Had a nail in my tire and I was losing air fast. The shop was busy and I was told it be 1.5 to 2 hours they got me in and finished within an hour. Jeremiah was awesome and technicians too. Thank you so much. I will recommend Firestone for any of your car services you may need.

I need new tires and I went to a couple other places and Firestone was my 3rd stop. The manager Manny Gallegos was very nice and helpful despite how busy they were He over different types of tires for my car. I explained to him what was going on and what I wanted. He was very explanatory on the types of tires designed for my car and not only did he have what I wanted but what I needed as well and the price was right for everything including my oil change. Thank you Manny and Firestone.

I feel like the guys there really listen to me and truly care about me and my car needs. I don't ever feel like I'm being taken advantage of. These guys seem really honest. Being a female who knows nothing about cars, these things are important to me. Plus, they always finish my car the same day I drop it off, and usually within just a few hours

We are tourist here in Denver and turo rental van has some braking issue. We tried many service center and nobody was able to inspect our issue same day.Then we came here for inspection. Considering our urgency situation, they immediately perform the inspection and provided us honest recommendations without forcing anything on us. They are very professional and honest people. Highly recommended.

They were able to order the tires I needed - after I had been told by Discount Tires, Tires Plus and even three other Firestones that they could NOT be ordered at all (and were discontinued even!), or not in time for my trip (only Discount tires said this). This store got them in and installed and had me headed out of town on my road trip early.

I had an issue that Firestone initially diagnosed as my 12V battery, so I had them replace it. It was expensive, but I had a great customer service experience, so I happily paid it. But then the issue reoccurred in my car, so I brought it back and was told that instead of my 12V battery having an issue, now my entire hybrid battery needed to be replaced and that I'd need to bring it to the dealership as Firestone doesn't work on that. I was worried this might be the issue with my car, so I had done a little bit of research online to see if perhaps something else was the issue, before I spent a ton of money on the new hybrid battery.I saw a common reason for the issues I was facing with my car having been resolved with an inverter coolant pump. If you simply look in the resivior and the coolant isn't moving around, the pump is likely needing to be replaced. I was able to check this myself and the coolant was, in fact, completely still. Now, I don't know anything about cars or fixing them, so I trusted the crew here to help me and answer my questions. Instead of looking into the inverter pump when I asked, I was told that it was "fine" and that they had "checked it twice" for me. I ended up shelling out thousands to have the hybrid battery replaced just for the issues to reoccur AGAIN. I didn't even bother calling Firestone this time and just went straight to the dealership. To nobody's surprise, the issue was in fact the inverter pump!!Thanks for making me waste nearly $3,500 for not listening to me or trying to help me with my vehicle service needs.

Bought my tires for Firestone and they have worked great. I got a nail in my tire. Made an appointment for the next day. I was in and out in under an hour. And ALL of the Employees were nice, especially Jeremy who made the appointment. Thanks Firestone you guys are awesome.

The first time I came here for car troubles, I was optimistic that I did not need to look further. But I did. I had even gone back a second time before ultimately cutting my losses, asking if they could specifically look at the coolant inverter pump since I observed it to not be turning as it should be. I was ultimately gaslit, gatekept and girlbossed into going to the dealership because while this Firestone location assured me that it was not in fact the coolant inverter pump at issue to no one s surprise, the coolant inverter pump did in fact turn out to be the problem. Which raises the question as to what kind of little demon could possess a person to ignore my itsy bitsy request to see what I was seeing when I checked something that has been noted as being a common problem with my car s year, make and model. Moral of the story, if you re thinking about taking your car here, you re better off pissing your money away at the neighboring Twin Peaks, at least their service is worth the money.

Went in to get alignment because 1 wheel is sitting different from the rest, the guy who started to help me tried telling me all 3 of my wheels that where sitting at the same camber angle where bad and the 1 with positive camber was the correct way for my car to sit. Went further to try and down play my knowledge of my own vehicle and compare how my camber is to other vehicles. I used to love firestone for work I couldn't do myself (don't have a need for a alignment rack or tire mounting machine) but now I will make sure to stay away from all franchise and keep my friends and family away because there is some serious common sense and knowledge lacking from some employees. Went to a different shop and they used common sense and fixed my issue with the wheel and I didn't have to argue about how my car comes from the factory.

I'm absolutely baffled at the incompetence by the technicians. I brought my car in for a tire rotation, wheel alignment and a simple vehicle inspection. When I got my car back there were greasy hand and fingerprints all over it. I figured ok I would just wash it. Driving away I hit the highway and heard an odd sound from under the hood I ended up pulling off the highway popped the hood and the technician never closed the air filter box completely. Later that day I tried to use my remote start and it didn't work. I took it in for a diagnostic only to discover that my hood pin switch was broken by the technician. They came highly recommended and I know why! I didn't have an appointment, and they fit me in immediately. Frank took the time to investigate my tire issue, and had it fixed in no time. I fully expected to replace my tire, but they never tried to sell me anything I didn't need. I will 100% be recommending this place; such honest and fantastic service. Thank you!Service: Tires

I've been struggling with my truck pulling right for months. Rotated tires and did 3 alignments. Took it here and they got me dialed in on the first try. So enjoyable to not fight the pull anymore. They quoted me 2 hours and I was gone in less than one.

They were able to get new tires put onto a vehicle within less than 24 hours. Scheduled online, employees followed up before we arrived to confirm appointment. Place is under construction and looks like a total mess but service was good!

Brian, the tech was incredible. I was really stressed out bc I had a flat tire and they couldn t get me in for a replacement for a week. Brian could see that I was stressed and came out to put a spare on for me so I could get somewhere that would be able to replace it sooner. We tried to give him a tip and he wouldn t take it. He was exceptional and he deserves a raise!!!!

Absolute robbery! They also don t honor their warranty. They told me I needed 4 new tires less than a year before my last time. Tires of their brand, that I purchased from them, were going bald. I was told they would be warrantied and scheduled my appointment. Upon drop off I was told they d be prorated. Now I m paying 10% less than full price to pick up another $2000, less than a year apart. Poor product and poor customer service.Service: Tires

Wow, what wonderful customer service here! I got a flat tire and they were able to get me in immediately. They took my damaged tire and let me leave while they repaired it, called me a few hours later when it was done, and put the tire back on my car for me in fewer than 10 minutes. Everyone was so nice and it was very reasonably priced. I definitely recommend this place for all of your tire needs!

Susan and her team are amazing! We took our two vehicles in and she broke down exactly what they needed and what they didn t need; super transparent, honest, and helpful. Scheduled a 9 am appointment, which included the exact tire information for the one needing to be replaced. Got a call at 815 am asking what was wrong with the tire, all 4 only have 10K miles on them. We brought in the car, and by 120 pm they are calling telling us they don't have the tire or any that fit and we would have to replace all 4 tires since it's all wheel drive. Apparently this location doesn't even make sure they have what you need prior to you dropping your car off. What a waste of our day trying to get it fixed here.

After nearly 20 years of patronizing this store for tires, oil changes and light maintenance, the treatment I received today from Raymond (store manager) and Mike convinced me to never return to this store. After arriving on time for an appointment I made 5 days ago (to ensure they could do the work while I waited), they complained (not explained) to me that it would be 2 hours before they could get started - because they were double booked. Rather than try to solve the problem, they berated me for not understanding how hard it is to do an alignment, and that I would simply have to wait - or come back in 3-5 weeks. All before they even started the work.UPDATE:1. I took my 2 cars to another Firestone store for alignment, under my "lifetime" contract. Neither car was aligned correctly. On 1 car, the store could not get it into alignment, and instead recommended over $400 of repairs. An independent shop specializing in Toyota did the alignment without difficulty and said that the Firestone-recommended repairs were not necessary and would not have helped (the "problem" was with Firestone - either their equipment or lack of skill - not my car). I brought this info to Firestone's attention via calls to their corporate office.2. It's been over 2 weeks. Firestone promised 5 times to have an area manager contact me "within 48 hours" (including weekends). So far I have heard nothing from anyone.

We got a nail in our tire and Frank was incredibly helpful. We stopped in on Saturday morning and he checked out the situation and got us set up with new rear tires super fast. This allowed us to continue our trip to Denver with minimal disruption. He was also so nice and friendly. Thank you Frank!!

Been coming to this Firestone for years, they're my go-to routine maintenance mechanics who show integrity and honesty with their work. If they don't have the answer, they aren't afraid to let me know to get the best car care I can, and I will be a patron as long as I have a car.

Extremely questionable business right now. We tried to book a tire package through Firestone's website. When we originally tried to do this, we entered all our details and picked tires listed as "In-stock"Upon clicking submit the website said "Unable to submit request" we assumed the website was broken. So my wife canceled out and tried to get an appointment at this store for an available time Monday, again based on the website. Monday morning rolls around and they tell us "we have no availability until thursday".We just decided to hit the other Firestone over on Broadway since it's by a coffee place we frequent, they were very helpful and set us up for a tire package to be installed Wednesday.Come to find out, the original store/website order that apparently "Didn't submit" and did not provide a transaction ID or anything placed a $700 hold on my wife's credit card.Frustrated with this, I called their customer assistance, and spoke to someone named "Wendy" who proceeded to tell me the following:1. They would hold the money against our will for 7-10 business days2. They have no contact information for "Whoever runs the website"3. They have no contact information for their own billing department and can not forward me.4. Asked repeatedly to be sent to someone who would know, nada. Girl made it clear "I dunno I'm just here to collect a check.My mind is blown.Service: Tires
