I m extremely impressed with Christian Brothers Automotive. On a whim, I called this location asking if they could fill my bike tires. I had driven around for an hour and couldn t find a bike pump anywhere. I was willing to pay for it but they did it for free. They also helped me lift the bike in and out of my car. For a business like this, time is money. It means a lot when they take the time to help with no incentive for themselves. I ll be going here for all future car issues. Thanks, Christian Bros!

Christian Brothers earned our trust by doing great work on my daughter s car. They found the problem fixed it and provided us with a three year warranty. Shout out to Shuttle driver Don for getting me home safely. Don the service advisor made sure I understood everything that was needed to fix the car. I highly recommend Christian Bothers Meridian. Keith and his team took great care of my vehicle, which was probably in their shop longer than either myself or they would have liked (insurance issues). Nonetheless, they went out of their way to make sure I was taken care of, and even moved my car in and out of the shop each night to protect it from potential vandalism/theft. Ask for Keith, you'll be in good hands.

Christian Brothers Automotive is incredible! Their shuttle driver was out sick so they sent a Lyft to pick me up when my car was done. They probably paid as much for the Lyft as I paid for my tire rotation. I bring all 3 of my families car here because they are honest and reliable and their communication is way beyond any other automotive shopped I have used. Thank you!

I had an appointment to service my brakes but had transmission worries. My appointment fell on a snow day. The shuttle driver had called in but the manager got me a lyft home and a lyft back to the shop after diagnosing the vehicle free of charge. It was bad news about my transmission, but the shop is one that I'll be back to because of their honesty, awareness, and communication.

Title of my story: Christian attitude, not Christian prices. I would give 0 if I could, if not for Caesar. The man I spoke to through out my journey. The most polite person I have ever met in my life. A wonderful guy. And also if I had to add one more positive. The texting service to communicate is a modern gift that should be in all repair shops .I just sold the car I had them repair twice. I went in for a $500.00 HID head light (actual standard price) on a Jeep( that I will never buy again). I came out of the first visit at $6000.00 d. Then a week later 3 or more things went kaboom, and that was another $3000.00. This is just a dealership with a different name out front. Nothing could really be repaired everything had to be replaced. They wouldn't come down on the price in anyway even though it seems they either missed some extensive problems or they definitely caused them , even after returning they wouldn t do an extensive check on the car for free, just a gloss over of what they already did and did a long drive (lazy if you ask me).After a little while I had a message come on that said coolant is over heated, but it went away within seconds. I ve seen between three cars I've owned, Dodge, Subaru, and Jeep that sometimes the car just needs to run a bit more, and things go away. Until two days ago the message came on again, and then immediately after that message I got an electric service required, 4x4 system check required, the the engine, electrical and traction system lights came on. I have never since the age of 16 between three cars ,taken a car to be repaired and it has left worse each time and the place won t even consider it their fault and come down on price. I drove this car around my neighborhood and to downtown, its not used for off roading or crazy roads. It was my car for my dogs and family. What the hell did CB do to my car? Never coming back will never recommend. If you want to be price gouged and become broke, this is the place to do it. Very un Christian like sales tactics. Very bad workmanship.

Everything I have to get fixed there requires several trips to get right.They don't do the repairs at scheduled times of repairs , takes several days to get anything done . They charged me for repairs that were not done then I found out from another shop they were not completed. After confronted they apologized and refunded money. They charge you money for diagnostic then tell you they can't fix it. I had one vehicle that that they charged over 1200 dollars for and then said they could not fix the problem but no refund. *** Update ,I did call the number they said to call and left a message for Steve Peterson to call back but no return phone call . Brought my vehicle in to get it checked out for play in the steering. Received a ton a photos and information I could go through in my own time. I had a few questions and Christian was able to answer them all thoroughly. He gave me advice on what to look out for. Absolutely wonderful service. The techs here are open and honest about their work. I love the detailed notes and pictures on the inspection report and the consistent communication with the mechanics. I brought my car in for an oil change and some diagnostics and was able to take it home the next day with some extra repairs and a plan for the next few hundred miles. EXTREMELY affordable!! I also got a free shuttle home, twice, because I had left my keys at the shop and my driver was so nice to talk to and didn t mind the extra trip at all. To start off, we were charged for an oil change plus an additive and we paid for said oil change upon pick up. They put a sticker in our car with our next oil change due date and we thought all was fine, well fast forward to having second opinions on the car and we are told that our oil is dirty! They never actually changed the oil! We had only driven the car 3 miles since they claimed that they changed it so you can't tell me that it was already incredibly dirty after just 3 miles!!!! So we paid nearly $100 for the oil change and it was never even touched! FRAUD!!!If I could give negative stars if I would, our car had some issues last week and we just needed it quickly diagnosed so we could have it fixed so we had it towed to Christian brothers. We were speaking with Don and everything seemed fine, they couldn't get us in the first day like they said they could on the phone but they got it in the next day so whatever. They were not on time with their diagnoses and called us nearly 3 hours after they said they were going to call us (a bit annoying but again, whatever).They told us that we needed a full new differential on our car, going to cost us at least $3500, and we believed them but we did more research and found another place that could do the same job at a better price. Well fast forward a few days and all of their claims that they made were determined to be lies! There is actually nothing wrong with our differential at all! They were simply trying to rip us off and have us pay for something that was completely unnecessary, please do not take your car here, they have absolutely no idea what they are talking about. We will be requesting a full refund since all of the "service" they claim they did was never actually done, this company is the definition of fraud!Services: Vehicle safety inspection, Oil change

I dropped my car off, every person in the office made eye contact, spoke kindly and were professional. The communication about the inspection, estimate, repairs and completion time were done quickly, efficiently and so professional. They only had my car for 24 hours from drop off to pick up!!! Honest from the start when calling in about my wife's issues with her vehicle. They fit me in and gave me great info on what they discovered. Worked with me on logistics and offered shuttle service. Doug was great in communicating updates via phone and text. Very fair price points and solid work. I will be going back for maintenance. Also, our dealership wanted extraneous repairs that wouldn't have fixed the actual issue. So CBA saved us on many levels. Their waiting room is super comfy as well.Update 2024 - They are still holding strong on their service. I recently had brake repairs completed under their warranty. They gave me zero issues on it and simply upheld their work and paid for my Lyft rides so I could go back to work that day. They are not even my closest CBA since I've moved but I've such a satisfying experience with them, I find myself going out of the way for their service. Thank you guys!

I m a broke college student, got a quote that was half of my summer earnings after paying for necessities throughout the summer. I had asked if there was anyway to lower the costs whether it was buying my own parts or asking if they had student discounts.The servicer Kieth said no immediately they only have military discounts. I was upset but understood the policy. I understood until I heard presumably his boss say in the background if he asked for a discount and seems like a really needs it provide him the military discount . After explaining my situation I was thrilled because I could really catch a break here.I then got put on hold for 5 min. He came back and said sorry we only have the military discount and can t help you. They had the chance to take the Christian route and help someone in need and when given the opportunity decided to be greedy. Will not have my truck serviced here EVER after hearing the background discussion of being able to help someone and choosing not to.I understand this is a business not a charity I also have the upmost respect for providing military discounts to those who have fought and served our country. But hearing the background conversation to help a broke college kid in a pinch and choosing not to made me feel disgusted as if they where toying with the fate of my finances. NOT the Christian message at all and definitely not Loving thy neighbor as thy self .

The team at Christian Bros took very good care of my car when I went in to diagnose a leak. My car is old and not expensive, but they treated it the same as other cars - gently and thoroughly. They are always straightforward about the cost and procedure, and do quality work. I had an issue with my car that needed evaluation. Eric and Tim did the inspection, fixed the problem and returned my vehicle to me in record time. Communication throughout the entire process was great. This is not the first time I have used this location s services and it will not be my last. Don and his team are great. They replaced the cam phasers on my F150. Don took care of submitting everything to my extended warranty and when another part was needed he just took care of it. The mechanics are top notch and take care in repairing your vehicle.

Went in for a serpentine belt/pully/ and tensioner repair and new front brakes. I knew some other things were needed on it and asked for a general inspection as well. The team here were phenomenal and informative and gave a list of items that I should keep an eye on. They were able to fix the issues quickly, a day earlier than expected at that!
