to repair back to original. Immediately from the introduction, I could tell Front Range was dedicated to quality and customer service. I very much appreciated their attention to detail and hard work to streamline the insurance process. I received my truck back after their work was finished and could not tell it was ever damaged. They replaced with OEM parts and very much cared to protect my equity in the vehicle. Thank you entire Front Range team for your help and professionalism.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I had about 17k in hail damage this was the first time I ve ever had to deal with having that fixed, filing an insurance claim, etc. front range was amazing through the entire process. They were upfront, responsive, quick, and knowledgeable.They take great pride in their work, and they should. My car looks brand new and I couldn t be happier. I chose them because of their reviews and I ll be going back for any future detail/repair work.Also, Beatrice this dog is always happy to see you and makes everything better.Can t say enough positive things about my experience with the staff and work they did!

Just had one of the best auto repair experiences at front range. I had some time to kill and saw the good reviews so I figured I d go get a quick quote. Ingrid was super helpful and told me she could get it my dent fixed right there and then and I d be in and out in 30 minutes. She was absolutely right! The waiting area is also very nice. Probably one of the nicest auto shop waiting areas I ve seen. I highly recommend them for their services! High end work and a high end shop. A++

I had a small dent on my back left bumper and really did not want to be paying $900-$1000 to remove the entire bumper. I found Front Range Dent Removal online and read their fantastic reviews. I took my car there today 2/18 just as they opened. Andrew and Ansol took me in even before their doors opened at 8. They accessed the car, gave me a price, and a time estimate but worked on it right away. I appreciated their kindness and customer service. My car was done in about an hour! It was perfect. I wish I had taken a before picture. Thank you! I will definitely recommend to everyone take your car here if you have a dent.

Honestly I would give this body shop ZERO stars if I could. The mechanics themselves did awesome! It's the secretary that answers the phones and schedules appointments that was absolutely horrible Sam wouldn't answer my calls or text messages and when she would she'd tell me things like sorry can't talk now taking my daughter somewhere and never call me back.my vehicle was there from December 16th until the first week in February. With very little communication. The insurance company started charging me for my rental because she wasn't doing her part of extending the work or email them about parts. Probably one of my worst experiences in my life. I don't suggest you take your vehicle there!!!

When I had initially dropped my car off to get body work done they had told me it would be done in no more than two weeks. It took them a total of six weeks to complete work on my car. On top of that I was the one reaching out to them every single time about the status of my car. The work that was done to my car was good, but my gas cap won t stay open unless the button is held down while you manually open it. On the fifth week I was told it would be done friday with no questions asked. Friday comes and after being ignored all day I am told it is not done. I tell them I am extremely displeased and if that s the case I need a rental car. They finally agree and say they ll pay for a rental car for the weekend. A little while later I get a call from Hertz saying I owe them payment for the rental. I immediately call front range and tell them they need to take care of this. They said they would. Fast forward a few months and I get a final notice from Hertz saying payment has still not been received and they are now charging me. The unprofessionalism of this place is unreal, do not go here.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

This is now the second (new) car with hail damage that we ve brought to the folks at Front Range Dent Removal. First was at their old facility and second was at the new on Cedar. What a wonderful new facility they have. So glad to see they re business is thriving.Every employee I ve worked with or spoken to during our time there has been nothing short of excellent. They are all extremely kind, knowledgeable, and patient (for those of us with lots of questions). I cannot speak highly enough of how they operate their business. They make it pain/work free when dealing with insurance claims. I just drop off the car with the quote and they handle everything else.Above all else is their workmanship and customer service. They have always taken care of us and our car. When we get our cars back I swear they are in better shape than when they came off the lot. They are true experts at their craft, and their quality shows how much they care about their work. I would trust them for any repair/detail work they offer. Special thanks to Ingrid and Anson. It s always a pleasure working with them and they help make this a business that I will return to again and again without hesitation.

I parked my brand new car at the airport and when I came back, there was a huge dent in my door. I sent over a few pictures via email and I had a quick estimate. The Front Range Team came to my house the next week, worked on it for a couple hours and made it as good as new. I couldn't tell anything was ever there! Thank you Front Range Dent Removal for being friendly and speedy and for your precision in fixing my NEW car! I will continue to recommend you however and where ever I can as you saved me a HUGE bill at the auto body shop!

Front Range Dent Removal saved my car!!! I can't even express how impressed I am overall.I took my car to a different PDR shop and they promised they'd take care of me. Well, a week later, after I had already been using my rental car over the weekend and then some, they told me they were unable to fix my car. They said I'd have to take it to a collision shop and get all the panels removed! You could understand that I was shocked and ultimately distrustful of shops at this point.That's when I called FRDR and they took amazing care of me and my vehicle! They were sympathetic of my situation and took my car in immediately. Ingrid took care of all the paperwork and even got my car looked at by Progressive asap. Anson actually worked on my car and took out every single dent by hand. And let me tell you - there were a ton. When I arrived earlier than expected to pick up my car, Chuck wiped down the entire car by hand and inspected it one last time. He let me take a look at it and then handed the keys over.My car looks amazing! I can't say enough to make this review worthy of their shop. Everything is first-class service. From the billing, to customer service, and excellent body work. This place is great!! Thank you so much to the team that helped me out. Anson, Ingrid, and Chuck - you all do amazing work. I took my car to Front Range to fix pretty severe hail damage. They did an incredible job. The repair only took a week, my car looks better than when I bought it, and they did all the negotiations with my insurance company for me. I was really happy with the whole process. Highly recommend.

Our 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo was backed into a couple of weeks ago. Damage was done to the passenger side/rear door. Front Range did an amazing job repairing the damage. They are polite, professional, fair priced and do great quality work. I highly recommend them. While you there, get your windows tinted. I did and they are also fantastic. I would definitely return for any future needs.

I was super impressed by Front Range Dent Removal! We were in the process of trying to sell our car when it got some serious hail damage. Anson and his team did a great job. When they were finished, the car was like new! Great customer service, super friendly, and truly excellent work! I would definitely recommend them!

These guys are outstanding! The work is top notch and the service is even better. They have done work on two cars of mine (paintless dent repair). They were fast, fair priced, and just outstanding results. I would not hesitate to recommend them highly and will definitely have them handle my cars in the future.

Very happy with the crew at front range dents! Had to take my BMW 428i in to get hail damage repaired and Ingrid made the whole experience very comfortable and easy. She handled all the insurance paperwork and my car was ready in a surprisingly short time. Very happy.

I just got my car back from Front Range Dent Removal, and I am very pleased with the whole experience. The staff is friendly, professional, and easy to get ahold of, and my door looks as good as new. Anson and his team are great at what they do and very pleasant to work with. I highly recommend them and will be using their other services (clear bra, ceramic coating) in the future.
