Chris was great. He was able to schedule me for a repair within a few weeks, which is hardly a long wait time considering most auto body shops are booked solid through the summer. He was great about communicating the timeline of the repair, and finished the work on the time he said it would be done. I'd absolutely recommend using them if you're in need of a repair

This shop is awesome! Their price was 1/3 what other shops quoted. My car looks exactly like it did before the wreck. They even replaced my floor mats for free! I recommend them to all my friends and acquaintances. I will 100% bring my car here if it gets damaged again. Thank you Englewood Auto Repair & Body! You are a gem.

I can go on and on about how amazing these guys at the shop is. But I will keep it as short and simple as possible. They're professionalism, courtesy and honesty is out of this world, when you are speaking on above and beyond. When I say that they are not only fast, affordable but more than anything... "Honest"!. I thought it would be hundreds of dollars to fix the issue with my truck. Until the manager came out and told me his mechanic looked over the vehicle, and that wasn't the problem at all. He explained how minor the issue really was, quoted me and unbelievable affordable price and had the car running like new in no time!! And just a quick F.Y.I I have my dog due to the fact it was imperative to get the truck to the nearest shop. I thought they would be horrified LOL.But instead they made sure she had fresh drinking water every so often and even received a lot of attention from the mechanics! Bottom line A wise man once told me... If you walk away from a deal questioning the process and not feeling too good about it 9 out of 10 you were swindled and received a shady deal. That man, which happens to be my grandfather would be proud to know that I felt more than pleased, happy and proud of myself for finding such a good shop. There's no need to say it, but I will be returning for all my trucks needs! I hope anyone that reads this review finds it helpful. And trust that the service really is that great. If you are looking for a honest, reliable, professional, affordable mechanic(s). I highly recommend this place. In fact, if my mother's car was to break down, I take it to them. That's a confident I am about the mechanics there.Thanks Guys!

Englewood Auto Body and Repairs have outstanding service! They have reliable, hardworking, efficient and trustworthy staff! The management and all staff were very kind, helpful, respectful, and professional. They are more than reasonable and fair when it comes to pricing. They finished, serviced and repaired my car in a timely manner and with good quality repairs as well. They also ensured that the car I bought from their Dealership Better Cars was reliable and well serviced. I would highly recommend Using Englewood Auto Body and Repairs for any and all mechanic and service needs to everyone.

Englewood Auto Repair has been great for us. We have taken three service vehicles in over the last month and they have been quick, efficient, fair and had good communication. Amanda and Scott have been very good communicating with us what needs to be done and what options are available. The mechanic "Kyle" I believe has been amazing for us as well. He fixed some damage to the engine caused by another shop down the street. We thought were going to have to replace the engine, but he was able to fix the problem for a fraction of the price of engine replacement. I came in for an oil change and investigation of knocking noise under my hood. The receptionists Amanda and Scott was incredible and very helpful and the mechanics were awesome. The owner, better, (same owner of better cars located next door to the mechanic shop) once again was extremely patient and understandable. Reliable work, fast and friendly and great prices. I would recommend this mechanic shop to anyone needing repairs.Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

All of the staff and technicians are very knowledgeable and experienced in what they do. They have taken care of me and some of my friends and we are all more than pleased with the work that has been done. They have been professional and thorough and have given my vehicle the best service its ever received. They are fair in the pricing for services done and they have been timely, especially considering the amount of work that they do. If you bring your car for services, you will be more than happy.

I was in an no fault accident in January where I slammed into someone who ran a red light. I thought for sure my 4 year old car was totaled. I took my car to Englewood Auto as I wanted to support my local business and didn't want to use American Families shop as in my experience they cut corners and rush jobs for their insurance vendors. I'm so happy I did; Scott the owner was not only super professional, polite and patient, he helped battle American Family to restore my car back to its original condition but better. The auto body mechanic took time to show me his work and was genuinely cared about doing the best job possible. Thank you Englewood Auto Body for everything. I will be back for all my maintenance needs knowing I can support a A+ local business and that my car will be taken care of with honest hard working folks who take pride in their work!Services: Painting, General repairs & maintenance, Body & Trim, Auto detailing, Wheel alignment, Auto interior vacuuming

Oof, I wish I could write a great review for this shop. Scott and team were initially helpful with a vehicle inspection as first time customers. Per his advice, we sold that car and acquired another vehicle from his brother at BetterCars.com at his recommendation. It had significant issues (not pass emissions). To be fair, he was willing to help repair for a reduced rate but it has been a challenge since. About four months later, we still don't have a fixed car.UPDATE: Still no estimate or repairs. No response to a BBB complaint. Not sure of next steps.UPDATE: No estimate or repairs. Picked up the keys and retrieve from their "extra lot". Would not start, had two flat tires, spare was missing.Services: Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair

Scott was awesome. He let me swing by on a day they were closed to get a pre-purchase inspection for a vehicle I was looking to purchase. Not only was he honest, he also went out of his way to find problems that I could run into later. The experience was authentically human in a time where car dealers mechanics seem to be deceitful and profit-driven. For myself, a guy that is just trying to buy a used car to go to work and live, this means more than anything. I ve been to plenty auto mechanic shops and Englewood Auto Repair Shop, is by far the best shop I ve ever experienced. The customer service by Amanda and communication by her is pleasant, knowledgeable and clear. My truck was a challenge because I have an Interlock device which entails proper codes and special handling. The manager Scott and Mechanic Adam both knew and have worked on an interlock before, and really made the troubleshoot easier and smoother. I LOVE my mechanics here. I've taken my car to them since I bought it over ten years ago. I've experimented looking around and have always come back here. They have the BEST prices, and excellent service. I can always trust Dave to tell me what repairs I need to invest in and what can be put off. When I needed a new engine for my car -- I took my car around to get quotes from 4 other places and they came in $3k less than everywhere else. --Seven years later my car still runs GREAT! I have Toyota Corolla and recommend them to everyone.

Here's the thing...sometimes you're at the mercy of the auto shop. They can tell you you need this or that or the other thing and really, how do you know if they're being honest? This week I had my car at Englewood Auto (I've had great service there previously) thinking for sure I needed new brakes - they had started squeaking. Dave very easily could have told me "Yup! You need new brakes." But he didn't. He was honest. He told me my brakes were in great shape - just a little glaze causing the issue. So there you have it - honesty and good service.

Scott and his crew went above and beyond in that they got my car in immediately, fixed it right away, and had me on my way in no time despite the fact that it had several repairs needed. I wanted to share my expirience with Englewood Auto Repair, I'm from Dallas tx and came to visit family in the middle of July of this year 2020, Ive driven my van further than this before without any problems. Once I got there 121/2 hrs later my van started having problems with the alternator all the warning lights turned on indicating that my alternator was not charging my battery. I called a few places and most could not even see me on the same day nor could complete the repairs until a few days and in some two weeks later while I was on vacation. Big thank you to Scott L. and his crew for taking my call, getting it towed to the shop and getting the repair done the same day and a few hrs later I was back on the road. The service I got from Scott and the crew he uses for towing were excellent. Needless to say the first alternator did not work but due to the company they use with lifetime warranty on the part while I was still out there I brought the van back due to the same problem and both warranty on the alternator, which took care of them, and their fast service on my way back to Texas, they were able to reinstall a new alternator to get me back home on that same day. I can express enough gratitude to the owner and people like Scott that really want to take care of their customers, I was given a fill up on my gas tank, which they did not have to do but did it anyways to take care of my needs and get back home, these kinds of gestures by a shop makes them worth what work they did for me and felt gladly to pay for this kind of service. Thank you EAR&BS and the wonderful customer service and work you provide. My apologies on the delay of my Review.

I took my car here and they did a great job of fixing her up! The most amazing thing is that not only did they do the work that was needed, Dave also researched one of the main issues my Volvo was having and found that it was actually a recall! He called to let me know that for that one issue I should take it to the Volvo dealership to have it repaired for free! I would have never known that there was a recall, Dave could have just ordered the part and fixed it and sent me the bill and I would have paid it! So impressive to work with such honesty - saved me $1000.00! Thank you, Dave!!

This place and better cars next door are shady as all hell. Went in for diagnostic, no price was discussed (every other auto shop in town does free diagnostics) and afterwards they charged me $100 for popping the hood and seeing a melted wire, took no more than 5 minutes.Scott then gives me half an answer and tells me that it will cost $300+ just to get a real answer. DONT GO HERE.Came for a compression test and they claimed 5 cylinders were weak and 1 cylinder was really bad. They then told the guy trying to buy my truck that they wouldn t buy it if they were him. Then he leaves and they turn around and try and buy my truck for cheap. Well I don t believe their test, I ve taken great care of my vehicle and something seemed weird to me. So I go home and run my own compression test. My test showed 175 on ALL CYLINDERS. These guys are shady and trying to just buy cars for the used car lot they own next door and get others to buy their cars. Would give this place 0 stars if I could. DONT TRUST THEM!

Had my son go in for a estimate on Friday, June 19th. They said he would have the estimate later that day. Nope and not over the weekend because they are closed on weekends. Called Monday, spoke to Scott who is the Manager now he says, system down but would have it later on Monday. Nope, Tuesday spoke to Scott, system up logging on, would have it by the afternoon. Called afternoon now it would be by 10am Wednesday. 10am Wednesday no estimate... get the picture. Called at 2pm Scott said done and would send in 10 minutes. At 3pm said 4 people standing in line in front of him. Sent my son to get it as they are just around the corner. Only one person in line, Scott said he's been on the phone with parts for 2 hours, and still wouldn't hand him the estimate. The lies never ended, asked to speak to Dave the owner Scott says Dave retired 3 weeks ago... Dave this guy is going to run your business into the ground... found you from your reviews, but now WOULDN'T dream of letting this company touch the car as this was the nonsense just to try and get an estimate.

We have been using englewood for years for service on our vehicles. They are very professional and reliable.Its been very rare for us to have a vehicle have an issue after having a service done here. We have had a few hundred cars worked on here and they are the best around.

The absolute worst costumer service I've ever experienced in my life.They will not update you on the progress of your vehicle unless you call them first. When you do call, they'll make up a completion date and fail to meet it. They will not apologize for anything. Get used to hearing, "Not my problem."If you dare to bring your vehicle to this shop, make sure you have a long term source of transportation, because you won't be getting your vehicle back anytime soon.Lastly, when you pick up your vehicle, don't tell them your upset about your experience or they'll violently slam the door as you leave the shop.Or maybe that was just my experience....

Well I will try and make it short. My husband started buying parts at the end of last year and finished at the beginning of this year... Then he died April 30th. Then to obey the trust I had to move out of a home of 27 years. The day of the funeral the last person in line was the eldest sister-in-law. She glares and asked ready to go to the house? Thanks to my son and daughter they moved me into a place I inherited. The swamp cooler needed work or replaced, the guy left me with a river on the roof, I have a new one now. Then the hot water heater started leaking $2,000.00 later due to upgrading...We all know what it is like when we have to take vehicles to the shop.This has been the BEST thing that has happened this year!!! I asked Dave if he was sure, he said I can double or triple it if you want...THANK YOU ENGLEWOOD AUTO REPAIR!!! You are a Blessing

Today is the last day I will ever use Englewood Auto Repair. I have been a customer for twenty years and today i asked Dave if he could allow me to pay half of an unexpected $700 bill in two weeks. He said immediately no. I have literally spent thousands, probably $15,000 at this shop over the past. I have always paid immediately upon pick up but have had extraordinary circumstances lately. While never overtly rude, Dave has always been a cold inhospitable personality. Someone destined for under the car not the front desk. I have tolerated mechanical errors, overcharging, etc. over the years. It you don't mind spending a lifetime going to someone who you will never have a relationship with and who will view you as someone they have never seen before, go ahead. I wish I had invested somewhere else. Frankly, Dave doesn't give a damn if you go to his shop or somewhere else. So I am.

Have always thought very highly of Englewood Auto and in many ways still recommend them; however, over the last several months have paid several times for electrical repairs and they still aren't working correctly. Just disappointing not any reason to nor recommend them. They usually do fantastic work.
