Zero stars! They were scheduled to pick up a car and never showed, never called or texted back. My friend waited with the car for 5 hours and was stranded because they never came. Today is the next day and they still have not responded to voicemails and texts. If you like being left high and dry, this is the company for you!

Was scheduled for my truck to be picked up between 11-3pm, no cal no show. I call the company round 3:30 they say they'll send another truck. We waited over an hour and a half MORE just for no truck to show and asked to reschedule for the next day.

Worst company. Schedule a tow made me wait 5 hours and miss work and never showed up. Schedule again for the next day they gave me a 4 hour window took the day off from work and again never showed up. Don t call this company they are the worst.

Absolutely terrible towing company. Used them a couple times. They are never on time even when the gps say they are only 15 minutes away it'll take 6 hours to get anything done if they decide to even show up

The tow truck showed up right as the Discount Tire shop was about to close and didn t have a key drop to leave a car after hours. Knowing that he would not be able to get there in time, he loaded up the car anyway. When I asked him not to take it, he said he had to and his boss said they would take it to their storage for security overnight and take it Saturday to the shop if I reopened a ticket. I called Safeco this morning to reopen and the agent couldn t reach the tow co. I called and left messages all day for the tow company until early afternoon trying to figure out where my car was! No one would call me back. I finally got Safeco to reach out to some of the numbers I had for the company, and to the driver whose number I had. They finally answered.On pickup, my car was filthy inside!!! Giant chunks of mud all over and dirty handprints. Really messy and from the tow company. Not happy at all.

Pablo and his partner did an excellent job. They were responsive, very professional, and I would highly recommend Pablo and his trusted assistant to help you with your needs. Used peddle, everything went great!They arrived about an hour into my window slot with a 20 minute heads up call prior to arrival. Whole process was about 15 minutes, the driver was great! And have nothing poor to say about this tow company! Thanks!

Won't answer their phone but have rescheduled my cars pickup 3 times over the span of three weeks. The company they're picking up for have left an email and voicemail to call me. Don't call them unless you want to wait a full month with no contact or resolution.

Our insurance company hired them to tow our vehicle after an accident and they gave us a 60-90 minute window for arrival. After that time passed, we contacted the tow company who then assured us it would be another 45 minutes or less. Still did not show up. Attempted to contact them again and it kept going to voicemail. 3 hours went by and they never artived. Poor customer service at its finest!Service: Car towing

Had a pickup time from 3-8pm got ghosted. Set up another appointment on a different day from 7 AM to 11 AM. Got ghosted again. Tried calling company went straight to voicemail. This company took nine hours of my life that I ll never get back. I missed nine hours of work waiting from a company that ghosted me. Life is hard in Joe Biden s America. Missing a complete day of work will set back somebody. If you re not gonna make an appointment, at least make a call to the customer.Service: Car towing

One of the worst experiences I ve ever had. I was selling my car through another company and this towing company was their carrier. D and A never showed up, even though I scheduled the pick up a week in advance. They rescheduled to the next day and they never showed up again, except this time they never answered their phone. This company is a complete joke. Phone goes straight to voice mail. Voice mail is full so you can t leave a message. They have been contracted through Peddle to tow my car and have no called no showed twice already in picking up my car. I ve missed two evenings of work trying to deal with this. A&D is horrible. Absolutely pathetic. I d give them 0 stars if I could.Service: Car towing

Worst towing company ever. You have a better chance pushing your car home than waiting for a tow truck, this company needs to be shut down because they already do nothing at all. Do not do business with this company save the trouble and hastle

It's scary how reckless and dangerously this tow truck drivers driver, they will cut you off and brake check you while towing a customers cars, I always see them run stop signs. They will scream and get aggressive with you. I won't be surprised if one day, they accidentally kill somebody by driving this recklessly.

Wife got in an accident insurance company used them to tow the vehicle ..they ve blown past their arrival time 3 times refuse to answer their phone they text saying to text them but never respond .probably one of the worst tow companies in Colorado
