These guys saved me in a time of need. I had a screw in my tire and would not of made it home. They were closed but I took a chance. No questions asked. They fixed my tire.. this is what customer service is all about. They helped me out in a time of need. This is why I keep going back to discount tires.. great work and awesome customer service

This location was amazing and so were the staff! We had a nail in our tire and they fixed it for free and in less than an hour. The service here is great and we will be doing our future business here as well. Highly recommend.

HALF @SS JOB HERE. They had trouble installing one of the wheel lug nuts on my daughter's car, since they couldn't do it they just decided NOT to install it and didn't let us know, so one wheel only had 3 lug nuts instead of four, the manager told me "it is still safe to drive the car" I had to take it to Break Plus where they finish the job and it took them less than an hour.

I have purchased 3 sets of tires at this store and have always had great experiences here.I took a flat in to be repaired yesterday, and get a new spare.I dealt with Devon who I had never met there.We hit one minor hiccup, but Devon went the extra mile to take of it.This is the only place I'll buy tires.Thanks again Devon!!!

This store and staff were great. I was able to walk in without an appointment, I was greeted instantly and helped right away. I had a leak in my tire, they told me it was a free service to look at it and fix the leak. They quoted me about an hour, which was no problem as I work 2 blocks away and was able to walk back to work. I got a call from the service provider about 45 minutes later, and apologized that it was going to take just a little longer. Again, no problem as I was so close. I really appreciated the up front call letting me know it was going to be longer than the hour originally quoted and constant updates of their progress. When I went to pick up my car, again I was greeted promptly and was handed my keys. The service rep Axel was great. He took care of my car and provided 100% great customer service. I highly recommend this store and all their staff.

I swooped in just before closing, quite desperate to have a tire checked. Low on pressure. They said no problem! They took it back, found a screw, and fixed it right away. They saved our weekend and I am so grateful. Thanks team!

My experience at this discount tire is very disappointing. I brought a tire in because it had nail in it and the worker told me " it's unrepairable, and you'll have to buy a new tire". The worker lied to me, I then took the tire to the Firestone down the road and they had the same tire patched and repaired within 30 minutes. Don't go here they will try to squeeze money out of you.

Made an appointment for winter tire change. Arrived 15 minutes early. It's now more than an hour since the appointment time and the car is not yet in the bay. They logged me in as arriving an hour later than I did. I presume to make it look better on their system. They estimate completion about 2 hours later than scheduled. I've had very good experiences at other stores. I'd avoid this location if you can

Carl was incredibly helpful, finding me tires that I needed. He was able to get me in an out on a very busy day, very quickly. I highly recommend this location and my experience was fantastic. Carl was very friendly and a great communicator. He made the experience so easy. Thank you!

Awesome Customer Service and Amazing Technician Work!!! My tire was completely flat and they removed it, found the hole and repaired it perfectly... wait for it... ALL for FREE!Discount Tire ROCKS! I will always recommend them to anyone and everyone. - Thanks!

I'll first say that the service team is very polite and attentive. Axel and Adam were great.However...They have you scheduled an appointment for first thing in the morning, then have no idea how their day is because they take walk-ins before you, and they tell you service will be quick. Noon turned to 7pm.I would recommend a better system for appointments and prioritizing people who have made the effort to get things done in time.

Every employee here was so kind and assuring. I was in a tough situation after purchasing the wrong size tires online. This location had the size I needed. Even though they had 10 people in line ahead of me they assured me they would get me taken care of even if they were closed. Different members of the staff would come in every so often to assure me they were working as quickly as they can and to make sure I was okay. That was above and beyond service to me. They made sure to keep me updated and express their gratitude for my patience even though I was the grateful one for their hard work and assurance. Thank you for the great customer service even during the busiest time of your day! I appreciate you all and your store!

One of my tire s air started to leak when I got to work at 5:30AM. I panicked and drove straight to discount tire when I noticed it and decided to wait in the lot until they opened. Luckily, Axel happened to be there early in the morning and he helped me out! For that reason, they just gained a loyal customer and I will be coming to this location even though there s one closer to home. Excellent service and I appreciate the generosity and professionalism!!

I got up first thing this morning made a few calls to Discount Tire locations, as soon as I would mention used tires I would get this lack of Interest from locations. I called this location I got Jeremy and he never lost his enthusiasm he was very professional I asked for two used tires he put me on hold came back shortly quoted me a price because he had them was a little more than what I wanted to spend he work with me because they were used tires and respected that I had a budget I could tell my safety was more important than selling tires .I told him I would be down in 30- 40 minutes. I got there Jeremy actually greeted me with a smile and a handshake, checked out my tires and notice I could use a set of four he checked he had a set of four I spent double the money I was going to spend, blew my budget out of the water and I did that because of the great customer service and he explained why I should get the set of four and I felt 100% comfortable and confident and what he was saying .Thank you very much Jeremy for your great customer service!I highly recommend this location I noticed a lot of great teamwork and communication amongst the team .Did I say the customer service was great here .E.C.

It's by far with Jake in there, it's the best Discount tire location in the country, and I have been going to discount tire for over 24 years now in many states, and one of the best friendly crew u can interact with. When you go there, consider urself a family member. I am super happy, and it totally worth my drive over half an hour to be seen there,and by far,The location on Wadsworth and i70, is the worst in the country. They all should be replaced

As soon as I pulled up to park for my appointment, a representative was there to greet me to start getting my car serviced. I was there for about 30-40 mins and they fixed my tire in record time!

Fantastic team! I got 4 tires replaced here, and it went smoothly as could be. Everybody was super friendly, professional, and communicative. Axel in particular was great; he proactively let me know of a few other issues with my wheels which I really appreciate, as I probably wouldn't have noticed otherwise.

Absolute pros here. You ll never regret buying the protection plan for your tires. These guys have seen it all and really know what they re talking about, and I m treated well every time I walk through the door. Highly recommended.

Great service and people. Had a small issue and the management solved the issue quickly and effectively. Would recommend for any tire services. Axel and Sean were specifically very helpful with my most recent experience.

For tires this is the place to go. Found the best price on the tires I wanted here, they stick to their appointment times and get you in and out as quickly as possible, even when it's super busy. Plus their financing is great as long as you pay off the balance in the allotted time frame

EXCELLENT serviceI was dreading coming here because the guy at a different Discount Tire location (Federal) was rude and incredibly unhelpful. Axel helped me at this location and went above and beyond to help me out with my unique tire replacement situation. I only wish I would have tried this location first because I would have gotten my tired taken care of six months ago

This review is for the tech that put my tires on at this Englewood location on Aug. 25th, 2023. I will say the service inside the shop gets 5 stars, though.The tech was working too fast and got sloppy, and now I'm having to waste a whole Saturday getting a crossthreaded lugnut fixed at a Brakes Plus, that they have to special order. A second lugnut put on by the same DT tech completely fell off somewhere on my way home, too. That's dangerous work and a huge waste of my time.I wanted to check the tires after the initial work, but no one came out with me at the end to look, and they parked it in front of the front door to the entryway. Since it was also blocking the entire driveway to the business for Pruett customers, I felt rushed to just get in and drive off.

This location is amazing. Axel helped me start to finish. He remembered my name when I came back in to pick up my tire. He went above and beyond in my opinion. It was busy in there but he kept me updated. Big thanks from Sienna
